Silversity is a good theater to enjoy all kind of movies. Hollywood, Bollywood, and some other regional movies are regularly shown here.

Staff was friendly but the counters and drink stations were so dirty and sticky everywhere

Love this place. The seats are very comfortable when compared with other Cineplex theaters.

Been coming here since I was 5. Nothing crazy impressive like the Cineplex at Courtneypark but it gets the job done.

Horrible movie experience people continuously walking up and down the light staying on in the back blinding me on the side of my face it took till what almost half an hour into the movie for them to realize how to turn it off this is the worst movie experience I've ever had will not ever recommend coming back here or anybody I know till I'm stay away

The theater has always been clean with my visits here and the staff have been welcoming as well. I had no complaints with their theater

Still a favorite place to visit post Covid-19. Social distancing seats followed. Even though the pandemic is flattened in Toronto, silvercity takes all screening and cleaning protocol seriously, the place is very clean.

Live close by this theatre. Within walking distance and located in Trinity Commons. If you live close, you don't have to travel far to watch a movie.

Your customer service number is FULLY automated. I just had a simple question about COVID-19 restrictions and all I got was a monotone robot voice. I tried calling a 905 number for the specific location and no one picked up the phone. You need to fix this!

Good movie theater. It is not the best I have ever scene (pun intended), but it is better than some theaters. The only issue I have is with the ticket purchasing area, as the line when waiting to purchase tickets gets really huge sometimes and it is really frustrating when your movie is about to begin and you are still waiting in line.

I spent more than 3 hours at the cineplex but one could not find enough option other than movie screen. Food plaza was also small and have limited options otherwise it was good.

Very big location lots of theaters. Ofcourse the concession stands are way over priced but what can you do. Friendly staff and they were very helpful. Parking is a bit of a nightmare for it is in a outdoor mall.

This place is nice. Move prices are average. Self-serve drink station. & several fast-food options to choose from, but a bit pricey.

Movies are great but too busy all the time. We preferred Cineplex Odeon until they closed down. This is the only one left in Brampton as far we are aware.

Tuesday ticket and concession prices have risen. This is to be expected since they closed the Orion Gate Cineplex on Steels.

Decent screen and sounds. Fairly clean. But ice cream there is so so. Why can they serve decent ice cream at $7? They did have a Christmas tree though. Lol.

Good theatre overall. Although they do not have TimePlay for some reason. AVX screens are on point. Kept clean and well maintained.

Bathrooms could be cleaner but theatres are good. Our kids love the movies there and we go frequently.

Crowded with so many people becomes very annoying to watch movies. The bathrooms are extremely dirty like no one even cleans them, which is absolutely disgusting. The service is decent, some people seem like they don't want to be there. Overall this place is probably one of the worst places to go to watch movies.

Unfortunately, most of people attending here have no manners. The auditorium looked like a trash disposal place. People are incapable of putting their own garbage in the can. Poor staff, they have to deal with all the waste. I loved the closed Orion Gate, it was way better. To the staff I would give them 5 stars

Flooring is dirty.or behind seats are filled with dry pop causing fruit flies.that used to be my favorite place

Being from service industry i always appreciate the efforts done by similar field but this time Cineplex disappointed me and forced me to write a reciew which i never do.
Watched a Bollywood movie on 10th oct.honestly saying Silvercity totally spoiled the evening, seriously non professional approach by the management.
The seats (F-17,18) in Audi-10 are of no use and i am wondering why management has those seats.there is a wall in front of these seats and no one can see the screen fully while sitting comfortably on them.you have to rise up little to watch coz the small wall in front creates the barrier between you and screen.
Really Looking for my money back which i spent for my spoiled evening by the Cineplex.

Nice place! Anytime I come around staff is always in good mood and helpful. Theater is very neat and comfortable.

I went to watch the nun.i dont know if its an omen or something.i was late and my credit card wasnt working.at the pizzastore in it, the staffs were so slow and not even attending customers and obviously understaffed.they were really annoying so i went on to buy popcorn and a drink, obviously for a price of a f**king meal.in the movie, the stupid 'usual' brampton mischief makers making noises causing the whole "entertainment experience" a joke.the theater is good.staffs were lazy asf.and importantly the people were annoying.laughing and joking and talking during the f**king show.lighting flashlights to find the seat cuz they were 15 minutes late.literally shining the silver screen and on our f**king face.and please Bramptoners have some social etiquette.
I need to find a place were people go to "watch' movies as a art.

It’s your typical movie theatre. Decent food. Although that, they really need to clean the auditoriums better in between movies.

Okay, for starters me and my cousins walked into the theatre and one of the employees rudely yelled “we’re still cleaning”. Like ummm there was no need to yell and on top of that there was nothing cleaned, skittles were squished on the floor and popcorn was everywhere. Second, in theater #5 we were watching slenderman at the 10: 20 showing and the people there were testing their emergency lights IN THE MIDDLE OF A SO CALLED HORROR MOVIE. Every 5 minuets they’d start blinking or the light would stay on for like 45 seconds. On top of that a lady next to us kept screaming “this is a horror movie, not a light show”. Like miss calm yourself. Before the movie started we politely asked for her to move one seat over because we were short one seat and she said “no, I have to be exactly in the middle. Either I stay in this seat or leave. ” Honestly she should’ve just left. Everyone else was willing to move over. Even her daughters were embarrassed but honestly I would be too if I was related to that. I Wasn’t even able to appreciate my extra buttered layer by layer popcorn. Should’ve just stayed home and watched The Bye Bye Man being recorded on an android.

Not all theatres have railings to hold on to. Really tough if you have a disability that doesn't require a wheelchair.

I have had a great time every time I have seen a movie there. The food is a bit overpriced but besides that the rest of the experience is awesome.

Had a frustrating experience with a manager at this location and escalated the issue to the customer service center. We missed our movie on our 1 day off for the week. We also had our son with us which made the whole ordeal more frustrating. The issue was a broken ticket machine. The way the situation was handled by the manager was very unprofessional and we now take our business elsewhere where we are appreciated as customers.
