Definitely a hidden gem. Asked for Halal options and the owner explained what he can do and remember not to refill the pot with meat based soup. This place also has good selections of food with fun conveyor belt. I will recommend this place to my friends.

First time seeing and trying a convoy Hotpot and was a good experience from that. Remind me the sushi style.

Got the table as soon as me and my friend arrived and the waitress explained how it works and how to get the sauces.

Food are really good and tasty hope the portion on the bowls was a bit more bigger by having more pieces of veggies or meat inside. Really good beef slices here and fresh as well. Definitely it worth the visit here. The chicken soup base was really rich and silky but the spice one was a bit oily and very spice as my friend mentioned to me.

There are some Skewers as well to grab and use but we decided to get the food from the convoy to have a better experience on it. Definitely I recommend this place.

Interesting experience with conveyor belt hotpot. Good selection of veggies, and for meats they can bring you full plates instead of having to wait for small portions to come through the belt. Food seems fresh and clean. Desserts not available. Reasonable price. Only takes cash or debit - credit cards not accepted.

My first time dining here was met with amazing hospitality, the best service, and INCREDIBLE food. I would drive across city again just to dine at this location again, a truly memorable experience.

Not much to choose as mostly seeing udon, instant noodle and veggies on the conveyer belt once in a while you will see marinated sliced fish, an egg, shrimp and a very small portion of chicken thigh. Price (weekday $25.99 for adults) doesn't include the soup base (extra $5.99) which we would expect to pay for 'special' soup base but not all soup base. The Light spicy soup base was not really light spicy it was very spicy and we told the waitress about it which she immediately suggested to remove the chili oil on top and it did taste a lot less spicy. Service was ok

Cute little place. Food was decent. Price is good. Service is very good. Very kids friendly.

We came on a Monday night and the restaurant was quiet. The food quality was surprisingly better than other hot pot restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the lamb. The soup base was rich and they refilled the broth with chicken soup. Servers were nice and easy going, although I was hoping that they can all speak English. We tried to make a reservation but the female worker said she did not understand English. It always amaze me that there are servers who can't communicate in English in Canada, are they trying to make their business exclusive to a certain ethnicities? Anyway, just a thought. I will come back next time.

First time checking out this restaurant where you get your choice of food on a conveyor belt style. I ordered the yak butter soup but it's super spicy. I was informed about it, but I still ordered it. I still enjoyed my food and our stay. The waitress so nice she served me like her spoiled son.

We went here on a Monday evening and it was pretty busy surprisingly. It was confusing to find because we thought it was inside the T&T mall but it was on the upper level of the plaza (near the cha me cha). The food was decent and the price wasn't bad for all you can eat. We were really excited for the conveyer belt concept, but unfortunately the dishes that were out out were inconsistent and there were some dishes we never saw on the conveyer belt that we had to ask for, like shrimp and squid. You can mix your own sauce, which was really fun and everyone is meant to get their own soup, so that is an additional cost on top of the AYCE price. Due to the pandemic, they don't offer desserts. The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

I go here at least once a week! They have a great atmosphere, and the food quality is perfect! I love their soup options!

The wife and I came here for dinner on a Friday night around 6: 30 it was busy yet probably about 3 more tables at the time. We thought it was pretty interesting the concept. They offer AYCE hotpot here but with a rotating conveyor belt that carries the food around the whole restaurant similar to a rotating sushi concept.

The food was ok when you order directly from the server like the meats. We found that the other items on the belt just kept looping and didn’t look too appetizing, maybe if it was busier and the items are moving and being replenished with new items.

The price is not bad for AYCE $26 for adult weekday and $29 for adult weekends and holidays. But you can also get better premium soup base for an extra fee. Everyone has an individual pot for cooking.

Overall this place is not bad decent food service is good.

Quite a lot of variety of items available to customers. And the food were pretty fresh. The soup base were fine for us, but will need to refill water to the soup at least once otherwise the soup will become too salty. Too bad they don't have dessert there. The dining are was clean. A fun experience for family.

TLDR - DO NOT GO!

Terrible food! Worst hotpot I have ever had, the soup base tastes like it has gone bad and there is not a lot of choices of food for a hotpot restaurant. Even worse customer services! I was asked to wait for a table and they would call me when the table became available - waited for almost 2 hours, not a single phone call. Then I went and checked, there were multiple empty tables and they just forgot to call.

I wish there is a "no star" option because it is not worth any star at all

I went there yesterday (Mar. 07) and this is and will be my favorite hotspot place in GTA.

Food is super fresh, soup bases are all imported from original place szechuan, and the service is patient, considerate and friendly.

If you go hotpot restaurant, Shrimp is the one kind telling whether they are fresh or not. Side-by-side's shrimp is big, meat is super chewy which means it's very fresh, lamb slices are thin and tasty. And I especially enjoy there one-person-one-pot setting and you can take dishes from convey chain.

I saw some ppl complained about they are too pricy and you have to pay for soup base. I think they much never visit other hotpot restaurants at all. Basically all hotpot restaurants are charging soup base and their price is about average or even a bit lower than other places. Might be pricey for having a "simple dinner" but price is very normal for having all-you-can-eat hotpot in GTA.

I will recommend this hotpot restaurant to all my friends, and I couldn't wait to see a full-open when situation is getting better, at that time they will have deserts and fruits and ice cream and that will definitely makes me happier!

Love the concept of a self serve hotpot! Ingredients were fresh and soup base was flavourful. Prices were slightly higher than other hot pot places tho.

With York region finally being able to open up again, I would think restaurants would take health and safety more seriously. There were more than 10 people in the restaurant. There was a temperature machine but no one confirmed temperatures and no available sanitizer at the door. The entire sauce bar was open with everyone using the same spoons, no covers on the sauce. People were walking up to the bar with no mask.people were leaving their booths with no mask. Regretfully dined in, noticed the red flags.paid the bill and left as soon as possible. Maybe think twice about coming here right now.

Excellent hot pot experience. Prices slightly more than with other AYCE places as you have to pay for soup base. Quality of food is great & fresh, all are wrapped to ensure COVID food safety. Staff very attentive and would come by to see if we needed any more food or refill the hot pot. Conveyor belt is a neat touch, no need to "order" food, and portion sizes prevent unnecessary waste. A+ Really hope this place survives COVID, would love to dine here again
