I was looking for a company to provide the number and street address for my home. I wanted something 'written' on the arch over my front steps. Signs in The Making came through. Sean came and measured and then I was offered a good choice of fonts. Once I chose the one I liked, Sean was back the next day to measure exactly and then went back to the shop to have the number and lettering prepared and he was back again in the afternoon to install. Very impressive, personalized service. A company I would highly recommend dealing with. I'm quite pleased with the finished effect.

We are DELIGHTED with the service we received at Signs in the Making. Sean and Thomas went above and beyond, helping us get our custom sign made super quickly - even with the Rogers fiasco! Lots of shops just called it quits and closed for the day, but Thomas worked extra hard to find creative ways around the blackout to print my sign. And, cherry on top, it's a phenomenal quality sign! I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Always good to do business with Signs in the Making. They have been around since more than a few decades and they keep their stakeholders (we realtors) satisfied.

Quality of my business cards were great, however, the shipping costs to another province were ridiculous. With taxes, I paid more than double the cost of the cards. Shipping alone was $99 (incl.tax). If you are from outside Ontario, I highly recommend using a local company.

I have ordered from here before and have not had any issues, this time I did, My signs were delivered to Aurora office instead of Mississauga where they should have been sent to and when I got them they were made of white coroplast instead of black coroplast I had ordered of and paid for.

I sent them a cell phone photo of my hand-drawn scrawl, and needed it in a hurry of course:). They turned out a masterpiece AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. They kept me in the loop. Any extra help I needed, just a phone call took care of it, quickly & pleasantly. Great Service!

Signs in the making, has been following Covid Protocols, but even so, they have still managed to provide me same day service with on line orders. Products were, on curbside pickup, as described. I would gladly use them again.

The 5-stars is for the Aurora location. The person who I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions and the location had in stock everything that I was looking for.

I also went to the Mississauga location the day before, and I would give them 1 star! The person who I dealt with was very rude and not helpful at all. I was there for something specific which they did not have in stock. I asked when he would have it and he told me to just keep passing by and eventually they would have it. I asked if he could call me when it comes in, and he said for me to call him every day. When I told him that I had tried calling before going that day, but no one answered or returned my call, I was told that he gets busy and can’t always answer the phone or call people back.

Got exactly what was ordered. Both branch location in Pickering, proof department and customer service was great to deal with.

Quick service and nice quality product. I would give it 4.5 out of 5 if I could. ONLY thing that was a little of a nuisance was the fact that the frames do not come with hinges for the signs. Not a huge deal but I wasn't aware. So last minute I had to make an emergency run to the hardware store before putting my sign out for a client which kind of made me look unprofessional. For a new Realtor it's just important to know what we need to be prepared for. Other than that, service was great and quality of goods was great
