Scalpers. Selling $15.00 Squishmallows for $40. Tried to get the last of the set for my daughter. Customer thought they were $25, so I figured I might as well get it out of the way. They’re cheaper everywhere else, including on their own website.

At the check-out: "Give me your phone number and personal info or I will have to charge you 'non-member' prices". Thanks for preventing me from making a rip-off impulse buy from your ridiculous store!

My Ah Bras are no longer sold at that store. They lasted for a long time and are very comfortable. They no longer sell them. I visited them last week but they said that it's no longer sold at the stores.

Way overpriced. Way overcharged me for an item then refused to give me a refund even though I noticed before I’d even left the store.

Put 2 items on hold on Thursday, March 2nd at 6: 30 pm. The lady who put them on hold was very nice and understanding, took my name and number for my hold. I put these items on hold until 1: 30 for the next day, friday the 3rd. I come back Friday at 12: 30 pm, come to find out my items were removed from being on hold and put back out for sale. So, the items that I was looking to purchase were sold, as they are harder to find. These were gifts and I was unable to purchase them. Very upsetting because they’re very hard to find and putting them on hold for them to be sold was useless. To make matters worse, the sales employee working and the manager were not helpful, in fact they were quite rude and had poor customer service. I have worked in retail for 3+ years and it is safe to say that the way they handled the situation was poor. They made it seem like they had nothing to do with what happened, also tried to act like they didn’t know what happened to the items and blamed it on the girl that put the items on hold for me, though they were the ones who put them back on the shelf. If they were nicer and more helpful, I would not be as mad at the situation. The manager also mentioned that the girl who put the items on hold should’ve known to not put them on hold, yet that shouldn’t matter! My name was on top of those items and though holds aren’t allowed, the hold was already done. Very frustrating. Hopefully this reachers the district managers or supervisors to enforce a better practice of proper customer service on their helpless sales associates and manager.

Do not shop here unless you’re extremely desperate. I was visiting a friend in Hamilton and decided to swing by the mall to look at some Pokémon packs. This store has an absolutely egregious markup on their products, about 50-80% more expensive that online retailers in Canada that are also more reputable like ZephyrEpic or 401Games. They’re also furthermore deceptive with their prices because in BOLD on the tag it’ll have a price but note that it’s for “members” only. If you’re not a member, you’ll have to pay upwards of $10 per product depending on the item - what a scam!

Stay away from here if you’re looking to get cards and collectibles - you’ll have a much better time online or elsewhere.
