In early December 2023, we purchased a very slightly used Jayco Greyhawk Class C motorhome. Both Suzanne, in sales and Amber, in delivery did an exceptional job. We picked it up and drove to Florida for our 3 month stay. I am happy to report that it performed flawlessly, not one issue. A Jayco Greyhawk is indeed a better quality coach. Everything works as it should and very well, it was well prepared. This is our 4th RV in the last few years and our best buying experience. Thank you to the team, bravo.

An excellent experience trading our old RV for a new one. Phil was very helpful in setting up a great deal. Amber did an excellent job of demonstrating all of the features of our new RV. She ensured that we were totally confident in how the RV worked before we left the dealership.

We had a great experience with Sicard RV before, during, and after the sale. We were brand new to RV’ing so we did not know anything about anything and yet the Sicard team was able to determine our needs and steer us towards the perfect rig for our lifestyle and purposes. They provided guidance, insight, and products and services that has allowed us to enjoy a full time RV life. Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience buying a trailer from Sicards. When we met Kary at the RV show she showed us a trailer that met our needs perfectly. Her easy going manner and professional knowledge gave us the confidence to go ahead with our purchase. We are glad we did! Everyone at the dealership was fantastic. Martha talked us through all the paperwork and Kary made sure we were happy. Ethan was our "walk-through specialist" and he handled our many questions and concerns with knowledge and just the right amount of good humor.
We highly recommend Sicards if you're in the market for a new trailer, they will make you feel like family!

I bought a Leisure Travel Van Motor Home through Sicard RV and the sales went very good and I have a lot of respect to this day for Carm Galo, the Sales Rep who helped us acquire this Motor Home. I had been dealing with Sicard RV for Service for a few years now and I always had something to complain about. You go for servicing one item you end up coming up with two or three more issues. I still gave them the benefit of doubt and tried to go back again and again but same all the time. Once you purchase your RV from Sicard please don't go back. You will be wasting your money and you will be disappointed too. Good people but poor Service and poor Customer Service. I usually don't like giving bad reviews on a public platform but this time I felt it was necessary and I hope this will be a learning experience to some naive people like me out there.

Worst RV dealership yet. They still have my kitchen stools 2 years after delivery of the unit and nothing but excuses DO NOT BUY HERE. THey sell you the trailer then everything after that is terrible. I would rate a zero if I could.

I have such a hard time understanding all of the positive reviews on here. I've tried to give Sicard the benefit of the doubt but I've had such a poor experience with their service department since buying my Jayco motorhome almost two years ago.

At our most recent appointment, I had provided - months in advance - a list of warranty items I wanted to have dealt with.

They had my rig for two and a half weeks and, aside from requested oil changes, only dealt with 2 of the items. They didn't even "have time" to look at the other items on my list.

Not to mention the poor communication throughout the whole process. I was originally given a timeline of two weeks, which got delayed, but never was I given a clear answer as to when the repairs would be completed and when I would be able to pick up my rig.

In addition, apparently they don't book service appointments from April to September? Our warranty is up in February, but we are south for the winter. So we wanted to get all of our warranty items dealt with before we went south. I asked if we could book a follow up in April or May to get these things looked at under warranty, but nope.

We're on our third service advisor in 3 months. The previous two were suddenly no longer with the company. Makes me wonder why that is.

The only positive thing I have to say is that Dave McCollugh was very responsive and put me in touch with one of their service techs because the dash radio failed on our drive home when we first bought the unit. We were 5 hours away and couldn't just turn around to take it back, and the tech was able to give me some pointers on how to troubleshoot it myself.

But that's largely been my whole experience: having to fix everything myself, because I don't feel that I can count on Sicard to do it well (or at all), in a timely manner, with good communication.

Had my jayco 2019 jayfeather 21rd 18 months now.
Out of the box I had to return it for several defects. Peeling Countertop.
Shower walls delaminated.
Bathroom door wouldn't close.
Badly installed wiring which they said was not a problem.

There's now 2 outstanding recall relating to propane regulator and gas stove.
However no parts are available to fix till spring 2022 9 months away.
Twice whilst out camping water randomly leaks by the sink and toilet. I called Sicard they can't look at it till December.
I have a winterize appointment booked in a month seems to me that best would be to leave it there and then sell it when all fixed.
Nope they say bring back in spring " maybe they will have parts for or the recalls lol.
I really regret choosing a jayco.
Just a shoddily built product
OK update as of October 2023 all recalls have been done.
We're going seasonal at Knights Beach in Dunneville next year so no towing around hopefully no more issues.

Wish I could recommend this place. Purchase went well but service, sales and parts were not good. No communication between departments and after we were assured our motohome was ready, we had to spring for three nights in a hotel before the unit was ready. Our only really positive experience was our walk through with Jan. You would think that after shelling out a substantial amount of $ for a motorhome, things would run more smoothly. I would recommend hiring a single person to track sales, service and parts in order make the process more smooth. It appeared that staff had no internal communication. Also, parts ordering was not at all a good experience. We were given a partial quote for a solar power install after a week and a half but by that time, another vendor had ordered and installed the equipment for us at a substantially less price. I've already shared our experience with another person who asked us whether we would recommend Sicard.

