Simcoe Diagnostic Imaging

The lowest option is to give 1 star but in reality I can only give them 0/5. The receptionist does not seem like she likes her job at all- hardly looks up. The tech I had for my ultrasound was rude and very short with me. She did not allow my husband to come in at all. I needed his support as I had a miscarriage in the past and was worried this time around. It was noted that I was too early for heart beat detection, however, she did not show me anything on the screen. I had to secretly "peek" to see my baby. She rushed me out and I did not even get a chance to ask for a print out, to at the very least show my husband what our baby looks like at this stage. I will never get that back. The whole experience was negative for me and I will not be going there again. I read the reviews beforehand and they were low. I had to book there because it was the only option. Next time I will wait and go with another imaging center. Do not go there, I highly recommend you wait the extra 1-2 weeks to go somewhere else.

The front desk lady was very rude and the girl who did my altra sound didn't even say anything to me when having it done, didn't even tell how everything was going litterly leaving me in the dark! Only 5 chairs in the waiting room, very dusting looks like the cleaners don't do a very good job. I would not like to come here again

I couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment I walked in the door I felt completely welcomed and comfortable. I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm by the front desk. Both of my technicians were calm, professional, and friendly. It was my first mammogram, and I was very nervous, but I left feeling like a champ. I greatly appreciate and value this place, and the people working there today:)

They did what was required for my eight week ultrasound, but I was shocked to learn that due to a tech's vacation I couldn't go there for my 12 week scan. It turned out there was no one in the entire county that could do it during the week I needed it done, so I went to Brantford Medical Imaging and had a better experience there anyway. It's odd that you don't get to see what's happening on the screen during the scan, and my husband only got to come in at the end for a minute.

Staff are friendly and helpful and do there best to get you in and out quickly and efficiently.
