I was very pleased with the efficient service I received from Maitri on a recent visit. She was very patient and showed an excellent knowledge of your stock to help me find the proper boots for my challenging feet!

Nice deals and good shoes. I feel like they could have more accessories though. They didn't have insoles.

Lots of choices, very tidy & organized store. Great staff, especially Alexia, who was extremely professional and helpful. She really knew her stuff and made our shopping experience worth this 5 star rating!

I received great customer service for the sales person Alexia. I was looking for a pair of Skechers for the treadmill and for walking my dog. She recommended a great pair of shoes. I tried them this morning on my treadmill and she was bang on. Thank you Alexia for your recommendation and your patience.

The staff did not greet anyone entering, or even if they passed by someone. At one point being the only one in store I had to walk across the entire place to ask for assistance. The one in charge (he was training another) confidently gave me a 100% wrong answer as after the interaction I found what I needed without their help. So check their website first to have in mind what you’re looking for as they are not helpful.

The was place well organised, approachable staff. Variety of styles however I struggled to find my size in most of the designs.

My husband and I both found shoes we liked today and with the second pair being half price we felt we spent the right amount on each pair. There was a young worker at this location today, named Joe, who was a huge help to us both in finding what we wanted. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the stock, we appreciated Joe’s help very much.

Had a great experience at this Skechers. There were many options and a very large variety of shoes to choose from. One of the staff, Alexia, was incredibly helpful in finding the shoes I was looking for and was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I went to three different shoe stores looking for work shoe's but at this location i was amazed buy the wide selections and also the high level of knowledge demonstrated by Priyam he was really helpful and he knew exactly what I was looking for,

Horrible staff service. Well only if you consider no staff service negatively. Looked like they were studying for a 'digital exam'.
Practice trying shoes on while standing.very few benches to sit on to try fitting.it's a wareouse style store, so you would think they could put more out there.
The only reason I went there was the selection of wide fit shoes.go to another retailer if you want Skecchers.

An impressive array of Skecher products. I only rate it a 4 because you have to search for the seats to try on the shoes.back, back, further.no not at the back and because they don't carry large size women's shoes.

Went to this store so that someone could and would help me buying a pair of Skechers that I usually buy at SportCheck. I went to the cash and asked if someone could measure my foot so that I would know exactly my size and the width I should buy. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I was served by someone clueless of how to give these details, first he suggested that I try different sizes to find out my size, I strongly suggested that he should use the sizing tablet, which he did but didn't know how to read this tool. He stated that either an 11 or 12 would fit and said that he is guessing that my foot is regular width. GUESSING, what a joke.
I left this store disappointed, might as well continue guessing my size and keep shopping at Sportcheck because their prices are significantly lower than this store.
Now I know why this store is always empty, no service with inflated prices.

I don't understand why Skechers will not order the make & size you need, when other stores such as DSW etc, are happy to order your Skechers for you.delivered right to your door. DSW made the sales.

Excellent products, assuming you're okay with shoes that last less than 2 years. Great styles and very comfortable. The prices are what I would consider as high for moulded foam and plastics.
