I bought my travel trailer from somewhere else. They stopped doing consignment sales. They recommend this place. They couldn’t have been more accommodating

Took my Alegro open Road in for quite a bit of work and was impressed with the workmanship. They repaired everything and were very helpful. Highly recommend this place for service.

I was blown away by their service. We got a flat on our rv and needed a new one. They had what we needed in stock, and they sent a guy to follow us back to our trailer to help! And I should mention this was right at close. They stayed open for us to get the tire, and sent a guy after hours. Small town service in a city! They really saved our rears.

I was travelling home from Northern Ontario with my trailer and noticed it swaying quite a bit even with the bars attached. I stopped in to have it looked at and it turns out the dealership I originally got my trailer from had not installed my hitch properly. Julio and his service guys were AMAZING and fixed it up quickly for me so I could get home safely. I really appreciate what they did for me and wouldn't hesitate to consider them for any of my future trailer needs! Best dealership I've ever dealt with!

Be careful what you buy. If you buy where is as is with them make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb. Traded in our 5th wheel in excellent condition with a large amount of cash and now we have an RV with a multitude of issues. Shameful. My our own fault for taking it as is. Won't make that mistake again.

Fantastic service! We were having trouble with our travel trailer sway bar set up enroute. Stopped in at two other RV shops along the way who were very unhelpful / indifferent / ignorant. By chance we stopped in at Simcoe RV and despite being swamped with stuff in the shop, they offered to help. They fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and we were back on our way in no time. When i need my trailer serviced in the fall, i will be back at Simcoe RV that is for sure! Thanks again guys! You rock!

Met Darrell today at Simcoe County RV as my wife and I started looking for the next journey in life. I can’t recommend Darrell or this business highly enough. Learned more in 30 minutes than in days of online research. If you are in the market, or thinking of being in the market… drop by. Well worth the stop.

I went to Central county Auto and our view I tried to get a propane hose with a male and PT on 24 in you didn't have one he had a 20 inch we thought it worked but it didn't I took it back and got my money back and he was going to order alarm propane line in and he was going to call me back and I never got no phone calls not happy with this company

Mark was very helpful! Not a great selection of what we are looking for, but then what we're after is pretty scarce. Again Mark has forgotten more than some people we spoke to know.

The Simcoe County RV service team helped me when I really needed it.

Very friendly. Explained issues in ways that I could understand and resolved them in a very timely manner - even though they were officially closed.

Parts that were replaced were left in the Airstream so that I could see the damage and understand how it happened.

I'll be back for service - and to purchase some items I had never seen before in their very well stocked store (awning shade extenstions).

If I could give negative stars. I would. In fact, I'd give negative 100 stars.

This company's owner and motorhome salesman are unethical and unprofessional. I have dealt with only one other person here and she was actually quite lovely.

I picked up the RV on August 31. I paid cash for this purchase. Less than 30 days later, returning from our second weekend out, the rig would not move out of the park gear and we were stranded. I was forced to call out the local heavy equipment mechanic to save us.

He could not believe we only picked this up (new to us) less than a month prior because, in his opinion - THERE IS NO WAY THIS RIG PASSED A SAFETY INSPECTION 30 days ago. When this mechanic (where we were stranded) did a pre-safety at my request, he found 15 things that were not completed that are known parts of a safety inspection, including 2 pieces of wood holding up the fuel tank and the brake master cylinder not being attached to anything.

I complained to the owner and demanded action on October 15th after the salesman kept trying to put me off. I provided him the list of defects and the accompanying photos of these defects.

Since then, the owner has actually delayed even worse than the used car salesman he's got in the front office. The owner thinks I should understand all the personal things going on his life and how they are causing 73 days of delay to resolving this situation.

Since September 30th, I've been chasing this company to refund my purchase. They keep stalling and using delay tactics to avoid the MTO, UCDA, or OMVIC becoming involved. Too late. I've involved them.

I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere. This has been a nightmare since the first phone call we made in July to see this rig. Horrible, horrible service. Zero accountability or follow-up. Do not shop here. I have reported them to the BBB as well.

These guys here are pretty good at what they do and at helping solve problems believe it or not for free

They are happy to show you a Unit that may be less $ than the one that does not fit your requirements. Their Major concern is your happiness and comfortably with your investment

My wife and I recently traded in our old RV for something newer: a 30 foot coachmen. After using it for the weekend, we absolutely love our purchase. Mike made it a painless purchase. Him and his staff were very helpful and cooperative during the entire process and made sure we loved it before purchasing. It is clear that he really cares about his customers! Won't even call a customer back. Left contact info on website and phoned yesterday regarding a trailer we really liked and were willing to put a sizable amount down on. They stated someone would call us back right away. Never got a call back or the time of day.

Im glad I stopped in, Tried calling multiple times Mike the owner had just gotten back from holidays, he also explained that when the moved to the bigger show room the phone lines went down. Went in with the intention of just looking and left purchasing a new unit for my family for spring. After extensive research on what i knew I wanted Mike gave me an unbeatable price with added extras. Im glad I took the drive over. At first I was skeptical coming into this establishment due to the reviews posted online, but I'm glad I dont believe everything I read on the internet. I was coming in to make the biggest purchase of my life and was so nervous. Once I walked in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect; I wasnt forced, Mike the owner was genuine and honest. He gave it to me straight and tried to save me as much money as he possibly could then came the deadline. He listened to what I wanted and wasnt like the "normal"salesman. He wasnt pushy or arrogant. His kids were all there with grandkids running about, this is a family run business right in our town of Orillia that I didnt know existed. I was taking my new purchase to flordia with my family and I needed the unit completed in ten days. Mike and his team surpassed my expectations, kept in constant contact.
