A huge thanks to the Sizzle with Decor team for providing us with a wonderful wedding ceremony and reception decoration service. We gave short notice and were on a budget, but Angelita, with her expertise, made sure we got more than what we paid for. She was excellent in communicating and guiding us during the planning process. We were very happy with the final result on the wedding evening. I will definitely recommend Sizzle with Decor to my friends and colleagues. Thanks once again!

Why We Chose Sizzle:
I always recommend people to do their research and talk to a few different vendors to get an idea of what works for you. Choosing Sizzle was an easy choice. We decided to go with Sizzle for these reasons:

1) They always have my best interest in mind while being realistic.
Let's be real here, weddings can get expensive very quickly so you must stick to your budget. They're very transparent about whether or not what we wanted was realistic to our budget.

2) Consultation Process.
I initially emailed Sizzle with Decor to get a quote for my wedding but they instead scheduled a phone call consultation. What I thought would be a quick 10 min call turned into a 2hr call. We went over details of my wedding, decor ideas, things I liked and didn't like. This consultation made me realize there's so much more involved in wedding decor than I had originally thought. I really appreciate the time and patience she had to go over things with me. I didn't feel like another business transaction. She got to know me as a person first and then as a bride.

3) They helped me save money!
During our consultation, they always found small ways to help me save money. For example, I have up lights in both my ceremony and reception room, they suggested I repurpose the lights in my ceremony room to my reception to save. I was also doing a family style dinner and they said to reduce my centrepiece size because it's going to be moved during dinner service anyways.

3) Sizzle is my venue's preferred vendor.
In my opinion, this just makes everything so much easier for me because it makes communication all around smoother. They've already worked with each other and know how things work.

4) Dealing with my personality lool
I'm VERY indecisive so I would often go to her and change my ideas and she never got annoyed, in fact she was always very encouraging. I had a bad experience with a previous vendor where they were very set on their own ideas versus what I wanted.

Things To Know:
I suggest already having an idea of what decor you like to show for reference. They currently do not have an itemize list of decor they have to look online. You'll have to search their website and instagram to see what they have.

Estrelita and her team are so compassionate and caring. She has designed beautiful events for our charity events over the years. We are lucky to have such a dedicated, honest and reliable business in our community!

11/10 experience with Estrelita and Elias. We had a small budget and very little time left to plan a wedding reception and they were so wonderful it eased a LOT of our stress about the day.

Our previous decor provider went ghost on us and Estrelita was so kind and accommodating with the less than ideal circumstances provided, she was honestly a highlight of my wedding day.

Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely rude, the entire experience of searching for a decorator was ruined by her condescending demeanor. She asked about my budget so I honestly told her what it was and her response was “oh no no that’s impossible we can’t do that”. Thats fine if you can’t work with someones budget but don’t make someone feel uncomfortable by your response and tone. She is definitely not someone who will work with a client to accommodate their needs.

Over the past 7 years we had the pleasure of working with Sizzle with Decor team, Estrelita and Elias for our annual fundraising gala event for our Somali Hope Foundation charity, and I must say their services were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we engaged with them, they showcased an exceptional level of professionalism, precision, and dedication to making our events a memorable one.
First and foremost, their attention to detail was impeccable. Every aspect of the decor was carefully planned and executed, creating an ambiance that truly elevated the event. Lovely decorations and excellent service to boot.if i ever get remarried i will definitely be enlisting her service’s again.

I had the absolute best customer service experience working with Elias and Estrelita. They were able to accommodate last minute requests and helped me stay on budget, not to mention they were kind, understanding and available at all times. I hope to work with them again soon!

Decorations were beautiful, & we enjoyed booking with sizzle with decor, I’m a very satisfied costumer.

Received a call from my gf sobbing on the phone. Apparently she was very rudely spoken to by Estrelita despite her politely asking about the packages and ideas. She was was “too” busy for a call and when she did call back, she spoke very disrespectfully. She kept saying no to her questions and request and shamed my gf again and again for not having “enough” budget.
This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! You cant talk to your clients like this.

Estrelita and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! She accommodated our budget and was able to give us the wedding decor of our dreams. Her and her team were constantly checking in on us leading up to our wedding to see if there was anything we ever needed. They are always willing to accommodate or change anything to your liking! Walking into our reception space on the day of was everything I could have imagined and more! I will recommend sizzle to anyone, it’s well worth your money and you will truly be treated like royalty!

Had a bad experience having phone discussions with this company. I felt like I was being pressured in paying extremely high prices for simple decorations. (Telling me that it costs 1 thousand dollars to wrap a 12 foot pillar in a room with tulle and wrap). I kept getting excuses well COVID was hard on us… (so we are passing on the costs to our clients) All in all a horrible customer service experience. Don’t be fooled with the high prices for things here compare with other decorators and you’ll soon find out how much of an exorbitant amount they charge. #dontsizzlewithdecor

The team at Sizzle is amazing. Highly responsive, accommodating, budget conscious and true professionals throughout the entire process. They captured our vision perfectly - Boho chic with fall colours, going above and beyond, I was blown away on our wedding day. Everything was perfect and no detail was missed - ceremony space, reception, bouquets, boutonnières, centre pieces, corsages were better than the examples we had sent.
