Silicon Valley Computers

First experience was very positive. Most recent experience though, not so good. Having to wait two days (and still not get an answer) to see how much a battery replacement would cost and how long it would take to come in was disappointing. I really want to support this local business, but it seems my business is not all that important to them. I called a competitor and in that phone call, got a price, put in an order and my battery will be available for pick-up in 24 hours. Contrary to your response, the model number of the computer was phoned in two hours after my visit to your business.

I love this place. Everyone is friendly and listened specifically to my needs for a new computer and it was build accordingly. I am a return customer and would highly recommend Silicon Valley.
