Honest and efficient

Went in for help finding an issue with my car and they charged me $60 for 5 minutes of there time. Absolute CROOKS! Patrick graham is a CROOK and will charge you $60 for 5 minutes of his time. Do NOT go here. Trust me avoid this place at all costs! $60 for 5 minutes of work? GFY

Disappointed after a routine oil change at our dealership to learn that the filters installed by Silverstar in June was not installed: One missing while other was the old one left in. This caused other problems that had to be rectified. We brought this to Silverstar's attention. Owner displayed lack of care nor interest with documentation and witness to these malpractice. Charging customers and failing to install proper equipment is fraudulent and irresponsible. Putting blame on dealership and owner for discovering this act is unprofessional and shameful.

When you have an appointment book you get a text message to confirm your appointments and remind you. After you have done your services you get an email copy of your receipt.

We were racing home from Ottawa to Scarborough to beat a snowstorm with our infant son snoozing when our electronics started to shut down while on the 417. We got off the nearest off-ramp and pulled up to Silverstar as the nearest garage.

Without any warning or notice - we asked if they could fix our car immediately so we could be on our way. Without hesitation, Pat and his team ordered parts and offered us a loaner car. They communicated the timelines consistently and were very customer focused. Not only did they handle themselves like true professionals, but they fixed the car (ordered and installed new alternator) in 2 hours from when we showed up.

What could have been a disastrous day turned into just a blip. This kind of care and service is really hard to find and we couldn't be more thankful to them. I would recommend Silverstar to everyone in Ottawa and will be sending my in-laws there for service. Thanks guys!
