My vehicle needed major engine work, and as always, the team at Sil's was fantastic. First class work, and they kept me informed of the status along the way. Highly recommended.

I am so happy that I chose Sil's Auto Centre to get my vehicle fixed. Both of my rear signal lights, daytime running lights and marker lights were not working. Susan provided me constant update and inspection report completed by a mechanic. Before starting the actual repair Susan provided a thorough explanation on what the issues were and it was fixed perfectly.

Every aspect of my first visit there was so professional. My questions were answered so that I understood. I was listened to and respected I was offered a shuttle, a place to wait, all provincial guidelines being followed. I felt safe and like I had finally found a trustworthy shop. Sils auto was very good at explaining the process. I love how they explain by email what is wrong with car with pictures and don’t do anything until you accept. What ruined my experience was trying to charge me an extra $500 for 1 ignition coil. They cost $66 at Napa and only take’s 10 minutes to replace. Seemed excessive and didn’t seem fair.

I have only good things to say about Sil’s Auto Care Centre on Winston Churchill Blvd. First off, my appointment was made and then changed (by me) in quick order and as per my choice. The waiting room was well lit, in a quiet alcove and neat and tidy. I did opt for their shuttle service which was readily made available for a return trip. The work was done in exactly the amount of time promised. I will seriously consider using them again for future jobs. Yes I highly recommend Sil’s.

I use the services of Sil's Auto for the upkeep of my car and am always reassured by their thorough and professional service. I like their detailed invoices which also include a Deferred Service section which prepares me for what the next service should be to keep my car roadworthy. I appreciate their friendly shuttle service with Tim and the patient answers I receive to all of my questions. On one occasion I had an emergency problem with a window that would not close and it was fixed with a smile and no charge.

I highly recommend Sil's for above and beyond customer service, honesty and technical expertise. After seeing positive reviews on the Oakville facebook group, i used Sil's online appointment system to request an appointment to diagnose an airbag dash light issue. My great experience started when i was contacted immediately and got an appointment, I was shuttled back and forth for free and got s computerized statement with pictures and clear explanation of repair needed and quote on the cost. This was so helpful and i have never seen such attention to detail and super reasonable cost estimate in my 40 years of driving! Bonus was that when i got the car back they did a complementary inside cleaning AND my audio sound was working again! Susan at the front desk and Tim, an apprentice who also shuttled me were super helpful and clearly great employees! I wish i knew about Sil's long ago.

I am a long term customer of Sil's Auto Care and I highly recommend them for vehicle servicing. Staff are very helpful, take time to answer your questions, give options, and provide detailed reports. One of my vehicles now has over 300km and runs well thanks to excellent preventative maintenance.

My check engine light came on and Sils performed a rapid, unscheduled diagnostic free of charge. Weeks later we had to address this issue and other relatively minor repairs. I have to say that the on line scheduling program was easy to use. Sils was quite attentive, and provided a no nonsense quote for work to be completed/optional work. Contact with Sils was professional and courteous, and seamless. One of the technicians even stayed late to finish the job as one of the car issues was temperamental and required more attention. I was provided with a courtesy car, but I really only needed it to get home and back to Sils to pick up my vehicle. Needless to say, my experience was wonderful.

An excellent service experience to address a number of issues that have recently come up on my 14-year old 320k km Audi A6.all resolved within the estimate provided after their detailed inspection and analysis, plus dropoff and pickup at home 5 minutes away. A no-nonsence experience.

Compared to the dealer service department, I miss detailed part numbers on the invoice. I DON'T miss the annoying nudge to the sales department, and the nagging feeling that something might be overlooked which could result in losing interest in an otherwise-still-excellent vehicle.

I was interested in buying a vehicle from a small dealership in Oakville. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to get it checked out by a mechanic and I am sure glad I did. I am from out of town and contacted several mechanic shops and spoke with Sils who completed an amazing thorough pre purchase inspection with photos and videos of everything with the vehicle and rated what urgently needed to be done, what will need of be shortly and things that were green light. Sil's was recommended to me by my brother-in-law, a longtime customer of Sil's. I was extremely impressed - right from my initial phone call to Susan. She was very friendly, thorough & knowledgeable. I brought my car in for brake service. My brakes were making a loud screaching noise - metal on metal. It was very concerning for me.

Carlo drove me home via the shuttle service. He was very nice & friendly. The shuttle car was clean & beautifully maintained. (They follow all directives for co-vid: wearing of face masks, social distancing, hand sanitizer, etc). I received an electronic, very detailed, comprehensive diagnostic report - complete with photos. I called Susan to clarify a few things (as I'm not car savvy). After the work was completed, I received a call to say Carlo was on his way to pick me up. Susan went over my invoice in detail and I paid my bill. My car was waiting for me - impeccably clean. My car drives smoothly & quietly now. I feel completely safe. At Sil's, it was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end - and very timely.
