MC my stomach is upset with your tatti Briyani. I ordered lamb briyani but I got pulao with lamb in it. Moreover after eating it I got food poisoning. I am going to sue you. BC. Health inspector will visit you soon. It’s my promise.

Shoutout to people: On reviews select “Lowest” and you will know what I’m talking about. I saw many reviews with similar issues. These are the actual real reviews for this place. This nasty place need to be shut down. Lowest quality food ever.

Have been going here for ages, always food used to be great. Last couple of times, there biryani quality has declined so much. Chicken was uncooked, seems like i am eating a pulao instead of biryani.don't know what happened.did they change management or something/ or maybe cooks?

I got the lollypop chicken the other day and it was pretty bad, most of them started smelling bad within an hour, and the biriyani had like 1 small piece of chicken for $ 8.49, Quality / Quantity both going downhill with popularity lol.

Good take out place available every thing from veg to meat lovers also weekend breakfast also available and price us reasonable

Ordered a large party tray Nihari for Eid gathering, paid $150+tax, and we were extremely disappointed & embarrassed with the quality. The flavor was horrible and it tasted as though the meat was rotten. Haven't had this kind of experience here before.
Had to get something else for the guests for lunch gathering (quite embarrassing).

Very disappointed order on phone 7pound fish. Went to the resturant didn't ready my order asked for wait 10 min and 40 mins later still waiting.people come after me order it infront of me get there fish order.

Can't match the taste and quality of Heartland branch, better than fast food for sure but not some you crave for.even quality of Barayani is hit or miss.

Good selection of food, decent prices and fast service. Be aware that mostly everything has some level of spiciness.

I ate here a few times before realizing all the cases of food poisoning i saw in the other reviews.found this dead mosquito curled up in my chicken baryani.called the restaurant and they don’t care at all and they don’t stand behind their products at all and don’t even apologize.horrible place and i can’t imagine this place being here in a year

Used to love this place. Looks like they changed many recipes. Ordered palak paneer and got only 1 small piece of cheese in entire container. Sauce for samosas not good. Butter chicken very dif now.sad cause we enjoyed ordering from here, I'll be looking elsewhere for Indian take out.

It was a great experience to order food from silver-spoon. Rabia did marvellous, she helped us choose the tastiest items.

Disgusting food, would give zero if they option. I ordered butternaan and they give walmart one they just heat them and give us. This is so ridiculous do not waste your money here.

I have always had great experience with the food at SilverSpoon. I used to live in Mississauga but Milton’s SilverSpoon definitely beats the Mississauga one. Their Sindhi Biryani is amazing. Appreciate the food and appreciate the hospitality. Always a pleasure to be served by them.

The staff has a very rude attitude assuming and don’t know the reason. The management of the restaurant should seriously think about this. Moreover their samosas are the best but their main course menu is okay as needs improvement.

Their service has gone down the toilet! You can’t trust them to get a simple order right or take simple instructions. Employees are dense and lack the ability to communicate effectively or be organized. One star is being generous.

Got the party tray and only got 3 pieces of chicken lol. How cheap can you guys be? It's all chicken legs and thighs which you can get 20 pieces for $10. How are you so greedy and cheap that you barely put any chicken and fill the plate with 90% rice yet charge $30 for it? You literally cover the tray with rice and hide the chicken inside so you can't tell how little chicken there is. Your food is tasty, I'll give you that. That's why I gave you 1 star, otherwise it would be 0. What an absolute waste of $30 though. The other silver spoon is much much better. Customer service was also bad, and they didn't seem to care at all about satisfying their customers. Food isn't fresh either, wouldn't come here again unless they dramatically improve all the above

Undercooked rice, undercooked chicken. It does not look as pink in pictures as it was in real and tasted raw. I suggest check the meat before leaving the restaurant if you are picking up.

Food is good. Customer service is not very good. Usually I walk in and order and get the same poor customer service but this time we ordered online (dinner for two) to avoid those uncomfortable interactions. It didn't go any better. I arrived at the stranded time. They didn't seem to know about the order and then when they sorted it out, I took the bags they handed me and left. They left out the rice (which we ordered, upgraded and paid for) but I only discovered it at home. So now we are cooking our own rice while the food cools. I don't think I will return.

The brainless people work there, don't read ur order description. Never add utensils even if I add an additional note.if someone is ordering food, it's possibly he's out of home.

Tried their samosa and patties and it was nasty. Do not recommend it, really bland and went bad so quickly. Their other food such as their halwa puri was good the last time I tried it over 2 years ago. Hoping they can improve their quality!

