The doctor was thorough and gave me advice which resolved my issue. Gave me a requisition and called to follow up.

Visited this clinic twice and had the same doctor, didn’t really enjoy my experience with him both times. I understand it’s just a walk-in clinic doctor so I shouldn’t expect much, but it felt like he decided he knew what my issue was before hearing me out about my potential guesses/struggles with trying to deal with the issue for years and just dismissed it. Also felt a sense of judgment and spoke on his opinions a little more than a professional should… receptionist was super nice and the service was very fast though.

Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Doctor was kind and thorough. We got in well before opening so we didn’t have to wait too long, however people in line after us had an hour + wait time so make sure to plan accordingly.

Come here with a booked appointment… What’s the point they still make you wait, each time that I have booked something and come in AT LEAST 10-15 minutes before I’m still waiting 10-15 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Not a fan of the front desk staff, they seem unorganized and frazzled. However, most of the drs that I have had experience with are incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable

Worst place I have been to was busy there was told 45 minutes waited outside for half hour went in sat there everybody was getting call in after a hour and half I was still sitting there ask when I was going in was told I missed my call sat down and waited again 5 more people went in so I asked again and was told I got put to the back of everybody never again will I go there

Friendly receptionist. I wouldn't have the patience with the dumb and entitled requests she gets from walk-ins. The doctor was lovely and helpful.

The worst walk in clinic in the city they are rarely open when they are they always close at 2 even tho there suppost to be open till 5 most days they don't answer there phone the receptionist is the laziest person I've ever come in contact with and the recall workers are just as useless litterally anyone on the west side that needs a clinic don't go here they won't help you!

I use this walk in clinic when I'm unable to see my family physician. I live in Cambridge but drive to Guelph for the exceptional care I've received at this clinic. I'm also a nurse and have high expectations. Can't say enough good things about this clinic.

Receptionist was nice, didnt have to wait long and the Doctor I saw was friendly and quick to answer my questions.

Very good experience with receptionist, Doctor and Pharmacist. This was my second opinion doctor after receiving unjustified, unsettling diagnosis from a different walk in clinic. This doctor explained everything, and told me what had to be done to help. Will definitely go back here.

Apparently salt water is going to fix a throat infection. They know this by making you wait in your car for half an hour without even seeing you.

From the first phone call, to getting my script at the pharmacy, this place was incredible. The receptionist (Laurie) was very kind and helpful on the phone, and was very personable when arriving. She gave me a predicted weight time, and when I arrived at the clinic I sat down for 3 minutes before the doctor came in. Doctor Yates (?) was so comfortable. He was kind, in intimidating, very knowledgeable, and gave a clinical diagnosis that made complete sense to me. I’m still in shock and awe at this service. Guelph has got a great team and service in this walk-in clinic.

There was a communication breakdown which was my fault, I appreciate how the staff reached out to rectify my issues. Very efficient service, especially given the circumstances.

I went to this clinic this morning and was in and out in 15 minutes. The front desk girl, Erin, is incredibly cheerful and friendly, yet professional. The Doctor on call was caring and thorough. Didn't feel rushed.
I have been here before for my husband and was consistent with what I experienced today.

Comfortable experience. And the staff member working today, brought a chair, so I didn't have to stand. But a horrible wait. Maybe not like this on a consistent basis, but I waited almost 2 hours. And it's not overly busy.

I have gone to Silvercreek walk-in clinic a few times and the staff are always professional. The doctors take their time with you and really listened to clients' concerns/health issues. Usually limited wait time unless you arrive at opening time.

Friendly, kind receptionist. Doctor Yates was very caring and efficient. Gave me a prescription which has cured my infection. Will certainly return to this facility.

The doctor I saw today is not professional, he did not ask anything or ecxplain anything and just assuming with non-professional language.

Always goes and happy with their services specially Dr. Yates, he deserves 5 Star, receptionist and pharmacy people are helpful as well.

Today I had my first visit to this clinic. It was clean, the receptionist was pleasant. She was thorough in her questions. I did not wait long, at all! The location was easy to find, being open till 4 p.m. On a Sunday afternoon was very, very, convenient. I don’t like going to the Hospital Emergency. When I saw the Doctor, he was also pleasant, kind, and polite. He listened, he asked a lot of questions pertaining to why I was there and did a small physical examination. I have a test this Doctor ordered to have done. He explained that my family Doctor will be notified of my test and that if there are any urgent results that I will receive a direct phone call from them. I usually like to just wait and see my own family physician and that’s it! But, if I can’t, like today, I would go to this Clinic, again! 5 Star service!

