It took 2 hours for a simple burger and pasta order. The owner was super messy, even her nails was so dirty

Today was our first time visiting Shoreland but definitely not our last! We were welcomed with such enthusiasm and kindness. The service was impeccable. The waitress and the owner were the friendliest people I have come across in quite some time. Food was absolutely amazing and at such a great price! We can't wait to visit again. It sounds like they have big plans for the summer! We look forward to becoming regular customers. Great job to everyone involved!

I've been here a few times now as a new resident in Keswick and so far the service is good, staff are friendly and cool, and the food is good. Great view on the back patio during the spring.

What a WONDERFUL new venue! Major renos, GREAT food, amazing staff and LIVE music! Can't WAIT for the summer to visit the patio RIGHT ON THE LAKE!

It is a nice restaurant, next to a marina. Prices are very good. The entertainment was excellent.

First time trying this place. Waitress was super nice and friendly. The food was excellent, and you got more than your monies worth. Will definitely be returning.

I was at the restaurant for Saturday live music event. I had so much fun. Great atmosphere, amazing service. Friendly and professional staff. I felt like home. Highly recommend

I was so hoping for this place to be good as it's right around the corner from me. From start to finish, was bad. No bartender or waitress and yet we got there at 5: 30. Took 20 minutes to get us two Caesars because who was working the bar, had no clue how to make them. Waitress/bartender/owner (?) swept in 30/45 minutes into our arriving with her grown children in tow. She was loud, overall condescending, obnoxious in tone and attitude. From time of being given our menus to order was 45 minutes. When she came to take our order, it wasn't 'what can I get for you, or what would you like', it was, "what do you want". Patrons were privy to a raised voice confrontation between owner (?) and someone, somehow affiliated with the establishment which also ended up with the owner's (?) son being pulled back into the kitchen by the chef. Took 1/2 an hour for our burger and pasta order to come out, burger overcooked, pasta was good. Watched another table wait 1/2 an hour for their order only for the chef to come by their table and ask if they'd ordered, which they had. Clearly their order hadn't been given to the kitchen. Brutal, brutal, brutal all around. No class, loud overbearing and/or clueless staff (except the chef), unprofessional, and far too long wait time. I also tried 4 times total, to reach someone on the phone, and visited twice and it was closed, before yesterday's visit. Bottom line, absolutely no fine dining in this establishment. We will absolutely, not be back.
