Very nice owner! And they definitely have a lot of product! Very helpful when I showed up too look at the Moza r5, showed me a bunch of different rigs etc! Just I cannot justify there mark up on some products when almost every other store in Ontario, sells for $100-150 lower on the same product! So sadly too rich for me! Lol Ended up picking up the Moza r5 bundle for same price Moza is selling it. No mark up! And $150 cheaper,

But definitely recommend the store it’s not bad at all!

Simulation1 had responded promptly within 7 hours on the same business day and after providing the necessary information for the RMA process, I received the replacement within 7 Days. I have purchased a good number of items from Simulation1. My experience has been nothing but great! Huge variety of sim gear and Teddy the person I have dealt with over the last 2 years has been super helpful and professional. If you’re in the Ontario, and don’t want to deal with the long lead times and big shipping/duty charges, I would recommend looking these guys up.

What a great experience. Reminds me why sometimes it’s just so much better to go support the local stores. Go shake some hands, ask some questions and grab your stuff. Share some chit chat and feel confident about your purchase rather than leaving it all up to the online shipping experience. While aesthetically it becomes very obvious upon arrival you’re not walking into Best-buy you’re also not confronted by employees that aren’t even into electronics, when and if they’re around when you need assistance that is lol. I was informed that the location is currently undergoing some renovations so in my experience I wasn’t greeted to the full potential of the stores space. However it truly is a cool space and store for a community of people into this cool niche thing! “Teddy” running the joint greeted me at the door after buzzing me in. We exchanged pleasantries for a moment and I let him know exactly what I wanted. He checked his stock. Gave me the total. I paid him and the whole transaction was really quite quick and refreshing most importantly because it didn’t come with a barrage of fake inauthentic comments or any extra costly barriers of entry to someone like me, obviously new to his store, trapping me into buying things I don’t need. This happens far too much when shopping in a store for a new thing or hobby. People recognize fresh fish and pounce for that extra cheddar. In all I dropped $4000 here and I’ll go back because simulation one has my trust. More importantly after the sale was made I stood outside with “Teddy” as he helped to load my things (totally awesome as I have a tiny car and he helped me fit everything) with me and he offered up some great information on the product I had just bought. It was a little brisk outside and he could’ve cut the conversation short. After all I could just go home and find out the hard way it’s on me now right!? But in that moment despite being somewhat reserved initially his true character showed as he didn’t have to go to the trouble of helping me out the way he did. One might think “of course he did you just spent that money” but truly these days people don’t care after the fact. It was awesome and I truly hope this guys business does fantastic going forward. It’s the little things. I go out to shop for the experience and this was just great I’ll be doing my sim racing purchases through this store for now on:) thanks Teddy!

Don’t waste your time going elsewhere best bang for your simulation dollar here! I tried different ways and believe me these guys are top notch. Knowledgable and always ready to help! Buying from simulations1 means you’ll get the help experience and more importantly, a warranty with your product, don’t waste your time buying used.
By the way, I recently purchased the DD1 podium and wow highly recommend it!

Do yourself a favor and shop direct from the manufacturer. Teddy is losing all of his rights as a reseller for a reason. D-Box, ASR, Gomez ect. There's a reason they won't sell him product anymore. He is passing off older models as the latest and selling open box items after resealing them and passing it off as factory sealed after removing parts. He refuses to honor his own warrenty policy and tells you its not his problem and to go talk to the manufacturer.

Teddy is the most unprofessional buisness owner I have yet to meet. He will literally yell and raise his voice at people who come in asking questions, stalk your Facebook and berate you on public forums for speaking out about your experience at his store. To top it all off, he will hand you your order, say it's all there and send you on your way only to find out he "forgot" to give you something or say he gave it to you when he didn't. He will take down any bad reviews and then use bot accounts to put up positive ones.

If you're looking to get scammed and verbally abused this is the store for you!

Ordered some Fanatec stuff, they shipped really fast and the boxes were intact, they have alot of items in stock too. Good quality stuff.

Amazing customer service, had an issue with a DOA Fanatec CSL DD pedal set and they went well above and beyond to make sure it got sorted out and replaced ASAP. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for sim racing gear.

Great service! I had a couple of questions and they were quick to answer!

BEST EXPERIENCE! I am completely new to sim racing, and was looking forward to visiting Simulation1 for a couple of weeks. Visiting the store only escalated my excitement and enthusiasm. They have SO much amazing gear there! And Teddy was awesome to deal with. He answered all of my questions and helped me hone in on an incredible package of gear to get me started. I went with the Fanatec DD Pro Premium bundle, Fanatec ClubSport Shifter, and a TrakRacer TR120 cockpit with GT seat and accessories. I will also add a handbrake to the unit when I go to pick up my cockpit! Teddy also took the time to explain to me the very important order of operations when connecting and updating all of the Fanatec gear, as he knows I'm a first time user. His guidance saved me a ton of headache and I really appreciated that he took the time with me.

