2022 - a lot of agents don’t like handling rentals when they specialize in sales - but Richard took on the job cheerfully and professionally. The unit was cleaned, staged and photographed beautifully - resulting in about six requests for showings - and two offers on day #1.

We recently sold our house in Cabbagetown. We decided to use Sotheby‘s because we already knew Richard Silver and knew that he had been successfully selling in Cabbagetown for many years. The Torontoism team arrived for our first meeting and from the very beginning we felt secure, comfortable and excited about the whole process that they carefully and thoroughly explained to us.
