Made appointment for flu and Covid shot. Normally (like all the other times at other locations) I had to fill the forms online and do them all again in store. This time they had everything ready when I arrived. My appointment was on time. They were polite and efficient. Great experience.

The worst experience I ever had. The staff is so slow and unresponsive that they don’t even care for the patients what they are suffering from. Went there for a medicine prescribed by the physician. But on first visit they told that they don’t have any prescription and on the second visit they said we don’t have the medicines, will fax the doctor. And on the third visit they are saying that you will get the medicine after 2 months. It’s the worst experience with the pharmacy. Advise to all the international people to get medicines from home country. They don’t even care.

Pharmacy staff and store staff make you feel like your in a small hometown drugstore. Friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help. In these challenging times it's nice to know there is still great customer service and people who truly care about your welfare. Thank you.
I appreciate the solicited and unsolicited pharmacist's advice, and them contacting my doctor with reminders and suggestions for assisting in my healthcare.

5 stars for the cashier 1 star for the supervisor

I was in line the day debit was down all across canada. The poor cashier could only give the customer in front of me $0.60 in all nickels, I was about to offer my change if it would help but then the supervisor finally showed up. She then argued with the cashier about paging a manager instead of a supervisor, the supervisor said she thought a manager was going to come and that's why she never came. The cashier then explained to the supervisor that she had actually paged a supervisor, and not a manager, and the supervisor just continued to argue and give excuses and not once did she apologize or show any support for the cashier.

This is extremely unprofessional behavior that should not be happening in the back in private let alone in front of customers! You should consider promoting that professional lady working cash to supervisor, and maybe letting that supervisor work some cash shifts to learn some decency and professionalism.

This is the kind of toxic workplace that has drove me personally towards the gig economy, I have actually applied to shoppers drug mart many times in the past and never have gotten an interview, now I can safely say I'm glad that was the outcome.

I always go here for my prescription medication, I had my doctor send a new prescription over to them at least 5 days before I went to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready when I got there. I was then told it would only be a 15 minute wait. Apparently 15 minutes actually equals 30-40 minutes here because I waited from approx 3: 34 till 4: 15 for my meds and no one even apologized for the wait, and it was the same lady that told me it would only be a 15 minute wait that gave me the medication in the end and she didn’t seem to remember me or care to apologize. Very unimpressed and I will most likely be moving pharmacies so I can save myself the headache of this happening to me again after a 10 hour day

Shoppers Drug Mart on Princess Street in Kingston, Ontario is a great place to go if you want to have very polite, relaxed and well organized service. You will feel very safe in its clean, friendly and professional store.

Worst pharmacy in kingston will make u wait a hour and a half for ur meds then ask for another half hour only to not even have ur meds in the store when u show up and be asked to come back tommrow never going back

All staff good except the pharmacy consultation at 2 pm on Sunday 28 of March 2021. Very rude and not helpful. Behavior like customers are very stupid. No smiling and had a rudy face.

I want to shout out to the staff at this Shoppers! And a special thanks to Mark, Craig and Mikayla (apologies if I misspelt your name).
We wanted to have a courier pick up a care package for someone in the hospital and the staff here went above and beyond to not only assist with this but also put together the care package personally and fill out the card for us.
(We live in Alberta) With their care and compassion for other people in these trying times, they were able to brighten someone's day in the hospital! Thank you again to everyone there!
