Had a small procedure, but I was very nervous/anxious beforehand and afterward during recovery. Staff and surgeon where VERY attentive to my needs and eliminated anxiousness. Surgeon did a stellar job.

GraceMed Kitchener! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place changed my life! Obviously with a new beginning after surgery, but the crew that works at this office deserves recognition! GM Kitchener was my first and last consultation for my surgery! I had a tummy tuck, and I am so so so happy with the results but not only that I made at least three very good acquaintances out of it too! Jill greeted me every single time with beautiful smile and greeting! Krista was always there to figure out my each and every need and Amanda was hands down the best nurse a girl could ask for! The amount these ladies checked up on me, took care of me, and took my life and my situations into consideration was absolutely phenomenal! I now go back just to visit! If you want anything done I suggest this place is the only place to go! Absolutely amazing! Miss you ladies!

Brittany was amazing from start to finish, she explained the process to me, she listened to me and she did exactly what she said she was going to do, she made me feel very comfortable and my “elevens” are no more! Today I had my first ever botox and filler experience at Silhouette with Brittany! I cannot speak highly enough of how professional, knowledgeable, sanitary and just overall kind she was. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and safe. I also appreciated her honest opinion of where I should receive the Botox and filler as I walked in blind to what I wanted, but never felt pressured with her recommendations. I truly felt like her only goal was to enhance my beauty as she did everything with purpose behind it, not just for the sake of doing it. I am so excited to see the final results and cannot wait to see her again in the future! 10/10 experience, I will be recommending her to my girlfriends:)

Recently had Hailey perform the Halo laser on my face. Very pleased with the experience overall:

1. The team took the time to explain what I was to expect pre, during, and post treatment and printed off instructions for me so I always had the detailed information/steps/tips available. Much appreciated especially during procedure to help relieve any nerves.

Further, Hailey was quick to respond to questions after the fact - I was able to text her and received near immediate responses

2. The procedure itself has gone as expected and without a hitch or surprises. Best part is that I do not need to constantly keep Vaseline on my face, such as required in other procedures. Not that I mind - just less messy:)

3. The team made me feel comfortable and did not rush me out the door post-procedure. They gave me a ginger-ale, and let me head out once I was ready

Really appreciate the care taken by the team, their patience and the fact that you don't feel like they're there just to earn a buck or sell you products that you don't need. Further, you do not feel like they are analyzing your face or staring at your imperfections (acne starring). For anyone who has dealt with acne/scarring that is tremendously appreciated given the harsh reality of living with your imperfections displayed to the world and having people gawk/treat you differently.

I have been going to Silhouette for many years now. My favourite procedure is the laser hair removal with Hailey. The laser they use works incredibly well, it’s amazing to not have to worry about shaving anymore. Also, Hailey makes you feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does.

I recently had a procedure called a Halo from Pam. I was a bit nervous but Pam was so easy to talk to and so professional I quickly relaxed. The procedure went great and the results are amazing!
