Excellent service from start to finish. Booking over the phone was easy, fast and very informative. The person making the booking took th time to explain what is to be expected and answered all my questions. The person who came to my house was equally informative and professional. Hope I never need these services again but I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them!

I had to prepare an old house for sale. It had been abandoned for a while, and raccoons and squirrels had moved into the attic. Skedaddle responded quickly with a crew of people to block access and install trap doors. They even sealed vents in the roof so raccoons could not pry their way in that way. They were done in a day, and left no mess.

Quick, efficient and got the job done of removing birds from the attic and installing preventative measures.

From the initial assessment to execution of the work for bat entry points. I have a very large house and my main problem is the frieze board gaps at the stone veneer, also have several roof details that could be access points. I am impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of all members of the Team. Arrived with lots of manpower on day of work, they know what to look for and worked safe and clean.

Was very pleased with the gentle removal and re-housing of the baby starlings from my bathroom vent to their baby box.
Jack from Ancaster office was absolutely amazing. He cared for the well being of the wildlife and did a wonderful job. Jack is very personable and knowledgeable and spent time with me describing the procedure and the next steps. It was heartwarming to see the humane treatment of the baby starlings.
Jack also described about the procedures for raccoons and their babies.

Extremely impressed and happy with the service received. The response was quick. Joe went above and beyond. Dustin and Bethany were fabulous. The service is not just removing the wildlife in a safe manner for the critters, but also repairing any damage caused by them and installing preventative measures so they can’t get back in. I worked here for just over a year, I had a great time. I learned alot about wildlife. I also learned some life long skills like attic health, dry wall fixes, soffit installation, wall vents and much more.

We were hearing noises from our attic and contacted Skedaddle for an inspection. Brett arrived the next day and after performing an inspection on our attic, he informed us that we have a racoon living in the attic. He was very nice and professional and he walked me though the process. 45 minutes later he sent me via email a detailed quote with all Skedaddle recommended and suggested services. I called to their office to set an appointment. Next day at 8: 00 AM Anton and Kyle showed up on my door to perform the job. Anton explained to me their work plan and they proceeded right away with their tasks. They were very careful with housekeeping rules and completed same day the racoon removal as well as fixing all potential pest entries to my attic. They installed a temporary one way door for the racoon as well for squirrels. He explained to me that in two weeks, they will come back to remove the gate and finishing covering the access used by the racoon to get on my attic. I want to thank Skedaddle (Hamilton, Ontario) and Brandon, in particular, for the work Skedaddle did at my home last week.

I called Skedaddle on Wednesday after I noticed a bird fly up and disappear between the eaves and the roof of the house. I was worried that if a bird found a place to nest, then bats or squirrels could also get in. Skedaddle made an appointment for the next day. Thursday, however, was the day of the ice storm. Skedaddle called first thing and we both agreed that we didn’t want anyone on a two storey ladder in the rain. Skedaddle rebooked for the next morning. On Friday at 9: 30, Brandon called to say he was 20-30 minutes away.

He arrived on time, listened to my concern, examined the area, and found the opening. He checked that there was no bird in the roof at the time, and then filled and sealed the area.
When Brandon was ready to leave, I asked about the bill. He said there was no bill. It was a small job. Thanks was enough.

So I want to say, “Thank you” and to commend Skeddaddle and Brandon. They were courteous and friendly right from the beginning. They were also timely, safe, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and kind. Their timely repair decreased my worry. Their kindness made my day.

My relatives that live in Canada told me that the best extermination company is skedaddle, so this is the best option if you have pest issues,

Initially I had a really bad experience with the company after one of the technicians came to assess a mice issue. I did not feel heard or understood when discussing the risk the poison represents for our cats, as I noticed a dismissive/condescending attitude from the technician.
After that, Greg contacted me, gave me all the information at his disposal and was kind enough to come to talk to me in person as well.
Greg was patient and understanding enough to deal with a challenging costumer like me, changing my mind about the company and the way to deal with pests.
If this last experience had been the first one, I'd have given 5-stars.

Really lovely people, did the work quickly and efficiently. About a month later we heard a sound that we thought was a bat, and they were over in an hour to check. There was no bat, but Chris was super nice about it and didn't make us feel ridiculous. He also didn't even charge us!

Brandon came by from Skedaddle Human Wildlife Control to assess the bat situation at my house. It was clear that he knows his stuff. He provided me with education and advised me on the health implications of bats. He was extremely patient. His advise was honest, precise and helpful. Thank you Brandon!

We asked Skedaddle to help us safely deter a raccoon from making our roof its home.

Although it was a bit of a frustrating process because we had to wait and work with the hydro company with the lines being so close to our house, we are so grateful to Jack, Brandon and the team for going above and beyond until we were satisfied with our soffit repair.

Hopefully we will not need their services in future, but we will undoubtedly call on them should we have issues with unwanted animals in/around our home.

We had a mother raccoon and her babies in our attic so we called Skedaddle to help us. They sent their wildlife technician Kai Saunders and Matt.they were both amazing, kind and super knowledgeable about the whole situation. They were able to retrieve the raccoons very quickly and safely as well as cleaned and disinfected the attic where the raccoons were. We highly recommend this company.

Made the appointment for a squirrel to be removed and a chimney sealed. The technician arrived to the house, said it was too high and to rent a boom would be to expensive. Also said i shouldn't be concerned about the squirrel.

I paid for a service, NOT for advise from someone who didn't want to perform the work.
