I have had ultherapy, thermagy here and I can see my jawline is getting clearer as well as my double chin disappeared. Anki is very professional and she suggests only the treatments that I need and is suitable for me. So I decide to continue do skin boost and PRP in the following seasons.

This is the worse experience ever! I went in expecting some results but was provided service that was horrible, as verified by their own doctor. I can only write about it now as it has been 5 months and most of the botox has worn off.
Early Oct, 2022, I went in with consultant Thea. I wanted to look and feel better and was open to options for skin care and/or injections. Thea provided combination of botox, fillers, and aftercare lotions. (Not a cheap total!) As this was my first time, i can only assume that they were professional and knew what they were talking about. Lily, the nurse, provided the injectables. I was not advised of the bruising and care for it, aside from not taking a nap for the next few hours. As you can guess, I was overcome with bruising in my face for at least 2 weeks. My eyes were tired all the time from trying to keep my lids open, due to the improper placement of the injections. Not only were my eyes tired, the injectables have created a crater like effect on my eye socket. I went back in 2 weeks, and was advised to massage my face to relax the injectables. (not true, as this would not help, their doctor verified it) After 2 more weeks, I asked for another follow-up and provided pictures with my horrible results, which aged me from prior to going in. The doctor (Dr. Choi?) saw me and he agreed that the results were horrible. Lily, nurse, should not have done the botox and filler together for first timers. Placement of injectables were not correct, and too many units were used, approx 25% extra.to be exact i was given 12 units, when only 8 was to be used for botox. This is how they make money by overselling what is not needed. In order to repair the horrible work, the doctor had to add more filler to balance it off, which has now widen my face. Thea tried to charge me for the repairs, and i definitely questioned her on that since she heard what the doctor said about the shoddy work provided.
In the meantime, in December 2022, i went to another clinic @bellairlaser to see what can be done, and the clinic said that based on previous pictures, i need some laser to tighten the skin. This helped enormously as the botox has worn off, and i am starting to look more like myself. I am considering also to dissolve the filler as the crater like effect on my eyes are from too much filler creating pillow cheeks.
Definitely do not recommend this place, they are not able to provide proper consultation with your best interest.

I was contacted by the social manager of Signature and invited to come back in to discuss some options. Teresa introduced Cynthia, senior nurse, who discussed some options and they dissolved some of the filler and I am already starting to look better. I have some more time with them, so hopefully I will get to a better point. I will continue to update.

Very clean and neat clinic. The receptionist was very helpful and provided an excellent service.

My consulter Anki provided me a very detailed information regarding on products. She didn’t know I had a bad experience a year ago in other location until I came to this location today. The aesthetician Jane is knowledgeable and skillful about how she operates the tool manually. It’s been a year! Finally I am willing to get back to the game:)

Environment and service are very good! I made the water shuttle yesterday and the effect is not bad!

The environment is very comfortable and clean. The doctors are very professional and attentive. Highly recommended~