Bought three chicken biriani and one lamb curry. All three of us are sick since then, and stuck to the toilet. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

Food is not in good quality. Seems 2 days old. Nans were like brick hard to chew. Palak paneer is like they put paneer in grass. Afghani chicken tikkaa is like what can i say. My words cannot express. Give customer fresh food because we are paying for that.

Never order if you would keep any left over in the fridge. It would spoil the next morning.

Ordered a Chicken Biryani party tray from Milton Silver spoon and left it in the fridge, next day morning it spoiled.

Spoke to them and was told no guarantee it would stay good till next morning.

Not sure if Chef has changed recently, but food was horrible. Not judging based on one food item, there was about 7-8 different food items and all of them are likely prepared by inexperienced cook (s).
Silver Spoon Missisuaga has been favourite. Sometimes, did get food from Milton previously but wasn’t used be bad, it was comparable.
Hopefully they bring back the previous chef or get more trainings to current cooks before losing reputation and customers.
Otherwise have been respecting Silver Spoon’s quality, and quantity for their price (thus 3 stars still)

Finally I went over there and spoke to them. Their customer service is worst as well, They waste my money. I will definitely gonna complain to a Health inspection

Placed an order through Skip, nobody at restaurant confirmed. Skip had to contact them. Half way through eating I had to run to the bathroom. It's almost as if they deliberately poisoned the food because I asked them to do their job.

Been a regular to this place for sometime. But off late their food is becoming worse post covid. This is about my recent experience. Ordered a take out and came home to see the chicken in biriyani and other dishes were old, undercooked and tasted wierd. Naan came in a plastic bag along with gulab jamun and it had dpilled all over the naan.
Had to throw half the stuff out. Whole family got food poison the next day.
Never going back.

Pathetic people with pathetic food

Heard a lot about it from friends and decided to try it today. Drove 30 minutes to go and came out with a very poor experience. Quantity’s depend on which person serves you, the customer ahead was served by someone who gave lots of protein, while I had someone who believed in serving only gravy. The $9.99 spent on chilli chicken was for tasteless gravy and a whole onion, barely any meat. We had to search for the chicken in the large dish. A vey chaotic store, you enter and have to cut through people to line up, bumping into people who are carrying food. Staff were not giving any directions, got in through costumers help.

Gonna complain to the food inspection company, there is nothing fresh in what we bought today. All the kebabs were burnt, and the naan and fish we bought were not fresh.

Good food, ordered mine through ubereats and they are very fast, and the food was hot and in good packaging upon arrival. The portion size is also generous for the price, will be eating here again!

Horrible. The chicken tikka masala we ordered this week was so awfully sour that we were unable to eat it. Same was the case when we ordered chicken katakat around 3 months ago

I've never had such bad food. Paid $50 for overcooked dry kebabs, undercooked butter chicken, bland rice which was supposed to include BBQ which we never got. Don't know how you justify charging people this much money for such poor food.

I bought a chicken buryani and chicken curry from them last night. Drive 10mins to my home and turns out it spoiled.both the biryani and curry. I called them up to inform them this the next day and the owner was like the warranty period is over and i had to call in the morning. I mean whats the warranty on food? On top of that he was like u bring the spoiled food and then we will replace it. I mean I din even qsk them fort replace the food. All i want to was to let them know that they served me spoiled food which gave me a stomach upset. And he didnt even want to apologize. I basically put it in the most simple words and told him i dont want the food or money, but you could atleSt apologize for serving us that spoiled food. And his reply was the worst " bring the spoiled food and we will replace" i was like whaaaattt.so I work through weekday, i bring the food on weekend and u will replace? But wouldn't apologize.and he was like yes. I will replace. Bring the spoiled food. I mean eho runs a restaurant like this.omg.it gross me out.the food and people there.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Milton. With so many places to eat we rarely go somewhere else. Silver Spoon is our most visited place! Delicious and fresh. Helpful staff.

I’ve put up with this places greasy food and long lines for the longest time but this is the last straw, I ordered food yesterday and the Daal was bad. The whole family had food poisoning except for me and I was the only person who didn’t have the daal that day, we also didn’t have any other foods together that day that could’ve caused this.

Ordered chicken biryani via uber eats today. Stale, no taste, poor food quality, cold food. The raita had no taste felt like pouring coloured water over the biryani. Did not throw it out because i dont ever throw out food. Never ordering from them again. A real let down

It's says on the website for weekend breakfast takeaways start from 10am. I am here at milton branch but the restaurant is closed.

We ordered halwa puri from them. They gave us 2 small tiny triangles in alo curry. When I called to complain they said thats how much we give in 1 order, for $7 they are ripping people off in their halwa puri.

