Shulman and their partners are great at running up your bill and getting no where, also their billing department has no problem with inappropriately allocating payments to newer invoices to gouge you for extra interest and if you Fire them and than refuse to pay $1,000.00 for doing so they put you in collections… good luck to anyone that deals with these people.

If you have a ton of money to wast this is the team for you, $20,000 later and still had to file everything and represent myself, they love to bill you for your emails then bill you for every member to re read the email.
I had to gather all my evidence myself and got charges 5 times for them to complete 1 form that in the end I had to print sign and file myself. My advice is research a bit of family law procedure and do it yourself. This law firm seems to care more about making money then helping there clients.

It was a good experience under the circumstances of getting a divorce. The firm is knowledgeable and was able to help in a timely manner. Going through a divorce during COVID had its challenges and most firms were not helpful. But these guys were great.

Kevin Caspersz has no experience in family law. He folds when he goes to court and is completely timid and weak. He messed up my separation agreement so bad that I had to sue him and he had to get a lawyer to defend himself. He does not know the tax laws and or child support rules. I would run away if you see him at any law firm. I notice he has moved around to different firms, probably once the owner finds out he's incompetent. Run!

I was promised a much better outcome by going to court. Court dates got moved and documents then needed yo be amended and retainers and Shulman accounts just kept coming every money and when the court date finally came Diana let me down by not showing up! I should have saved my money and just settled. The only consistent thing about my case was that Shulman account came every month! My advice try to work with your X and save yourself some money and emotional stress.

They charged a lot and base on your status. What i had experienced was horrible that every week i must use my credit card to add to retain for 7 weeks i ran out of money.i had lost my case the my Ex. They are very bad.