We picked up our Jayco XT 32U on 28 Oct 23. The pickup was arranged for 0800 hrs and upon arrival it wasn’t totally ready. Our service manager was not there but Liz Beattie stepped in and got things done. She assisted Mark back in the wash bay to get it cleaned up. Kate was also very helpful in getting me off the lot and thanks to Braydon who went in the RV on no notice and cleaned it up inside. Liz was really helpful with getting some items from the store with loyalty points. Overall, this crew, pretty much led by a Liz got the job done and were super pleasant to deal with. Superb work Liz and crew

My fiance and I purchased our Jayco from Sicard back in May, and although we love the trailer, we're very disappointed with the service and lack of communication within the facility.

The trailer was bought as a "used" unit (it's a 2022), so there was a couple things that needed tending to prior to us picking it up for the first time. We were assured that within the 3 weeks we waited to pick up the unit, all issues would be resolved. Unfortunately, there were things that remained incomplete. There was a light missing and the fridge door was still broken, and again, we were assured these items would be put on order immediately.

After many phone calls, monthly check ins, and lots of "he said she said" from Sicard, someone was finally able to tell us the fridge door and light had never actually been ordered. The items were finally ordered in late SEPTEMBER, 3 months to the day after our actual pickup date.

We were grateful to finally be helped and given answers by the off-site supervisor, Jon. Nobody else seemed to know what was going on.

The only positive about Sicard is their inventory. If you have something specific in mind, by all means purchase it.but once you leave, never look back.

Our experience with sales was good - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
The service department is beyond terrible. Not worth going over all of the specifics, but suffice it to say we agree with all of the other negative reviews. It has been well over a year of frustration over multiple visits!
Most recently, during last service appointment, their staff opened and left open bathroom vent allowing several days of rain in causing water damage to the bathroom vanity. No apology, just initial denial followed by 2 months of nothing. Finally got damage fixed elsewhere and Sicard’s reimbursed following threat of legal action.
Will never take our RV back there again - not worth the anger and frustration!

Words don't begin to cover the respect and appreciation we have for Jon Kendrick, his dedication, determination and support is second to none. When standard support avenues were hitting a dead end in April we reached out to Mitch S (our 5 Star salesperson from June 2022), Mitch got Jon on our team. After the initial repair didn't last Jon dug his heels in and cont'd to lobby for resolution for us. He never gave up, he is a man of his word for sure. Tech Mark was determined as well to solve they mystery, hats off to him too. We will be able to travel this winter thanks to them and the work-around. This is to be cont'd in the spring to discover the definitive root cause. We have confidence that Jon and the Sicard Team will succeed.

Long overdue, our apologies. We connected with Mitch Sehl in Mar. 2022 for help finding our forever 5th wheel winter home. There were a few bumps in the road, a cancelled deal yet Mitch stuck with us to help us in the search. Without benefit even of pictures what we thought was a perfect fit presented online. Mitch went above and beyond to help with the research, negotiate a trade-in and purchase deal (we were in Texas). We tried to be patient, eagerly waiting for the unit to arrive on site. Mitch called days before it arrived and scheduled a walk through for the day after arrival. The rig was perfect, everything we could have wanted was there and then some. Mitch pushed to get the pickup date as soon as possible; May is a busy time for Sicards. After we got Marley Montana home an issue was identified, Mitch again to the rescue to help arrange the repair, his commitment is commendable. Thank you Sicard RV for everything, most of all for such a dedicated team from sales to service and all the behind the scenes people.

We just purchased a motorhome and we found all the staff to be very friendly. We had a window issue the 2nd day and returned it that day and we were very happy with the service we recieved. It was friendly and very fast. We would have no problrms recommending Sicard RV to our friends.

We have had Exceptional service at Sicard Rv over the 4 years that we have owned our Entegra Reatta
From The first moment we interacted with the team at Sicard Rv there highly experienced and dedicated owner Terry Sicard, I knew I was in good hands it was apparent Sicard and his team Members care about there customers needs as they drive to deliver outstanding service. Our sales representative Paul Harper did an awesome job at helping to try to figure out what we wanted, when we didn’t know what we really wanted, we knew we wanted a Class A diesel pusher and the few options that we wanted and we sat down with Paul and he went over a few different models and we found that the Reatta was a perfect fit for us.
Paul then introduced us Dave McCulloch The senior service advisor and he answered any other questions we might have and over the years anytime we’ve brought our unit in Dave has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied 100% on every service that was needed to be repaired
One other individual who consistently goes above and beyond is their exceptional manager Jessica P. She is always ready and available to address any concerns or inquiries and her professionalism and attention to detail have truly impressed me. Jessica ensure everything run smoothly and a Customer satisfaction raise the top priority here at Sicard RV.
I also wanna express my gratitude to the skilled mechanics Dave Hanson expertise and precision in diagnosing and resolving any mechanical issues have consistently exceeded my expectations, his dedication to his craft is truly remarkable.
Another great technician at Sicard RV is Mark Kluge he’s a remarkable individual who possess an outstanding work ethic his attention and his attention to detail. Marks excessive knowledge of RV’s especially the Entegra Reatta motorhome, was truly impressive anything that we weren’t sure about he was able explain in easy terms for anyone to understand on how certain things actually did work especially on our Reatta.

We would like to thank Jessica and Jon in the service department for stepping up and helping us with our propane leak. Which was caused by the manufacturer Jayco at assembly. But since I was out of warranty Jayco would not help us. But Jessica and her team helped us with a new hose, and absorbed most of the cost.
