Old balding manager here likes to yell at my kids for no reason. Filed a complaint with the head office and they did nothing about it. I think his name is Ryan.

This is one of my favourite store at the Promenade Mall as it has an excellent selection of children and adult products.
Ryan, the store Manager, has exceptional customer service skills and I have also had similar experiences with other staff members.

My expirience was amazing they were so nice to me and handing out nice compliments like giving candy on halloween they even gave me two packs of jelly friuts from tiktok and the service muah amazing they had every thing i could ever dream of about fidgets and more anyways i would 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% recomend this rating should be 6 stars lol

Amazing experience shopping here. Worker was very friendly and gave great advice on needed purchase. Would recommend.

I was in the Promenade Showcase store and was given service by Ryan. I must say that Ryan went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Service was amazing. I recommend this store to all.

Showcase is famous for bad customer service in-store and online. My experience has been the same in both.

Love the location and even it's a small store I was happy to find what I was looking for. The clerk was really nice.

I normally shop at a different location, but i was looking for a specific product so I called the store to see if I can pre-order and pick up at store. The person on the phone introduced herself as the manager and REFUSED to tell me her first name, only gave me her employee 4digit ID #.: -s, i was inquiring if the item available at all for pre-order.to which i kept getting the answer "you have to come in to do it in person". (still not answering If it is available for preorder).
Not a good experience, not friendly, and not in any way personable. AND this is supposed to be a "manager", when I asked if I should ask for her by her four digit number when i come into the store, she told me "it is my right to not give out my first name". Lol
With that said, I will not step foot in this location, because worker number 4819 was not someone I would want to give my money to.
