Very poor service at all levels. Bought my new house in October 2021 and never received my legal documents until October 2023. I sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls to several people with no success. It's disgraceful! The response I received initially about the delay was that manpower issues (lack of) caused the delay and why should this be my problem from a customer standpoint. I really wouldn't mind even waiting a few months for these documents, but two years! Unacceptable! I will not recommend this company to my military colleagues and/or any friends or family members!

My husband went there for some advice and end up, actually believing them until another lawyer advised something else which they mentioned during the consultation something which seems pointless proceeding

Our experience with Yanik Guilbault & Patricia was not good, they did not helped us to get our claim for our appliances, as we moved to our property we found broken washer & dryer, but in contract seller mentioned it’s working fine, seller refused to pay for that, our lawyer did not help us to get our money back, I would not recommend them, we paid there fees for useless service, if they are not able to help there clients in the matter of contract then why we should have to pay there fee.

All that my lawyer did was lead me down the path of emptying my bank account.

In over a year and a half I received zero useful advice and nothing remotely close to a result. But my bank account is ablut $20,000 lighter. I've found better and more relevant advice through google. I wish that I could get my money back. Every single cent was a complete waste

The family court system is ruthless to men, even good Fathers, it doesn't matter. I wish that I chose to just represent myself. What an incredible waste of money during the most difficult times in my life. Utterly useless

Had a great experience with Michel Sicotte. He helped us with the legal documents for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Very professional lawyer, explains everything in detail, in a language you understand and move in day went smoother than could ever have been expected. The team even took it upon themselves to coordinate a closing date of one day sooner due to the proximity to the holiday break! Highly recommend.
