Shuyi Tealicious Hwy 7书亦烧仙草

Shuyi is usually my favourite bubble tea spot to hit. However, the service at this location was tremendously disrespectful and the cashier gave so much attitude. I usually don’t take time out of my day to do petty things like write a review but she was that disrespectful.

I ordered the coconut raspberry drink and it taste like water…. The berries inside taste like it’s rotten and I had stomachaches after I drink it… this drink cost me 11.24 and it’s not worth it. Over priced and taste bad

It used to be my go to place but now it tastes really disgusting. Didn't even finish the drinks. Do not recommend it!

Came at 9: 30 and the server at the counter says they were closed. Store hours says it's open but the girl said it was 'last call'. Definitely do not advertise a closing time of 10 if you are not gonna serve until then

I got their caramel milk tea. It was one of the worst ones I ever had. The flavor was very dull. The tapioca bubbles were tasteless. $6.50 and disappointed. Never will be back. Too bad the Bubble Lee was closed.

I am a huge believer in customer service and how you treat your customers demonstrates your values in business.
Unfortunately first and last time at those location - the personnel at the counter are impatient, rude and unhelpful.
Would caution in providing a business to this tea shop.

One of the prettier Shuyi locations, which is open pretty late with ample parking. Service is very prompt and polite too, while the drink quality is consistent. I kinda wish they marketed their new drinks a bit more aggresively but hey, their classic grass jelly milk tea always hits the spot!