10/10 - would highly recommend this place for all things sim racing! It's made my first steps into this new hobby really pleasant ones!

Customer service is the best, whoever i have been speaking with on Instagram has been super, super helpful. I bought my dd pro from fanatec to save a few bucks but now i regret trying to save a few bucks cause fanatec is non existent as my dd pro arrived with non functioning pedals.

I ended up buying a new pedal set instead cause fanatec replys to you pretty much on a weekly basis. I would purchase from simulations1 just so you don't have to deal with fanatecs bs service.

The fact that this place even exists is a blessing to Canadians. I was recommended these guys by a friend who lives in the states, and was surprised to see they had stock for products sold out mostly anywhere else. The showroom style layout gives it a kid-in-a-candyshop vibe with lots of different rigs/builds on display. They were extremely helpful and offered great advice in choosing a rig. I ended up going with the Simetik K2R and am loving it! These guys went out of their way to educate me on the different types of sim rigs and why I would want one or the other, highly recommend these guys especially if you're trying to get into sim racing and don't know where to start.

The prices are on the steep side (not unusual for this hobby), but the convenience and service on tap make it completely worth it in my eyes. Would most certainly purchase from again!

Have purchased several items from Simulation 1 over the last few months, while building my new sim racing setup. I found Teddy helpful and informative and quick to answer questions or concerns. I highly recommend them if your a beginner or new to building your first sim racing rig.

Read through a lot of reviews and did a lot of online research about my products before contacting and purchasing items from Teddy @ Simulation1. I am not someone to give reviews in general, but in this instance would like to set some of these reviews straight. The no-return policy is definitely a challenge, especially given these are mass produced and sold items, that are in high demand. That being said, the rest is irrelevant. Teddy was knowledgable and helpful on the phone, and offered in store pickup. Shipping was available as was payment via card, but it was cheaper and easier for me to pickup and pay cash. Prices are 5-10% cheaper than big box stores for identical products, which makes sense not to offer credit card transactions (at a cost to the company). Will be a repeat customer in the future and continue to support this Canadian business bringing US Products into Canada, with a fraction of the import, shipping and duty fees!

5/5, my absolute favorite place to shop at for all things sim racing. Purchased my full racing rig and setup from Teddy @ Simulation1 and have had nothing but an AMAZING experience shopping with them.

Teddy is super helpful and accommodative and has been very quick to respond to all of my inquiries and orders. I’ve had a small issue with one of my Fanatec Boost Kits but Teddy was able to resolve that super quick.

I purchased some fanatec gear here and coming from a Logitech setup, I didn't know what I was getting into. Teddy made sure to tell me to read owners manual before setting up and to take my time. Even though I wasn't buying high end gear, Teddy treated me very professionally. I will be sure to return here for future purchases.

Highly recommended - first rate knowledge; quick response times and customer support was a 10 out of 10 - I enjoyed every interaction with Teddy and his suppliers and they guided me through set up of a full 7M system which works great! No need to go anywhere else - this is your one stop shop for simulation.

This place is great! I continually have excellent experiences and have been coming back for upgrades the last 4 years – they have everything you’ll need. Teddy is super knowledgeable, provides advice to ensure you get the best experience with your rig, and never tries to upsell you. On pretty much every occasion I’ve visited, Teddy pointed out and explained an alternative that I didn’t think about even after I spent countless hours doing research, and which was a better solution to a sim upgrade, and that ended up costing less! Amazing experience and have already gone back a few times since my first visit a few weeks ago. Teddy was very helpful and was never annoyed at me asking him 100 questions. Was able to get exactly what I wanted and the best part was that he always had what I needed in stock. He is a very helpful person, he even convinced me to not spend money on a certain upgrade, even though I had walked in ready to buy. He looks out for his customers and that's something you don't see everyday. I personally had no issues with his pricing. I had purchased Sim-Lab equipment and if you add shipping and customs fee's, you end up spending more or less the same amount, and the best part.you're not waiting weeks to receive your item. Gotta love convenience! Will always go back for anything sim related.

Such a cool “toy” store! Everything they have on display is cooler than the last. Teddy is really helpful and willing to take the time to explain everything you need to know about whatever you want to buy.

On my first encounter I purchased a set of Fanatec pedals. After waiting 20 minutes past their advertised business hours for them to open the store, I purchased the $700 set of pedals. I was advised to update the firmware before using them, which I did once I got home. This resulted in the pedals becoming 'bricked' and unusable. I called and asked for support and the answer was 'You have to submit a RMA with Fanatec Warranty'. Being a distributor for Fanatec, I would expect them to replace the pedals and maybe deal with the defective product themselves after essentially being DOA. This was frustrating because I hadn't even used the pedals yet and am potentially waiting weeks for replacement parts. I later learnt from Fanatec customer support that this was a known issue.

I went in to purchase a Fanatec BMW GT2 wheel, which is over $600 CDN. The preferred payment was cash, or debit. At the time their debit was not working and he wanted 3% on top for VISA, so I decided to wait and paid cash to use some of the VR Sim equipment. After 30 minutes it was still not working, so we tried a e-transfer, again his banking was down. After some back and forth, reluctantly he took credit and did not charge the 3%.