The food is great, the service needs work. The online order pickup should be expedited thru a take out window. There is no reason to lineup for any time to pickup an online order.

Good desi food for cheap. Their prices are hard to beat. Just don't expect much in the way of customer service or in-store experience. Recommended.

Excellent food. Love their spaghetti and pepper chicken. Behari chicken is good too. Not a fan of their chinese though. But love their pakistani menu. Clean efficient and very professional. Definitely recommended!

We always used to buy from the Mississauga location, and decided to try the Milton location. Bad decision! Veggies pakoras for iftar were nice and brown on the outside but raw from the inside, threw out the entire serving that was bought. We still went went to try some other foods as they serve a big variety. Paneer masala was EXTREMELY spicy and hot, Chana daal was stale and stinking when we served it at the dinner table. Eggplant curry was tangy and the masala tasted funny. Large variety of food, but very poor quality. Please don't serve stale food! Hope management takes note!

This takeout focused store has a wide selection of curries and dishes. It initially had some customer satisfaction issues as their portion servings were smaller when it first opened. It has since gotten better and more consistent. The quality is okay and the pricing is very fair and affordable. There are specials for each day and the food is made fresh in the morning and continuously throughout the day.

I do have some gripes with a few of the curries, and I feel that their quality has gone down a bit since. They also charge for sauces now, which is unfortunate.

Ordering food from here for delivery is awesome because it's very quick. Taste and quality is 4 out 5. Ordering in-store is a little bit difficult because of the noise and the barrier required due to Covid protocols. I had trouble with my order accuracy because of this.

I am a regular customer. But after today, I will not go to that restaurant again. Because they gave me tough and old chicken, and I found a piece of bone inside the rice, which made me afraid that the food was returned or perhaps not returned. You must pay attention to what is inside the rice before giving it to the customer. Also, the kebab is not well cooked from the inside. Thanks

I bought lollypop chicken & a thali. Chicken was too dry. Rice was good but currys taste seems not fresh. This is my honest opinion.

I want to give a 5 star but the food has not been consistent.some items were too sour sometimes.lamb nihari and okra curry.and one time got lots of half onions in chicken tikka masala and way too less meat. Image the disappointment when you take a big bite and it's an onion.

My co-workers love this place, so every now and then, I buy a bulk of samosas to share with them. However, this time we found a thick black hair inside one of the samosas. It was absolutely disgusting. Please wear your hair nets properly.

Worst customer service. We come here often for take out and have never had a good experience. The food is great BUT the service is horrible. Everyone is rude and lack simple customer service skills. There is also no covid protocols that are in effect. The store is always packed with too many people.

The food was stone cold. It was less than a 5 minute drive home. I tried to call to see if they would replace the meal. Nobody answered the phone. Unacceptable.

Today i visit silver spoon and bought Biryani and lolly pop chicken. Its so delicious and in good quantity. Its a blessing in milton you can buy fresh Desi food whol day.

Worst Restaurant ever. I had ordered Paneer Masala (vegetarian) and found a bug in it. When returning, the cashier wanted to replace from the same food tray. I requested them remove the tray from their counter and give me back my money. The cashier returned my money (without taxes) but did not remove the tray from their counter. She mentioned that they will investigate and decide accordingly.

I was very surprised as any good restaurant would have removed the food from their counter immediately and then investigate.

Very bad customer service these guys didn't put in the cutlery it's a take out restaurant and they need to supply the cutlery please next time make a note of this issue as others may not affect the front people should about the cutelries bot the customer

I have been going to this store way too long hoping they would improve their quality of service and food. I was wrong. First of all, their service is horrible. Few days ago, I went to buy 2 lbs of lollipop chicken and the girl told me they ran out of it and making it fresh. While I was waiting, she asked me if i would pay for my order. She charged me few bucks extra and when i asked she said, she charged me for 2.1 lbs without asking me. Terrible! Then when the chicken came, she weighed and gave me less than 2.1 lbs. I suspect this is happening to so many customers going there. Several times it had happened their food, especially the fried rice and hakka noodles, went bad on the same day. The reason being they are selling old, left over foods on the next day. One time there biriyani tray was cold, like fridge and when i asked, they said they could warm it up. Having said that, their catering is usually fresh. 1* for that. I only go there if there is no other choice.

Have been there several time, their customer service keeps getting worse, they always make mistakes while charging. Recently i bought biryani and nihari, both were not fresh and made me sick. Never going there again!

Just ordered food from them tonight and fantastic food. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is a 10/10. A little busy for my liking inside the restaurant but I’m glad to see a business doing well in these horrific times. I highly recommend this place!
