I thought I wrote a review previously, but obviously not! I used them about a year ago or so.they ruined the rappel on my black suit and I only noticed when I got home. Was pointless going back as I knew they would deny it. Avoid.

Excellent, friendly service. I use them for shirt laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations and have never been disappointed. Reasonable, competitive pricing.

I have been using this dry cleaner for 15 years, everytime cloths are returned clean and folded or hung (your request), excellent service, minor repairs (charge) done on site, never had a problem with missing or damaged cloths, good customer service.

I dropped off a suit jacket and shirt to be cleaned befor a wedding in Europe on a Thursday afternoon and the ticket said it would be ready the following Wednesday PM. I went back the following Thursday am and nothing was there, it was supposed to arrive that night but I was flying out earlier. Useless.
Went back to pick it up when I arrived back to Toronto and said I wouldn't pay but the older woman said nothing and blamed it on 'stains'. Of course there are stains, you're a CLEANER! More than enough time to be cleaned and terrible customer service. Offer free cleaning or something!

Sketchy is right. I was quoted $12.99 on my dry cleaning pieces and $5 for a small alteration. When I went to pick up, the owner tried charging me $20 each and $10 for 2 stitches I required for the alteration. She said it was more work than she thought, but I should have received a call letting me know of the steep price change. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else, dry cleaners are on every block in this area.

This place ruined my mothers clothing. The person working there did not care at all when I brought it back and said "at least it's clean" and would not give me a refund or offer any sort of help or reimbursement. Do not take your clothing here!
