After seeing the program on W5 about Sienna Nursing Homes, I would never put my loved ones here. I think all you nursing homes are the same.my dad is dead as a result of neglect from niagara health care system. My advice.don't hire people who lack empathy, compassion and don't have the ability to treat ppl like human beings. If they aren't into the job they shouldn't be doing it. I don't know why so many people lack this common sense.

I came across the Talent team & sadly to say this individual is unprofessional & incompetent. I wanted a better perspective about leaders and I found the source of the problem. There are better organizations & they will value you more than here. It’s a horrible place to work!

Worst management ever. This company is reactive not protective. They don't care about your loved ones all they care about is their shareholders. Your loved ones and family come last. This outfit should be illegal to function as LTCH. Their lack of compassion and care shows. Stay away if you love your person who requires LTCH. Never sign documents without taking it to your lawyers, and do your due diligence. Their management staff is incompetent. I wouldn't be proud to have this company on my resume. Too bad there are no negative ratings as they would be on the far end of that scale. STAY AWAY AND BE VERY ALERT IF YOUR LOVED ONES ARE ALREADY IN THERE.

Gotta be the worse place to work for. Absolutely a joke. Management team a big joke. So glad some LTCH's are being taken over by MOHLTC.
