Public places like the casino should be scent free. We have a family member who is anaphylactic to perfumes and know of many who can't handle them including myself. It makes it very hard to go out and have an enjoyable afternoon/evening when you are constantly having to run away from very offensive smells. One good example of this was 2 ladies were spraying large amounts of their perfumes on the afternoon of new year's eve, an older woman started coughing as a result and my mother had to cover her face until she could get away from it.

There are more than 1,000 islands in the lake nearby, more than half of which are private islands owned by Americans.

Machines don't payout don't even get enough to just keep playing you figure they would want you to stay instead of sinking 60$ in less then 20min like really but food is good cant argue with that

It is a fun place to go with family and friends. Their restaurant offers a variety of good food, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

This place is so terrible, limited all tables to high limits which I got used to but is so trash. Then now the tables are closed on mondays and tuesdays which leaves you literally nothing to do on those days when you come in here because the slots are garbage. The atmosphere is dead and you would be better off playing online. Hopefully the whole place goes out of business in the next year and then they can assess how stupid they are for making horrible decisions for the business. Don’t go in

Small with not a lot of selection. If you need to gamble, it's here for you but not exciting.

The casino is very small in size. Even on long weekend it was very empty. But the main issue is they don't have many tables for games. It gives old vibes. Moreover, attitude of dealers were no so good.

We found it was a great experience and it is Always good when you walk away with More than you came in with

Very friendly staff, clean, had a restaurant with plenty of seating. Not the biggest but still had a lot of fun.

Best deals in Gananoque 1000 Island area? I don't know！ A delicious 10" gourmet pizza with 2 toppings for $14 and a hamburger with a bowl of soup for $15; it's a pretty good deal to me.

Small but nice selection of games. I was there two times this year. Had a great breakfast and also an excellent lunch. Very friendly and efficient. Great service.

A fine casino. Unfortunately, not all live tables were occupied later in the day and withdrawing/exchanging money was a bit difficult. The staff was very nice.

They give you $10 to play if its your first time. We won $70 in the first 10 minutes. Awesome!

The casino is small but has everything you need from table games, slot machines and many more. I enjoyed playing tables and slots had a great time winning $1000!

Was there on Saturday what a dirty place, inside not to bad but outside was a total disgrace, also all the machines had the volume turned way down and you were not able to turn it up so it was very quite inside. The parking lot was so dimly lit you could hardly see your car. Will not be going back there again. Belleville is 100 times better and you feel safe and have fun. I can not say that about Gananoque

Basically a slot parlor. No table games were open. Nice little bar to sit and get a quick drink and meal.

Lots of parking room for RVs. Security was very friendly and helpful. A good selection of variable machines.

Not bad for our first time here.

The slot machines are a little confusing to understand, where you may just he pushing buttons and hoping to win something.

With few tables to play and few seats available, if you want in on blackjack, it was the busiest one, with no chance to get in, so you're stuck on the machines.

As with any Casino, make sure you bring a limit and have better luck than us!

Got there around noon played some slots. Was disappointed the tables were not open yet. We'll have to go back later in the day sometime

Je ne joue jamais. Donc, le guide a bien essayé de nous aider mais il faut maîtriser l'anglais car on ne parle pas français là-bas semble-t-il! Sommes-nous les seuls à faire des efforts pour communiquer en anglais? C'est un peu décevant! Dans un endroit public, les employés devraient ralentir le débit de communication pour toutes les personnes dont l'anglais est une langue étrangère. C'est la base en communication.

This place has gone downhill, but we used to love this place. It is basically a ghost casino. I am betting that a new manager has taken over in the last few years. Even the food specials are smaller portions, the machines are some of the tightest we have come across. What really got is is when they charge 2% to use a credit card. This is the only casino we know that does this, and it shows how desperate they are to make a buck. We go to Playground Casino any day of the week, it is hard to get a machine, free booze, good meals, music, the bad beat was over $2 million, the poker room was packed, at least 30 tables going, they pay out once in a while, they have prizes, etc. Basically if you make your machines too tight, then people won't be back. So we won't be back.
