Last year, my husband needed to get a wheelchair. We searched and came across Silver Cross. We were so happy with our experience with this company. We were put in touch with Mimi. Because of all her hard work on getting our wheelchair, my husband was able to come home after 6 months of being in rehab and hospital. She always responds quickly whenever we have a question. We strongly recommend this company if you require any accessibility devices.

I’ve had my Telecab for over 5 months and have absolutely no problems. Our Silver Cross representative Sam was amazing throughout the whole process. Even though we had some issues with contractor Sam helped to resolve the problems. Overall great experience with Silver cross!

I contacted Sam Bhanot sometime around the end of october about a chairlift for my parents home in bradford, ontario. Sam setup an appointment to come to the house once there he thoroughly explained the options and prices of the various chairlifts. After we decided on which model we would opt for Sam told us the date of installation which would be end of December or early January so Jan09 they came to install was around 4hr installation Euri the technician did a great job very professional from start to finish everything was tested before they left, price was also reasonable compared to others, we have nothing but good things to say and definitely recommend Silvercross Sam and Euri

I would like to share my experience with Mimi at Silver Cross regarding our outdoor stairlift purchase.

My mom's mobility was preventing her from going outside to enjoy her garden that she loved dearly, so what I like to call "Mimi came to the rescue". Faced with a number of landscaping and structural challenges, we were concerned that this would be a problem to move forward. Mimi's ability at obtaining firsthand information and using it to provide the ideal outdoor stairlift solution for my mom's specific needs was outstanding considering all the unforeseen challenges. Mimi instantly had no problem building rapport with myself and my mom. We both felt assured and comfortable with her knowledge and recommendation making this an easy decision. Mimi's follow up was outstanding. She checked in with us on several occasions, prior to installation, during installation and of course after installation.

Mimi is diligent, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. I definitely highly recommend Mimi.

Excellent service! Shubham provided a great service. He explained all models why this particular model will be best for our situation. He showed us a working model in the showroom. The techician who installed was also very polite and great at his job. He explained us about all the operations of the chair lift. Over all very satisfied with the service.

I was first put in touch with Eric at the Goodmark location of Silver Cross to help me with bathroom accessories for my father. Not only did Eric share a wealth of knowledge with me, he offered to come to my house to assess whether any other accessibility solutions would be of help for my father. In the end we purchased a custom Stair Friend along with the bathroom improvement accessories. Eric made a rather unpleasant discussion and purchase easy. He spoke honestly and made recommendations he would use if this was his father. Thank you Eric for your wisdom and compassion! My father can now enjoy time with the whole family on the main or second floor of our house.

Uri Lerman installed my mom's stairlift on behalf of the Oakville Silver Cross store. He said he likes to do some of the prep. /build at the store, and that did save a lot of time - the install was less than two hours. He was professional, friendly and explained all the features. It was a very good experience experience.

I got hand controls installed in my car here and they were great. Always meeting requests of mine with ease. They respond to messages quite quickly as well.

Hi after trying to seek out help in Mobility Aids, and Services, with ABSOLUTELY NO SUCCESS with Others, Low and Behold, I happen to call SILVER CROSS, and spoke to an amazing Sales Rep Maria, in Mobility. My GAWD, EVERY Customer Service Rep SHOULD be trained by Maria.
She was helpful, patient, understanding and resourceful, walked me through the entire process.
When I am ready to purchase, and make a change to my Mobility needs, Maria is getting my call. Thank You.

I came in with a really complaint. When I was sitting there. I had the sales people talking about me.
I could hear every word they said about me. I am still in shock about it. I did not go there to get something for free.

As a ful time care giver. I think of my mom and her safety frist. I did not go there to be Insulted.

My mother is getting weak on her knees and have troubles getting up or down the stairs. Last year, we have asked Silver Cross to install a stairlift at her house and their service and products are excellent. They also have showrooms at different locations.

Excellent portable hoyer lift that I got, impressed not only with the product but the speedy delivery and the helpful delivery person who gave us all the instructions

Price was clear, installation was fast. Liked the fact that they didn't try to upsell me with a bunch of fluff. Easy explanation and breakdown of costs. So far working great. We installed the straight stair lift and it's helped my grandma so much. Only issue would probably be that lifting up the foot rest is rather loud (almost sounds like someone or something falling which freaked me out first couple of times). Great price, saved a bit less than 1k versus a competitor. Will rereview if we need service on our lift because we're still in the early stages of use, and are not sure of the quality of their after-installation services yet.

I cannot remember when I have received such care and attention when making a purchase as I did with Vidalia Faria at Silver Cross. The lift chair that I bought was correct and the right fit for my bottom. I highly recommend Silver Cross to any one seeking such service especially those with disabilities.
