I worked at Silicon Direct as a student for five months and I was able to learn a lot about how the store runs. Rui really cares about the quality of the service that is provided to his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and will be able to help you in any problem that you have. I myself am quite capable in computer repair and he is able to see the solution to problems that i encounter in seconds (not hyperbole). On the rare occasion that something is beyond repair i can guarantee that Rui or another staff member has done everything in their power to complete that repair. The prices are more than fair and i can guarantee that you will be satisfied walking out of that door.

Gave them a star cause you cant go negative. Brought my laptip in with a black screen of death. They fixated on a small drop of coffee on the bottom that happened months ago and i don't believe they heard what I said. The guy decided my 9 month old laptop was terminal before I left the store and it wasn't until I picked up my laptop and stated my experience in computers and telecommunications that he stopped with water damage and tossed up 3 other possible issues. Not impressed. Especially since they offered to recycle my laptop.ya right.no thanx

I absolutely recommend Silicon Direct. Honest, trustworthy and very helpful. As a senior, I was looking for just that in a laptop repair provider. Rui, who treated me with the utmost respect, did the test in my presence to show me what the problem was. I was in and out in 20 minutes with laptop in hand and problem solved. This is where you want to take your tech problems. I left feeling confident that I had chosen the most reputable place. Props to my brother for the recommendation.

Rui fixed my computer and put a brand new hard drive for me very cheap and it has been running better than ever and I would highly recommend this place

Very good service. Fixed my screen in a days time, only took a few days to ship it in. They even held onto it while this was being done. Good as new!
