This lawyer was represent me as my family lawyer. But his behaviors made me sick:
1. He always call me for hours together with his clerk. I have to spend almost $500 a hour to listens to his talk. I told him many times that he can send email to me instead of telephone calls. But he still phone me.
2. His professional knowledge and lawyer's work is not enough to handle my case. I lost again and again at court.
3. I told him that I do not want to go to trial. I would like to have arbitration. He agreed at beginning. But at end, My case turned to trial. He secretly arrange for trial without tell me until the time was close to the trial. He told me that arbitration cannot handle my case. That was lie and cheating. For the trial, I have to pay his fees which was about $120,000 and opposite lawyer about $150,000.
He is not a good lawyer. He was trying to make the case more complicated and made money for himself. That was my thought and feeling.
