Been here twice. One for massage and one for facial. Both time got service from Sahar. Very friendly and professional. Relaxation time well spent.

Terrible experience. They surround you with people, peer pressure you into upgrading your package. Even if rejected, still does the treatment on you then essentially force you into paying the upgraded treatment.

I go there every month for treatments, I’ve done hydra facial and facial laser treatments. All the experiences were very good, all the staff are very friendly, especially for Joanne is super patient and professional, I really enjoy it during the treatments, for sure I will come back!

I don’t visit clinics often as I don’t like to do cosmetic treatments. I prefer natural looks and like it when I go to a clinic and am not forced to buy things. I like to relax. I went into signature beauty lounge which was located at the bottom of Sheraton hotel where I was staying in for the weekend. I was greeted by the receptionist and was asked if I needed a treatment, I mentioned that I wanted a consultation as I had no idea what they offer, the receptionist “sahar” was super sweet. I then went into a room where the consultant “Cynthia” gave me a quick consultation. I decided to listen to Cynthia and get hydrafacial and iv therapy done. I loved the two treatments she offered me. The hydrafacial deep cleaned my skin and I felt a lot better, the IV made me feel relaxed and later on gave me a lot of energy. Overall I liked that the services were done professionally and I was not pushed and forced into buying more services. It’s important to feel relaxed when going into a cosmetic clinic. Will definitely come back.

I did all my hydra facial here with Amber. She is knowledgeable and welcoming. We talk a lot, and get every question answered. I also did laser treatment, and my skin got lots better now.

Been a regular customer to this location for over a year now. Every single one I’ve met here is professional and highly knowledgeable. No hard selling, but that only encouraged me to visit there more often and my trust had grown deeper. Also they are constantly updating themselves with the most cutting edge technologies, so you know you are getting prettier in the smartest way =)

This is my go-to place for Hydra Facial. Always a 5star experience. The ppl there are friendly and knowledgeable. Moreover they don’t hard sell which allows me to explore freely and try the products/treatments at my own pace.
