There were some things at this store that I would have liked to look at. The woman who runs the store was so incredibly rude that I just could not stay. I asked at another store if they knew anything about her and described my visit there. They told me they’ve heard many such stories. No concept of customer service AT ALL.

Today I had the same bad experience as the other customer, regarding bad behavior with my 4 years old boy. The lady with Russian accent was yelling at my son and I was shocked, didn't know what is happening. She started to yield at me " don't look at me like that". I never ever seen such an aggressive and rude seller.
