Sicilian Gourmet Pizza & Pasta

The food is high quality and the atmosphere is authentic Italian. Their pizza is the best tasting pizza I've ever had! I've only had the New Yorker (meat lover's) but I'm sure the rest are great too. I was served by the lovely Ashley. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. You may find a cheaper pizza in town, but you'll be hard-pressed to find a better one.

Haven't had a real pizza like this in years! Fresh tasty dough and fresh toppings. Perfectly baked with incredible flavours! Been here once before hand and the pasta is amazing too. Highly recommend! Friendly service!

We will never go back. It was the worst tiramisu we have had in our lives. The cream tasted like mayo mixed with cream cheese. Was served in a plastic round container. The place is not run by Italians by the way and it shows. Grungy inside and not even a espresso machine. We didnt say anything to the owner or manager. We didnt get a hello or a smile when we left. The server was nice.

Food was tasty, atmosphere was fun, service was outstanding. I went on my birthday and the owner brought out a cake and candle for me. Very special touch. Thank you

Well, we didn't actually get any food. Service was good, but when drinks came (fountain pop) they were undrinkable. I am almost 50, had lots of pop, good and bad, this was something all together differnt. We tried to figure out the menu, but there were so many fusion type dishes that I couldn't find anything that spoke to me. We wanted a sit down pizza place as Pizza Italia only does takeout now. They have pizza on the sign, and pizzas when you enter the restaraunt, but no pizza menu aside from the preselected, and no family sizes.only small. Not the end of the world, but 21$ for a small pizza is a bit rich for me. Seeing as it was Friday night, dinner time, and we were the only people in the place, we took it as a sign and went somewhere else.

Clean, Courteous, best customer service a. Do great food.

This pizzeria is the best! I don’t usually come to Barrie, but this small location has the best meatball sub I have ever had. I am eating here as I write the review and it smells delicious!

Amazing Italian restaurant! We absolutely love the staff and their excellent Manager Matt. Marie treated us so well when we were visiting from Canada last year, we needed to bring family this year! We will be back again before we leave. Hopefully, we will return again next year! Thank you Sicilian Butcher, Marie & Matt!

We recently had my Mother's 84th birthday at this restaurant. We all enjoyed it thoroughly! The food was great, the price was good, the atmosphere was good, the staff was friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend this place if you want authentic Italian food and not have to put up with the noise and knock-off food the a chain restaurant has. Our server was Ash, she did a tremdous job for us.

Very delicious food, small place, not too busy for a lunch on a Saturday. The homemade pasta sauce was fantastic in the Chicken Parmesan dish. The NY meat lovers pizza was very good as well. A little pricey for the ambiance, but definitely good food. Will come back again to try more stuff on the menu!

I love ️ pizza so much and seen that this company got awards and high ratings. Spent $35 on a large pizza and it was not good at all and expected better especially the bruschetta with feta, my gf and I didn’t like neither items and I was so disappointed because I had high hopes. The service was good though
A Italian restaurant called Theo’s in Orillia has way better pizza and way better bruschetta honestly they really do and lots of other goodies.

What a great little jewel Barrie has here. Came from out of town and just happened to drive by this great restaurant. I can't say enough about the food and the service which were both top notch. Loved the make my own pasta, and my wife was in heaven eating the chicken parm sandwich. Very good value for the experience and for the food. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Found this place by accident while in Barry for medical treatment we were pleasantly surprised the food was delicious the staff was nice can't say enough about this place we all really really enjoyed our food will definitely go there again

Came in for dinner with my boyfriend and this place hit the spot! Our server, Mae was terrific! Helpful, attentive and overall provided excellent customer service. I ordered a chicken pesto pizza and was happy that they offered gluten free crust. It was tasty and the portion size made for plenty of left overs. My boyfriend went for the spaghetti and meatballs - he ate the entire plate! He definitely enjoyed it! We both agreed, we’ll be back to enjoy another delicious meal.

A group of 4 is stopped in for a dinner on our way hame for a camping trip, so we’re really wanting comfort food. The food was delicious and our server Panthea was very sweet and efficient. Highly recommend this restaurant for a casual friendly place with good food.

