I honestly wish I could give more than 5 star for everyone at Sim's Animal Hospital!
All of our pets have been brought here from annual check ups to sad goodbyes. Each and everyone in there are the most kind, compassionate, loving veterinarian staff I have ever encountered.
They remember your pets and you as a human. Even when the goodbyes were years ago to our beloved furry family members.
Anytime there has been an emergency, they will do their absolute best to see your pet that same day and always call to check up after the car.

I will be forever grateful for all that you do!

The vet and the tech, are, as always, kind compassion, and very good at what they do. One of the best measures is that Blue just loves them I think that they care for Blue like they would their own pet.

Recently, we had our dog spayed through our veterinarian clinic, Sims Animal Hospital. Our experience was incredible from start to finish. Lindsay, Vet Tech, put us at ease from the moment we arrived and we appreciated the follow up call to let us know everything went well. Misty, Vet Tech, greeted us at pickup and walked through all of the details of Hudson’s surgery and follow up care answering every little question. In addition it was obvious to see that all of the Sims team had a special care and concern for our pup, Hudson. Dr. Austin Morin has been an absolutely amazing vet over the years and we were so comfortable knowing that she would be conducting this surgery. I should mention that when we first got Hudson we tried our breeders veterinary clinic but immediately switched back to Sims. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this team of caring, conscientious professionals.

Love this vet clinic. Staff are friendly and supportive, very helpful. Dr. Morrin explains things very thoroughly and provides lots of choice for decision making. It’s clear she and her team love animals and treat them with dignity, respect and love

Highly recommend Sims Animal Hospital

Unfortunately they changed ownership and the original vet retired, new management is out to get every cent out of you they can. You will be told that your pet needs all sorts of expensive tests to rule everything out. Absolutely disgusting

Sims has always given us excellent care - be it small animals like our gerbils, or our cat. We have seen numerous of the veterinarians, techs, and assistance and I have only had good experiences with each of them!
My cat can be quite spicy, but its nice to know the team can handle her and know her well enough to work with her despite her sassy cat attitude.
Its always been an affordable, clean, and friendly office for us and our pets.

We move around a lot due to work and can honestly say that the care provided by Sims Animal Hospital is second to none.
They are professional, extremely hard-working and kind-hearted. They are a primary reason why our 22-year-old cat is still doing so well.
We are moving once again and if we weren’t going so far away would have kept them. We are sad to say goodbye to such a wonderful team.

Really good vets and techs here. They take good care of your pets and you can tell they really like working with them. Everyone is very friendly. They are happy to answer all your questions and try to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible.

I joined my friend bringing her dog to Sims Animal Hospital! The team's cheerful demeanor and helpful nature made the experience enjoyable. The office was impeccably clean and organized. A fantastic choice for anyone seeking excellent pet care!

The staff are kind and courteous. They are responsive to questions, inquiries, concerns, and follow up promptly.

Through all the changes including the pandemic, I might disagree with some things but I always feel they do their best for our fur family members and that's what's most important to me. Thorough exams, thoughtful advice.

Thank you Sims Animal Hospital and staff for accommodating an emergency with my 4 week old kitten Solo and his broken leg. The front staff was very comforting. The vet was thorough and open about my options, giving me judgement-free space to make a decision. Ultimately We decided to see our home vet for further treatment and a custom splint. I am grateful for your care of not only Solo but also me in a very stressful time.

Absolutely amazing! The staff are very friendly and my drama king pup was relaxed. They clipped his nails for me and gave him his needles. He didn't whimper or pull away from them. The Sims Team is incredible. They are all so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about the animals that come through their doors and you never feel rushed, regardless of how many questions you may have.

My cat required some emergency attention. The staff were amazing. He was taken care of right away and the follow up has been great. I feel very lucky to have my cat cared for by such an attentive team.

RVT Lindsay and Dr. Morrin were amazing with my two cats! They took the time to thoroughly explain their examination and answered all questions in great detail. You can tell how much they genuinely care and enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend!

My dog went for grooming. She can be difficult, especially when it comes to feet and nails. She came back beautifully groomed and prancing proudly.

Let’s be honest, rice is hard to find in Morocco. If this is what you’re looking for, this is the best place ever. Friendly staff, lots of rice.
Also, if you’re looking to drink, they have a lot of booze here.

The care and compassion that both our cat Picola and we humans received from the staff at the front desk, veterinary technicians and the highly skilled vet were outstanding!

During a very hard time with my Doberman, Sim's Animal Hospital was amazing. The staff was supportive and considerate.
Anytime I called, the Doctor would get on the phone with me. I appreciate the care and bedside manner of the staff. When my usual vet was not available, Sim's was.

We have brought our family’s cats to Sims since moving to Kingston in 2010. From the start they have displayed incredible compassion and competence that has exceeded our expectations. Their staff are unfailingly friendly and accommodating. We consider them part of our extended family.
