Sido Shawarma Mediterranean Grill

Nestled in a corner of a modest hotel/business park along a bustling airport boulevard, this Shawarma shop might be easily overlooked. However, if you manage to find it, your reward awaits—a delightful, warm sandwich and the opportunity to meet some genuinely friendly people.

A wonderful family owned shwarma restaurant minutes from Pearson Airport. It was very clean, with fresh food, and really friendly service. The chicken was nice and crispy, just cut from the roaster. Tasty sauces for the reasonably priced Shwarma plate.

We were craving shawarma while at and overnight airport hotel. The food and service was good and prices resonable. There are a few tables and we decided to eat there. Food was prepared on real plates which was nice.

I've had better. Was somewhat disappointed with the food and what they had on the menu. Found it super greasy. The staff where nice and trywd to please.

Delicious chicken wrap at 10pm after a long flight and before a long drive. Will make this part of the Pearson routine. Very fresh, welcoming and convenient.

Love this spot. Portions are great for the price and the flavor is amazing. Get the chicken or lamb shawarma plate. You will be a happy customer!

I came in looking for chicken shawarma and to my surprise realized they have butter chicken so I decided to give it a try. Definitely do not regret my choice- it was delicious with just the right amount of spice! Thanks for the yummy food!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Greeted me and asked me how my day was going along and even gave me extra chicken to try out since it was my first time there! Shawarma was outstanding, perfect amount of veggies all fresh! Will be coming again and definitely a great alternative to Osmows.

This is not an authentic shawarma restaurant. I should have known from the butter chicken for sale sign on the glass. I purchased an $11 shawarma. This is the most I've paid for a shawarma. The pickles were not pickled. Hummus and garlic sauce had no taste. Chicken did not have shawarma seasoning. Lastly I asked the friendly gentleman servicing me if he could please add tabouli.he said "what's that.parsley? "

I’ve been coming to Sido for many years on frequent visits to Toronto for conferences near the airport. Their food is delicious and service is fast and friendly. Their falafel plate is a highlight of every visit.

In Toronto for some training and decided to try this restaurant. Owner was very friendly and the Shawarma plate was one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommended.

Glad to see Sido Shawarma has reopened at their new location beside Zets. I always stop n here for a Chicken Shawarma plate or wrap whenever working near the airport. Excellent, healthy middle eastern food with fast friendly service.

Super friendly, and easy to walk to from our hotel (Sheraton 4 seasons/element). Large, portions and very tasty food!

I was in Toronto for 25 hrs.

I ate Beef Shawarma here twice during that time.

Is that because this was walking distance from the place where i was staying? Possibly.

But eating here reminded me of growing up in Jeddah, so i'm going to say it was the food.

Made a short stop while waiting for an airport pickup. Staff was friendly and my chicken shawarma plate was delicious!

Closes at 10 PM. Went at 9, they refuse to take order. Said, they are closing. Understood when it is a dish but falafel or shawrama hardly takes 5 minutes.

Food was amazing. Can't get a better shawarma wrap. Being coming here for at least 5 years now.

I usually don't give bad review to any outlet until it turns out to be sheer disappointment. Worst shawarma I ever had or I would say I ever tasted as I wasn't able to consume even half of it. Sauces were very subtle with chicken as dried as solid rock.

Taste is above & beyond staff is very polite helpful & treats with dignity it's very delicious one of the best foods in GTA & very clean & neat washrooms & all place is clean & neat yummy food

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I love how their service is always great and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Rates are convenient and they serve large portions.

Kinda old and run down, a little sad actually. However! This is a great spot for some of that familiar middle eastern favorites. I recommend.

I eat here whenever i am near the airport! The Lamb shank plate is the best, just make sure you ask for extra garlic sauce. Highly recommended

Ordered a schwarma, no complaints about it. Pretty average when you want a quick bite. I decided to eat inside and the girl working there was wiping the tables. When she passed me she said b.tch under her breath. It was my first time here and I’m so surprised to experience customer service like that.

I ordered shawarma with rice and rice was cold and chicken was dry and hard, like cooked couple of hours ago. Expecting something fresh and warm food

Worse chicken shawarma. I ordered for a chicken shawarma. They used chicken cooked long back and not fresh. It wasn't from the shawarmah machine but from the tray, very unusual. The meat was not tender. It was very hard to chew. Really wasted my money and time coming here.

Every time I am in Toronto I stop there for lunch. Chicken wrap is very good! Always fresh. Very good service as always!

If. I could give it 0 stars. I would! Gross food. He only gave us 2 pieces of potato and he refused give a side of garlic! Wouldn't stop talking about how ppl come here 2 times a day when I complained about the garlic situation. Very cheap and food so gross we threw it out and went next door to subway!

Generally pleasant service and overall good food. But at times lapses in both. Takeout today ended up having old/spoiled veggies in it.

The chicken wrap is really good! The chicken was tender on the way inside and crispy on the outside. Would recommend going at lunch or dinner when everything is fresh! Friendly fast service.

No quality, bread cracking and falling apart.no service. Never had cucumbers in my shawarma before and coleslaw.waste of time and money!

I dont know if I came on an off day, or maybe because it was right before closing time but I found the shawarma dry

I bought a chicken shawarma wrap. It was okay. The chicken wasn't dry, however there wasn't a whole lot of flavor. One size for the wrap and there are six or seven toppings in total. The wrap plus a pop was $11.50.

Really nice people, absolutely tasteless shawarma! Falafel was tasty though. Never eating this shawarma again. Go to Q North of the 409. Really good there.

Tried the Falafel and chicken shawarma sandwiches and they were dry. I think if they improve the sauce and they're more generous with it, the sandwiches would taste much better.

Ordered a wrap, both guys were nice but the chicken was so cold and rock hard, i saw the guy cutting chicken off the skewer just to put it in the container. Bad way of serving food should cut the chicken when making the wrap. Would not visit again.

Went there for dinner fix. Dry chicken, yesterday's lettuce. Probably geared towards lunch. I know shawarma and was disappointed tonight.: (
