Sikorski Sausages Company LTD

Their garlic sausage was one of my favorite snacks growing up. My polish grandmother always had some in her fridge when we visited. As an adult, no trip to the deli market would be complete without a piece (and IMO corner pieces were best). Nowadays you can get it at Costco, and I couldn't be happier. Great as a snack, and it makes an amazing "sausage on a bun". No need to peel the skin!