I visited this walk in 2 weeks ago on a Sunday with a terrible UTI. I was given antibiotics and assured my urine sample would be sent off Monday for testing. The antibiotics did not work (though made it mildly better) so I went back after 7 days, following my 5 day treatment to do another sample and get more antibiotics. I assumed they would know by that point what was going on from the lab but they had actually never even sent my sample. I told the doctor on the second visit it was persisting, I had been in a week earlier and antibiotics did not work but it not quite as painful.he prescribed me something else to try. I saw the receptionist upon leaving and insisted this time my urine sample is sent to the lab, and she showed me it was packaged in a bag and ready to go and told me my results would be in I just a few days, likely by Tuesday. When I picked up my perscription from the pharmacy the second time, it was for "uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections"!? How is a persisting UTI uncomplicated at all? Those antibiotics did not work either but I still gave them 3 days to work as I was told before phoning back.

I phoned the clinic yesterday to have my second urinary results sent to my family doctor and on the phone she had the nerve to tell me "I don't work weekends, but I've phoned the lab and they have nothing on you from either visit, but I wasn't here on the wekeend so I don't know what happened. But they have nothing on you". I demanded she check again and she said they had absolutely not been sent on either visit. She didnt even offer an apology or any concern whatsoever. I was very frustrated as it had now been twice they did not send my urine sample.

She phoned me about 30 minutes later and left me a voicemail completely contradicting herself saying it was only my first sample they couldn't find, and my second sample had been sent but results wouldnt be in until Thursday, nearly a week later. I am so certain they found my urine sample at their clinic after I called and only just then sent it in.

So now my UTI is still persisting and because I was given inadequate medication from the walk in doctor on my second visit, I have to return to the doctors for a third time, without any lab results and start the prcoess all over again. I'm definitely never going back there.

Update: They did phone me when my results came back and apparently the second antibiotic should be working. They were able to send my results over to my family doctor.

Everytime I've had to go in, it's been fast and efficient. The doctors there are really good and I highly recommend this place!

Finally somewhere that is actually interested in helping their patients! So happy I went there today!

I had a bad experience this afternoon at this clinic. The receptionist was unwilling to listen. No compassion and respect. All she cared about timing of the clinic and hardly answered a question with attitude. Really sad to see!

I saw Dr. Lakhani and had a great experience. He took the time to listen to my full problem and was really respectful. I didn't feel rushed, but everything moved nice and quick. I think from the time I checked in to filling my prescription I was there for maybe 45 minutes. This was my first time here, but based on this experience I would definitely go back.

Dr. Sandhu Rupinder was excellent and attentive to my concerns including a follow up appointment. She explained all the information I needed. Thank you Dr. Sandhu Rupinder. A pleasant walkin clinic including the pharmacist who took his time to explain the medication. I will definitely recommend this walkin clinic.

Very Good caring doctors and staff is super nice. Dr. Glover is an outstanding doctor along with few others when they Not are working At the hospital. Very much appreciate your service to the community. I know it’s not the money you doing it for.
This is for that idiot reviewer that couldn’t wait because he had a dentist appointment. I just don’t understand why ppl can’t wait for their turn. And be patient. Why write a bad review over your timing. Get a life. If someone was ill and came to the clinic instead of the hospital, what may I ask is wrong with that. Ppl tie up resources at the hospital too. We are humans. It’s free health care! That means wait. You are not special because of an ear ache and you had get teeth cleaned. Unemployed idiots always complain about the system. Nothing better to do all day, just having negative thoughts. Go to dentist, go to doctor and then the welfare office to collect your cheque. Don’t forget to claim for dog food.

I have been to this clinic a few times and it was great for getting a prescription for antibiotics and simple stuff like that. For some reason they are making their receptionist triage patients like an emergency room now. I was unable to see a doctor to make sure my ear didn't need a prescription because of this triage instead of simply offering to call an ambulance or telling them to wait in line.

Please do not go to a walk in clinic if you need to visit an emergency room and dial 911 instead. You are wasting valuable clinic resources and making other patients who are waiting respectfully lose confidence in the health care system and the clinic itself.
