The girl named Angel (or something sounds alike) helped a lot!

The STC store was extremely crowded when I arrived and I thought I would have to wait a long time to try on the shoes I wanted to buy. Then this girl appeared holding five or six shoe boxes at the same time! She remembered the style and size I wanted at an incredible speed and ran back with the shoes I wanted. I think I only stayed in the store for less than five minutes to get the shoes I wanted. The lady named Angel, I hope I can meet you every time I come! Thank you a lot!

Teresa, the assistant manager was by far so patient and helpful. I tried on 6 pairs of shoes.and she was so cheerful and positive and gave great service. Alongside with the other staff as well all kind people. Shout out to the staff. I definitely will gi back to this location

Scarborough Town Centre. Bought two pairs largely because of the assistance of Vie. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got shoes that were comfortable and fit for purpose. Great employee!

I am not a frequent shopper but my wife and I had the most amazing customer service experience in this store from Hema and Teresa especially Hema. We we're so impressed with the patience, understanding and communication skills displayed by these 2 very young staff. I fact there was also a third staff whose name I didn't get but wasn't a little more knowledgeable with the exchange process in the system and she mastered it so easily. If shopping could be always be such a warm experience then I have to be doing more of this. Eventually my wife even got a pair of runners just because the staff were so good. I had to put this in writing. Congratulations Sketchers.to are doing it right.we're sure to be back!

Went in to get some shoes and came out with two with the help from the employee awesome customer service.help with picking the right size, colours and style good shoe place to shop for shoes.

I took my elderly mum to this location and we were extemely pleased with the help we received from Tristan yesterday. It was quite busy in the store, along with assisting others, Tristan took good care of us. He was patient and very helpful. I will be returning to this location because of the excellent service we received.

Very strong recommendation for this location. The staff member Jie, was very helpful in finding the exact pair of shoes I needed, and she was also very quick to help me get the right size so I didn’t have to wait too long. Overall great experience!

I was at the STC sketchers store and had a great experience. The store was crazy busy with maybe 30 customers in the store and I saw only 2 staff on the floor.
Not only were they quick but I could hear the employees interacting with each customer. They were soooo patient with each customer. I believe Jei helped me with probably 6 different styles and each time I asked for a pair in another style she jumped right on it while still helping other customers. I ended up buying 2 pairs.
Way to go Jei and team!

Visited the Scarborough Town Center location and was fortunate enough to be helped an amazing young woman by the name of Teresa. I have a ton of foot problems, and it takes me a while to find the right fit. Teresa was extremely patient with me and offered me plenty of suggestions. She just kept bringing out shoe after shoe and remained very pleasant during the entire process. Teresa, thank you so much for all of your help! Skechers is very lucky to have someone like you representing them! Well done!

I was amazed by staff member Jie, who was so busy with other customers and still found the time to serve me all the way to the end. Well done Skechers for doing such a good job.

Taking my time to elevate a wonderfully staff at Skechers STC. Her name is JIE and I found her to be a really charismatic and energetic staff. She made it a point to greet and interact with each and every individual/couple that entered the store and showcased excellent knowledge about the shoes as well as selling and marketing skills. I was amazed by how well she was handling everything on her own, and got the chance to have a conversation with her since I was the only customer left before closing. Had a wonderful experience choosing 2 shoes for me and she really helped a lot, all the while not displaying any sort of tiredness or lethargy. Employees like these should be cherished by the company. I hope she gets more support from other staffs or if they don't have much, they should hire atleast 1 or 2 so that the work can be shared in a much better way. Cheers to you!

The staff at this location deserve me taking a few minutes to write this review. Today was my second visit in the last few months and I have to say that each time, I had an excellent experience. The store is very well maintained and the staff are great.
I have interacted with Angela and Winnie and they are truly lovely. They are knowledgeable and professional and very welcoming.
Even when the store is busy, they acknowledge every customer.
I came away with exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent service from Hema who attended to us as we tried several pairs of shoes hoping to find the perfect fit and style combination. Hema was really helpful and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We were very satisfied with the level of service and courtesy extended us, as well as the care and patience as we tried no less than a dozen different pair of shoes. Thank you Hema and Skechers, we'll be sure to return.

Shopping for toddlers can be a challenge as they growth spurt. Jie made my shopping experience at ease. She measured my son’s feet for accuracy and brought out 2 other styles for him to feel out his options as his feet are wide. Great suggestion and advice by Jie. 10/10 customer and shopping experience!

I finished buying a pair of shoes from Skechers at the Scarborough Town Centre. The sales associate, Ophelia, was a tremendous help. She was not at all pushy and was available to answer any questions. Excellent experience!

I took my daughter's to Skechers at STC. They all bought their shoes from there. A staff member "Abraham" greeted us at the store. My daughters tried on different styles and asked him to bring us different sizes several times. He was very helpful, polite and energetic. He gave us great service with a smile. I really wanted to leave him a good review. He also helped us to choose the right style and size.
Well done Abraham, he is in the right business. My daughter is also telling me that staff member Winnie was also very helpful and kind. Both of them did a great job.

The best quality of Sketches, aside from low prices, is their hospitality. I felt welcomed as if I were family. You can't beat low prices and great hosts.
