The new staff here are frustrating to deal with. Informed me of a price, I waited while they chatted to a customer (who already paid) for over 20 minutes. They had to call the manager to ask FOR EVERY SINGLE QUESTION. Only to finally tell me "oh sorry, actually thats not the price". Their excuse: "we are both new here". Wasting 35 minutes of my time, m by giving me a price, then backing out of it is ridiculous. If you are so new that you cant even tell me the correct price, and cant answer a single question without having to call the manager, maybe you should be trained better before starting to work. Also not a single item from the online website was available in store or actually matched. Very frustrating.

I got scammed, so has my friend and others in these reviews. Manager doesn’t even help - Just hides behind the phone, employees don’t know what they’re doing. Unfortunate cause this store sells cool stuff but I rather NOT get scammed.

I was looking at sour skittles for 9.99 and the sales lady told me to get a surpise bag it comes with 4 similar items to which I agreed to. I thought it would be a better deal since she saw me looking at the sour skittles so why not get 4. I paid 18 with tax and opened it to only have 3 items and 2 of them were stale chamoy candies that the air got to and were the size of my finger nail. I went back to the lady and she said sorry I already registered it to you so there’s no refunds despite the fact that this surpise bag had no bar code or number or it indiciating this.keep in mind this girl is around 16 and obviously does not know the ins and outs of the store and shouldn’t have been left alone in the first place but she called her manager, Her manager gave her a hard time about giving me the 4th item it was already suppose to come with. She sent pictures arguing with the manager saying no like there’s nothing left in the bag and it only came with 3 items (in reality 1 since the other 2 were evaporated chamoy) He told her I could only pick 1 item that was 4.99 so to now me the customer paying 18 dollars for getting essentially 2 items worth 4.99… there was only 2 items in the entire store that was 4.99 either another evaporated chamoy candy or a boba bubble tea WOW THANKS FOR THE OPTIONS. You are putting your staff in difficult situations don’t offer a special and give items you should be throwing away. I didn’t even bother asking about the small chamoy one because she had argued enough to get the rightful amount in the bag for me, let alone even ask this so called manager about the evaporated candy he is charging me 18 dollars for. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Felt like I got scammed

Got one of their Halloween bags, said it was 40$ value and that it's candy only. Which it was neither, sold me garbage for 16$.

Misleading advertising. I was told to buy 3 items and will get 4 items free. I got 2 mystery bags$10/bag plus 2 other more expensive items. The manager of this store who was helping out never told me the Bogo sale did not apply to the mystery bags. She instead kept quiet until I paid. Sales were final. When I realized and told her I cannot see the discount on the receipt, she said sorry it doesn't apply to the mystery bags. That was a scam, big time. Instead I was ripped off. Never more will I purchase anything from this store at Erin Mills.

My favorite location. Staff is wonderful & store manager is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

I've been shopping at this store regularly and have never not found what I went for. The staff and especially the store manager are always friendly. I enjoy shopping there are even getting something I wasn't thinking of needing.

What a scam! Charging double and getting away with it. I bought a prime drink for my son for 10$. My husband sent me back saying they are 3$ everywhere else. I went back to complain and return the drink. They do not accept refunds. No signage that indicate final sale, sales associate also never said FINAL SALE at check out. This is horrible! How dare you take advantage of people like this. I will never shop in your establishment again.
