Mike showed up after I had an issue with my furnace. He first tried to trouble shoot the issue by guiding me over the phone and when that didn't work he showed up an hour later on a Saturday night. Fixed the issue and also told me some basic things I can do myself if there any future issues. Amazing customer service from him!

I seen there ad on tv advertised as Ontarioheat.ca “free heat pumps” An agent come out to the house for an assessment, he gave me a price with some options, he suggested to take the $138 a month option because it includes the audit.just pay a few months by that time you will receive the rebate and buy it out.when I asked for a written agreement, he replied “we don’t do that” you will receive paperwork after install. 3 days later installers showed up to my house with no approval! I wasn’t even home, I was talking to them on my video doorbell, they waited in my driveway and had the company call me and explain there “after install you will get an invoice”after insisting they finally emailed me an agreement only to read the price of the unit $7200 plus tax or $138@180 month option. I’m so glad I did my homework, and not sign on with this company. Be careful!

Oleg the plumber did a service to our home few days ago and today and we are very happy that he did a great and wonderful job. The issue has been resolved, I see him doing the hard work and he take his job very seriously and with passion. He did his work over and beyond our expectation. He is also very friendly and trusyworthy.

We recently requested Heat pump change through Simply smart Home, these guys arrived on time despite the bad weather conditions. Highly professional team. During their work power went out but they were ready for it. All works completed with exceptional quality.

It was a perfect job done by mustafa and his team yesterday to my house they installed heat pump and furnace and the heat water tank less they did the job so professionally really i recommend them.

Stay away. The equipment’s are faulty and there is no service guarantee and they charge more than the equipment in name of maintenance plans.
1. I am been following up regarding faulty heat pump for over three weeks but there is no solution for it.
2. There was no heat in the house for 3 days because of the faulty equipment. 4 technicians have visited and done nothing but given band aid solutions.
3. I am asked to use furnace only while they charge me for heat pump and maintenance plan. Fooling the customers is the policy.

I had some plumbing issues that during the holidays got more complicated. I called Simply Green Smart Home yesterday and today they sent TOM. What a blessing! You could see from the get go, that he was an outstanding professional. Everything he did (in the kitchen, bathroom and toilette), he fixed them to a tee. His professionalism, kindness, sincere and honest approach made him unique in this industry. Top Notch!
