Everyone I dealt with at their sales office and customer service were VERY helpful.

There were lots of deficiencies and I'm happy to report that the builder stepped up to the plate and fixed most of them with only a few outstanding Items left.

Leigh was an absolute pleasure dealing with and her presence certainly helped us going through the process of remedying the deficiencies.

As a side note I truly believe that the actual developer is VERY good but they need to select their contractors more carefully.

We bought house in woodbridge Park site of sierra construction. Their services are very bad.their work is very poor quality. They did not give us full finish house. We pointed out many things to them during PDI and they told us that they will finish it as soon as possible but they are taking too much time to do unfinished work.they were expecting from us to take day off when their technician will come to do unfinished work. For each work there are separate contractor and they were asking to come on different days so we have to take many days off from work which is not acceptable.
I suggest that if someone see unfinished work during PDI then please do not sign PDI documents and also do not do closing untill they will provide you full finish house. I made mistake that i signed PDI documents and did closing of unfinished house.even if one small things is not done as we expect please ask them to finish it before closing otherwise do not do closing. Please concern your property lawyer for this issue before signing PDI document.this builder makes their customers fool.

We purchased a townhome from sierra builders in woodbridge park. They sent a statement of adjustment before closing, indicating undeclared (hidden) charges. The initial brochure of townhomes does not indicate that
how much we will have to pay: (i) development charges (ii) education levies (iii) park/public art levies. Also the builder did not provide estimate of adjustment at closing. Initially, the builder in his purchase and sale agreement, used explicit terms to explain how much the purchaser will have to pay. Today i received statement of adjustment, I will have to pay (i) increase of development charges ($12 758) (ii) Education levies ($7 329) and (iii) parks and public levies ($9605). This is completely unfair to charge so much money without mentioned anything at their open house sale.
Anyone else experienced the same issues, let me know. Thanks.

They use bottom of the barrel materials and it clearly shows. I'll make sure to warn future buyers of Sierra when they release their next development.

They recently had a machine backhoe for sale on kijiji I left a message saying I was interested, and left my phone nunber, they got back to me with their asking price, I said ok I agree to the price went to the bank to get the money and get a call back saying we can't do the invoice we dont know what corporation owns this machine we need the owner to come back from vacation and they said he should be back tomorrow I said ok get back to me tomorrow as soon you find out how owns the machine, long story short they lied all the way and sold the machine to someone else that offered more money that day, wen all they had to do is we got a bigger offer than our asking price and I could have matched the offer or give more this people lie like its nothing on daily basis, I recomend no one to do business with people like this.

If you bought their house at WoodBridge Park development please go over your agreement. They are hiding may fees that they have no cap on. They can increase the price of it any time as they like. Especially read agreement # 19. D, P, Q and R. This is very terrible. Find a good lawyer and read it with them. When the development is done, you will be paying way more than what is indicated on the agreement. They don't even tell your backyard size if you have one, they can also not have them.

If your house is built and it doesn't get registered as a condominium by your city on time, you will be paying a rent for your newly bought house. You will also have to put 25% down of your housing cost or else the house will be a default and you will lose all your down payment on top of losing your house.

EDIT: I'm updating my review from 1 STAR to 3 STARS. Initially they messed up, but they learned their lesson and correct them right. You can't really blame them, the market was hot, 1000 people showed up to buy 200 hundred houses. Dear builders you sold when the market was hot, VERY HOT, please put proper care into building them, people are pouring their hard earned money for a home to live in, don't cheap out. Thanks.
