I was asked to share a review but it's been 7 days and my banner order is still "in process" and none of my emails have been answered. I thought I would get a 3 or 4 day turnaround or at least a reply.

Delivered before time and as expected. Sales rep Karla was amazing. I also got a demo and tips from the sign installer- didn’t get her name but she mentioned that she was from St. Lucia. Please give her my gratitude.

Very good quality however, due the size of the power pole our province uses the metal traps are about 6 inches to short. But they work well on the telephone poles.

This is the second 33" Roll Up Retractable Banner Stand With Vinyl Print I've ordered from Signworld Both have been great quality, arrived quickly and they have great customer service. Definitely recommend them.

As an Events Specialist, signage is always needed. The X Banner Stands rule the events space in my opinion, due to price point, environmental footprint, weight (for shipping), durability and more. The staff at Signworld was just awesome! Got what I needed for a tradeshow complete with quick turnaround that helped meet an incredibly tight deadline! They may be a small company but they sure are Mighty and wonderful people to work with!

Had a lot of difficulty submitting my artwork online for a costume banner. Ended up emailing it however still haven't heard back from the vendor to confirm that they have received.

Our second time using Signworld Canada. Their design service is very good and the products are high quality.

I purchased a water-based sign from this company.
The price was slightly below market.
The sign quality is not the best and will break with the wind.
Some parts of the sign are broken, but the base and frame are still functioning.
However, they don’t replace or fix parts, so everything goes into the garbage.
I feel like This is such a waste in all senses.
It is better to invest a little more and get a higher quality sign that will hold for at least one year.
(it hasn’t been even five months since I got this).
They didn't offer any solution other than throwing the sign into the garbage.

Order 2 brochure stands for a trade show on Thursday, stating I needed by the following Friday (8 days later) and I was surprised to receive the Tuesday of the next week. The stand are good quality with a nice carrying bag.

Very easy system to use - my only qualm is not getting to discuss potential printing issues until after the purchase. Had to do a separate purchase of colour-matching. Not a big deal.

Needed a backdrop for a trade show and Signworld had the best pricing, availability and turnaround time that I could find. Placed my order, had it super fast and it looks great! Went with the 3ft straight tubes (3 of them). Mostly really easy to set up (need a little elbow grease to get the base on - any tips you have to make it easier would be super appreciated!) and they even came with gloves! Picture doesn't do it justice. Looking forward to seeing it in my booth!

Just received my order, what can I say…it is fantastic. From the graphic designer, to the quality of the product, I recommend this company for sure.

They are reliable honest people, 1 concern they usually don’t pick up the phone you need to chat with virtual assistant so annoying

On the advice of a great friend, I also tried this company to make a banner sign for my personal use.
I sent in my graphic, and they reviewed it, TOLD me that a couple items on the graphics were a little fuzzy. I was ok with it. I signed off saying it was ok.

They completed my banner in a very quick turn around, and the quality is amazing!

Will most definitely use this company more in my future needs!

Very pleased with the quality of the finished product (10’ booth backdrop). Service, knowledge and timing were excellent as well.

Ordered a 6ft by 6ft standee (which is a very unusual size for a standee). No other vendor agreed to make it except Signworld. The standee was delivered on time and it looked great!

I bought the roll up stand and vinyl print from sign world. The process was very smooth and I got the print next day. Really amazing. The print quality is very good. Ordered a Small Flag Pole which was produced ahead of schedule. The flag is double sided with absolutely NO bleed-through. The colors are vibrant and the stitching and fabric of highest quality. We had an issue with the stake which was addressed right away and replaced within 24 hours under warranty. If you are looking for a high quality product with very responsive and attentive customer service, look no further.

I have dealt with Joel several times now. I needed some menu boards printed, window clings, and lawn signs. There is nobody better in the business. He does great work, and so fast! I will continue using him for all my sign printing needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent all round. Used them to make a trade show display for our company. I chose to use their design services and with some simple guidelines they came up with a great design quickly and then worked with me to make the appropriate tweaks. Very quickly after that the backdrop was delivered and it looks awesome! Great quality and easy to set up.

On-line ordering very easy, ordered arrived within stated timeframe and everything in good order. The aluminum frames a bit lighter weight than I had expected, but it is, afterall, aluminum. We're overall very satisfied with our purchase. And free shipping!
