Sirens

Not a great experience. The clothes are cute and very affordable so my daughter and I shop here a lot, unfortunately our last experience was awful. We waited at the cashier to pay as the manager yelled at a younger staff about being late and calling in sick, after a few minutes of awkwardness I interupted and asked if we could cash out. Manager replied with im doing something I’ll be with u in a minute and went back to yelling at the employee, after 4 mins (now I’m watching my phone becuase I’m annoyed.) I interrupted again and to say I have to go. Manager rolls her eyes and tells the employee she will finish the convo later and told me she was doing her job.again shes rude and unprofessional. There is a time and place for everything, and belittling employees infront of waiting customers isn’t ideal. Normally it’s great customer service with friendly staff, today not so much.

I was waiting in line when the workers made someone go in front of me because she was offering a discount on fillers and Botox to the employees. When I confronted your employee they continue to cash out the women who were bragging about giving a discount on fillers and botox when there was myself and another woman waiting patiently to be cashed out when WE WERE THERE FIRST! Check your employees these kids you have working have no respect for the real paying customers. These young kids you have working make me never want to come back. If you let them continue this behavior you will lose your most high-value customers.