It's unfortunate that other businesses with much better customer service and passion could thrive in this market. But since they are an exclusive distributor for large brands such as Fanatec, everyone is stuck purchasing from Simulation1 or ordering online and waiting.

Have made several purchases from Simulation 1 Systems in the past. Will continue to do so. They are knowledgeable and fair to deal with. Highly recommended.

Very fast processing and shipping too. In 5 min i had already a tracking number after the payment.

Just completed my second purchase from Simulation1 and couldn't be happier. Teddy's very knowledgeable and helped me purchase a Sim-Lab seat that was originally out of my price range but now have absolutely no regrets. Like they say, the poor man pays twice so I wanted to make sure the extra investment now would pay off in the long run. If you know what you're looking for and don't want the hassle of shipping/duties, etc.and live in the GTA, I say bite the bullet. Spend the extra bit to have whatever you want in-hand same day.

I will NEVER go back to Simulation 1 System again. Not only are the prices inflated by 20-30% over MSRP, I am always being forced to pay cash for items. There is a final sale policy on all items and a credit card fee of 3% if you are able to even get to that point.

Customer service is non existent! I have spent over 15k in this store and I am still treated as if I owe the owner something and this has to stop! I am a firm believer in supporting local small business but I strongly encourage you to dig through the other “real” reviews on this page and see what they’re all about. You will see the difference between the inflated 5 star reviews and the real ones. His stars are inflated just like his prices.

Fantastic service!

I ordered a new wheel from them for pickup this Saturday. About 20 min later the government announced a province wide lockdown starting Thursday. I contacted the store and asked if they could ship it out instead. They agreed and shipped it out the same day.

Teddy was really helpful and walked me through ALL the options available, to help me find the best motion platform for what i described i was looking for.and it was my first sim rig, so he also walked through every one of the steering wheel, pedals, accessories etc. He actually talked me out of spending more money? ! (who does that:), and that the extra cost wasnt really what I needed to get started on my first serious sim rig.

Hes obv busy (phone didnt stop ringing when i got there to pick everything up - all the components were all there on time as promised from our initial discussions), so I think some people are maybe looking to kick tires and might not like the gruff all business attitude: P

Only shop in Canada for high end sim racing equipment unfortunately. I bought a fanatec brake performance kit worth $49, they charged me $35 shipping! Are they delivering it by hand? Absolute day light robbery! Was cheaper to go directly to fanatec but the wait till through customs is crazy at the moment!

I recently ordered a sim lab gt1-evo with some accessories, couldn’t be happier with how it arrived (on time and packaged perfectly). Everything was processed quickly on their end without issue. I will most definitely be ordering from simulation1 again in the future.

I can understand the products are priced higher then original MSRP (shipping, duties ect) but a processing fee based on percentage? 5$-$20 flat would be more fair.

Great Customer service, I recently purchased a wheel from Simulations 1 after my failed attempt at a firmware update (which rendered the Wheel useless) I contacted simulations 1 and an hour later Teddy emailed me with two options, I could either send it in for repair or they could send me the part, two hours later I received an email that my part was shipped and by the next evening I was driving again, I was only without the wheel for a day.

Unfortunately he's the only local shop with racing simulation gear otherwise I would try to go elsewhere. Not a friendly person and although he seems to have vast knowledge he doesn't seem to want to waste his time explaining anything. Even if you're spending thousands and are a confirmed buyer don't expect too many recommendations on what setup to get. I was there helping a friend with his purchase and also wanted to get some info but was quickly brushed off so hence why I'm hoping to find what I need elsewhere.

Got the Fanatec and Next level racing equipment for my new simulator set up and have to say that this really is top quality equipment. Simulaiton 1 was easy to deal with, no messing around, and delivered all brand new products. Looking forward to my next equipment purchase!

Great place to pick up sim gear! Teddy was very helpful and gave great info. I didn't feel like I was pushed to buy certain products. Great clean place.

Prices are out to lunch here - with a 3% surcharge on any item as a service fee? Why should a 2000 dollar item have a larger service fee than a 20 dollar one if all they are doing is picking it off a shelf and shipping it? My shipping fee was going to be over $50 on a very small item - had a friend pick it up in store and ship to me for 7 dollars next day shipping.

This store is awesome. Sim racing had obviously blown up overnight in popularity so the guys at the store are slammed with inquiries while also dealing with a worldwide lack of supply. They were still able to help me navigate my options and get a setup. When im ready to upgrade again it'll definitely be through here. The facility is also highly equipped with lots of cool stuff and loads of high end simulators for group events etc.thanks for the help!

Simulation 1 provided quick and accurate communication during some of the most difficult circumstances for business in modern times. They were the only supplier to come through and product ready to ship. Even as a US customer, I would purchase from them again without hesitancy and they will definitely be on my shortlist of preferred vendors going forward.