Delicious food in large portions for a great price what more could you ask for. Me and my wife have been looking for a good Italian restaurant for awhile now and this is now our go to place for great pasta.

My family eat here all the time when we lived next door. We were sad we had to move to the north end of barrie. But we treat ourselves and make a tirp there to eat dinner as Over the last 4ish years I have never had a bad meal or service and we all left full belly. The last two years have been hard for family owned restaurants and we made sure to drop in and support them as best we could.

If your looking for an amazing restaurant with great food head there as I would 100% recommend it to anyone!

This place is so good. We came here randomly after seeing it here for years, and my god was it a hit. Amazing prices and the pizza is even better. The staff is friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is super unique. 5 stars all around. We’ve eaten more pizza here in the past week than anywhere else in the past year.

The man working last evening was not welcoming at all. Quite frankly no one even greeted me. Pasta was over cooked and he didn’t bother giving me any takeout cutlery or napkins. Food was ok until it woke me up in the middle of the night and sent me to the toilet.

Recently made first visit to Sicilian Gourmet. WON'T be our last! Had 4 dishes-Pastas, Parmigiana Veal Sandwich, all good. (Party of 4 who usually dine out for lunch on Fridays.)

The lady in the reception is really rude with costumers not friendly at all I want to leave the store very fast and felt sorry that I ordered by phone and that's my first visit to this location sure the last one

Everything was absolutely delicious! The eggplant parmesan and steak sandwiches were both amazing and we ate every bite! The desserts were also delicious and the portions were generous. You must come by!

Food was mediocre, service was ok. Server had a bit of an attitude. Nothing amazing. Nothing stood out.

Ordered on skip the dish and the chicken parm was not even a cutlet.thick and tasted fake.fries tasted frozen.definitely overpriced for the quality.was disappointed

90 mins for delivery told it would take 40 mins not some crazy holiday it was on a Wednesday night after 730 when it arrived Cold & the driver was more concerned about me not paying him in the cold so he offered himself to step In.very odd behavior.

I had a lovely pasta dish here in December, and it was the most delicious I have ever tasted! This small restaurant is struggling through Covid, so support them by doing takeout. I don't live close, but if I did, this would be my go-to place!

The food is good but it's a little too expensive here why pay $26 for a small pizza when you can get one twice the sizes at Little Caesars or Dominos.

But my major issue is with an employee who works night shift who is very rude with other employees and customers if I was to order anything I would not order after 4: 00pm

My first time at this family restaurant in Barrie. Food is amazing. We ordered the cheese rigatoni and the famous baked panzerotti. We definitely enjoy the home made taste and the portions size was more than enough. With leftover for the next day. We will be back.

Had been wanting to try this spot for some time and finally had the opportunity the other night. Now I am wondering why it took me so long!
Friendly greeting when we walked in, fast service, traditional Italian food that we made fresh to order and large portions (yes I had enough for lunch the next day) I will be returning and I am making it my personal mission to try everything on the menu - yes I did feel it was that good!

Most delicious food I ever had! You really can't go wrong with any of their pies, and the kids love the Pinocchio and Super Mario Pizza. We will definitely go again.

Ordered instore for take-out.tasty chicken wings, good linguine tetrazzini.giving 3 stars for giving me chicken quesadillas instead of beef that I ordered and sandwich has watery sauce, unsure if it was the thawed tomatoes or the washed lettuce? Customer service was not the best.paid $70+ for an average dinner.

I'm so glad we decided to visit Sicilian Gourmet Pizza. This place is so underrated location wise, however they have the best pizza I ever had for the past 8 years. Period.
We had the Milano, Siciliano and Veggie Veneto, they were just great! The crust was perfect.
Oh and you won't be disappointed about the location's interior design. It was mind blowing!

Staff are very slow, and very rude. They give you angry looks when they actually have to do something. Ordered a pizza once, they said to pick up in 35 mins. Went there, and waited another 45 mins alongside a woman who had been waiting almost 2 hours for her pasta order. Do not recommend!

I’ve been ordering from them for almost 7 years and they have yet to disappoint! The oven-baked cheese rigatoni is my current favourite. The best thing about this place is, is that the food always comes hot! Not enough stars for this place!

