Worst lawyer ever, It's been a one year now after closing and can't even resolve single issue that I reported last year. Terrible service. Irresponsible lawyer to deal with.
I'll never work with this firm again for sure.

Horrible lawyer.closed property and failed to adjust tax amounts and ensure garbage removal.still fighting it to this day with the city even though they are previous owner's responsibility

I wish there was a way to do no stars! No communication, no correspondence, no seriousness to action things in time and to top it all off I overpaid and have to run to him for things that are HIS responsibility!

I should have clued in to the fact that 5/7 raters have the same last name as this lawyer. I paid hundreds of dollars to Sanjay, he gave me incorrect information which two subsequent lawyers confirmed for me afterward. His negligence could have cost me potentially thousands of dollars per month for years, had I gone with his advice. He took financial advantage of me during my most financially and emotionally vulnerable time of my life. When I brought forth my finding that he had misinformed me, he agreed with the other lawyers and said no more. I am disgusted by his conduct and feel heartbroken to think that he is practicing this type of negligence with other people who may be in less privileged positions ie lacking language skills or knowledge for example, to find out that they were misinformed. Just heartless.
