Amazing place for takenout food in whole GTA. Food and service is above expectation with reasonable prices.

Sovan was really very quick to help me. Very attentive at my request for the various foods I asked about. Great service! Later got more food from A gentleman named Hamza. He was great. Let me try the chicken 65. It was delicious. Bought a container of it plus the kabaabs. Excellent staff. Good service

This is a great little place in Iqbal's. Last week I had the chicken fried rice and it was delicious. This week I had the chow mein. It was also delicious. They have many other items that look equally as good

I stopped eating my food to write this review- the food is amazing. Sindhi biryani is a 11/10 best. Only rating 5 starts because there are not 6 stars available.

Staff is very friendly. Food is amazing. If you're hungry and need something to eat go here. They took the time to make fresh biryani for my group. Will come again.

We bought chicken biryani and noodles from this place. Noodles was pathetic.whosoever made it please tell him or her to learn, how to cook first. As i just tasted it and it was such a disaster and i end of throwing it. Biryani was ok, not that great. It was just rice and 2 small pieces of chicken. So please be aware and do not buy anything from this place

Ordered $80+ in food. Never get food from this business. I work in the health department and there have been a lot of health violations so I thought I would give I a try. Don't get any gravy items as they have been sitting for weeks and taste sour. Always ask when the food was prepared and most importantly if you are unsure listen to your gut feeling:)

I had the pleasure of going to Silver Spoon today to buy some ready to eat desi food. The service, hygiene and customer service was absolutely awesome. I would specially like to put in an extra special word for Vipul and Harman for their most welcoming greetings and smile. Keep it up.

Careless staff.they gave us wrong order instead of our Biryani. We had to drive back to replace it. Waste of time and effort. Biryani though was nice.

I'm a regular at Silver Spoon Erin Mills and every time I visit the staff and ladies at the front are very friendly and know my order cos I visit so often. The staff are very professional and always ask if I want anything else. Great customer service

I’m so disappointed.i took the food home and was eating it and i found a long strand of hair in my food, never going there again as i would once in a while and that never happened, workers need to be way more careful.

The worst experience possible. We ordered a combo with butter chicken. In the entire dish there was one piece of chicken. Only one piece sized 2 inch to 1 inch generously. The curry was horrible, also only had one pakora. We were told that it was biryani rice but it was white rice with food colouring. Horrible customer service, chaotic environment where everyone is asking everyone before answering anything. Their samosa chaat was Chana curry on top of samosa with warm yogurt. No crunchies, horrible texture. I’m really sad because I just wanted dinner after a long day and it became a waste of my money.

We ordered veg and chicken samosa as since long we did not have but it was a mistake we choose Silver spoon. Pathetic Quality. We took out chicken Samosa from packet it was all oily and dripping and taste was so pathetic, I will never ever visit this place.

This place is rated low for a reason. Got chicken tikka masala and it tasted like rancid sour yogurt. Absolutely repulsive!

The food comes out good all the time as expected. Great quantity, especially the noodles they're a very good price and you can feed at least 3-4 people with it. Highly recommend.

Best Indian food spot in the town, all dishes have amazing and unique taste, their roast whole chicken is the best in all other restaurants, chicken kebab wraps are best.

Ordered UberEats from here and I received an missing item and received uncooked kabob. Won’t order from here again.

This is one of the worst location of Silver Spoon Restaurant. Their food items lacks in taste as compared to other silver spoon locations specially Biryani is bad. I have also seen that they just mix all types of meats in curry items so if you are buying lamb curry please be ensured that you will find some chicken pieces in it and may be beef is also added in the same, i don't know why they do that but there are lot of people who have restrictions on some kind of meats and they don't care about that and just mix up lamb with chicken or beef and sell it as Lamb Karahi. That's Pathetic.

They provide good service to their customer.the way of talking with customer is very polite. The food is very delicious. Naan wrap try with chicken kebaab is very tasty.

I tried their boneless chicken karahi.
It was tasteless and the chicken was not properly cooked.

If you want naan to eat with something you’ve made at home I would recommend getting the naan from here it’s soft and and enjoyable

Chicken biryani and spicy fish was very delicious, I am a regular customer of silverspoon and I really like the food they serve. Staff is also very polite and helpful

This was not my first time at silver spoon but this location had horrible service, the people taking our orders were the rudest people I have ever seen. The food we got from the place was also very stale, had a bad smell to it and had to be thrown away. Overall, would never go to this location ever.

I excitedly took out lunch for my family. I ordered 5 Naan haleem chicken curry and biryani. The Naan were burnt from one side and uncooked from the other and completely inedible. The biryani rice was filled with chicken with almost no rice. Quite dissapointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got sick from their biryani and had a stomach ache for 4 days. I ordered it once before and the biryani was so salty and gross I could not eat it.

Food was tasty and great as always. However the customer service could have been better. The associate who was serving us was on the phone for most of the time while we ordered. She did not offer any apology, which seemed careless.

The food and service at this branch are amazing, a lovely lady who works inside this restaurant by the name of Harman was so sweet and wonderful and had made a wonderful Tikka wrap for me. Go to this location!

I tried Chicken Chowmein at Silver Spoon it was really delicious. The staff there was really very helpful.would love to try their food again.

I actually didn’t believe food would be really good because they were priced lower than their competitors. I called and ordered via phone, they told me when to come and collect it. There is plenty of parking and easy to spot. This is inside Iqbal foods grocery store.

Food was really good, I have not eaten good biriyani in a long time so i was so happy. Priced very reasonably, tastes delicious and I found the serving staff friendly.

The only issue is they don’t accept credit cards but just debit or cash only.

The quantity they serve of a biryani is more than enough for an individual and the guy who packed my food was very was very helpful. So my overall experience was great.

I visited today at Erin mills. I bought meal for 6 and in few minutes my order was ready. Such a friendly staff and great customer service the girl had. The time I was there for order they all had a cheerful smile and it didn’t looked like I met them for the first time.

Came for lunch during a work day, ordered a thali, waited over 20 minutes while they were working on orders placed over the phone. Finally got someone to serve us, I have NEVER seen a stingier location in my life, she was shaking the spoon to remove meat off of it and was fishing in the gravy of the tray to look for the smallest piece possible. Never EVER going to come to this location again. Go to the Britannia location, they are fast and generous with the serving size. Update: Called to speak to the owner, the same day the guy answering told me he was the owner, turns out he lied as I found out from the Britannia location who the real owner is.

Worst taste no effort was put into preparing food, looks like they used ready made gravy on top of it they gave butter chicken twice and missed my chicken tikka masala how lame!

Everytime i order on skip, restaurant never accept the order. Sometimes they say the food is not available. This has happened with me 5-6 times. Never gonna order again from this restaurant

This place used to have the best biryani about 6 mnths ago, one of the best i ate. But something happened since then.

You won’t find a worst quality elsewhere. I have tried them few times (just out of convenience since buying groceries at Iqbal Foods) and found the quality extremely worse while the prices went up. The taste is horrible and pretty much the same for almost every item. They need to change the cook or shut down completely.

Terrible customer service. I came twice hereand got treated the same way. You order something else and you get something else. And then its a final sale.