I recently hosted a year-end celebration for my team of more then 60 people at Sicilian Gourmet Pizza, the staff were absolutely amazing and the owner made special accommodation for us including Buffet pricing so that we could afford the event.

Pizza was fantastic and salads are very good too. Definitely sending all my business to this family run local establishment.

Nice place close to home that is cosy with homemade food. Double taste wings are always good. Chicken parmesan sandwich on crusty baguette was satisfying. Green Mediterranean salad is refreshing and lemony. Tiramisu was a nice way to finish off the meal. Nice that Flying Monkeys is on tap.

Had the worst experience at this place the other day. Walked in and ordered two medium pizzas, they have a walk in special for $8.99. Cause I ate in the restaurant instead of bringing it out they ended up charging me almost $14 a pizza. Extremely bad service and couldn’t explain why I was charged $14 instead of $8.99 per pizza. They will try to take your money to triple check your bill and get a receipt. The older man at the counter will drink you. They even charge me almost $3 for a water bottle. Just your average brand name water bottle.

My family and I have been loyal customers for well over 15 years, why!?
Because the food is always always so fresh, and anything on the menu is always made with tender love, and care.
As well, great staff, and the owner is a wonderful human being to talk to!
This establishment increases the value of our neighborhood in so many ways!

Reza is a wonderful creator of genuine Sicilian/Italian food in Canada. I had the "build your own pasta" which was perfect. Al dente, rose sauce perfect, vegetables and shrimp cooked and served to perfection. This is a wonderful little restaurant in Barrie on the corner of Ferndale and Ardagh. You will be delighted with your experience.

This place is awesome. I always get the pizza but decided to try the lasagna today. It was magical to say the least, he seasons he's meat so it gives it a rich taste and there is no shortage of cheese either. Also had the eggplant veal parmigiana sandwich. Also to die for. This place is killer it my #1 stop in Barrie when I am there.

I had a canadiano 10” pizza, the best pizza I’ve every had. Friendly welcoming and nice staff. I would recommend anybody in the area to visit this place. Worth the drive.

I had probably the best chicken parmesan sandwhich I've ever eaten here. It was a sizeable portion and cost only $10. The food truly is gourmet in flavour. I hope to return soon.

Really good food. So many appealing things on the menu. Good service too. Best of all this is a quiet place, no music, no sound on the TV. You can converse with your companions an a normal volume.

OMG.could be some of the best pizza in Ontario. If you live or are close to Barrie you must try this place out. There white pizza are KILLER. I haven't had anything other then there pizza but say if the pizza taste like awesome everything else must be awesome as well. Give it a try. It is on the pricier side and we'll worth the extra cost in my opinion.

I love food, and I go almost everywhere I can to try new things and new flavours. One of my favourite kinds of food is Italian, and nowhere in town makes me hunger for Pizza, pasta, or a hearty sandwich more than Sicilian Gourmet Pizza & Pasta on Ardagh and Ferndale.

Super accessible, very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the food! Delicious. Portions are great, everything is fresh, and their selection is vast. A little something for everyone!

My favourite dishes to order are the Fettuccine Alfredo, Fresh Baked Lasagna, Veal/Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, and the Alfredo Pizza.

What a delightful restaurant.we stumbled upon this place so hungry.and found a very cozy place after a long day.
My friends and I a group of ten ordered from this great menu that had something to offer for each one of us. Great selection of pizza. Many pasta dishes and salads and a whole lot more.the good was absolutely fresh and delicious and generous portions.
The staff was super friendly and gave us great service.
We recommend this restaurant.very much

I went here today for my first time and was pleasantly surprised, I am Sicilian so I’m always curious on if they’ll make authentic food or not or Americanized versions and this was definitely not Americanized! This was delicious, they also have a 3 course meal for $25.99 which is a great deal, good portion sizes and very delicious food. Also had amazing service, Will for sure be returning.

I had my wedding catered by Sicilian Gourmet and it was fantastic! It tasted amazing and the guests literally would not stop talking about how it was their favourite Wedding dinner yet! I was so happy with the food and the service. Reza was super easy to talk to and we did a tasting at the restaurant before confirming everything. All in all a great experience!

Great food. Last order they messed up a bit, admitted fault and fixed it. Wouldnt deliver it even though I paid for delivery originally so I just drove and picked it up.
