Went there today to get a wax and tune up on my snowboard. Dylan did an excellent job helping me with the bindings and explaining the general process. Very efficient and kind employees, and a truly welcoming environment. Will definitely be coming back here for now on!

Great selection of snowboards and a very professional staff! I’m a beginner, so I needed a lot of help in choosing the right board and bindings. Huge thanks to Sam for answering all my questions and findings the best option for my skill level!

I went into the store November 5th to inquire about custom ski boot fitting and as I was walking around the store waiting for someone to be free to talk to I was not given any attention as I looked around all of the employees that just freed up went and helped the white folks as I am visibly a minority so I went to one employee to ask he sent me to another who sent me to the service centre who sent me to the fitting desk who told me to wait for a tech to be free and as they freed up they gave me a funny look and after waiting 30-40 minutes they told me they won’t do it I’m used boots even though they’re 1 year old. I would strongly recommend going to sporting life in Sherway gardens they were much more professional than skis and bikes when I bought my skis. To give the benefit of the doubt they might of just been incompetent and not discriminatory.

Andrew helped me out today and was so incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and provided me with answers to all my questions. He was incredibly personal and seemed like he genuinely cared. Will definitely be back!

Bought my first e-bike through skis and bikes. Bill helped me find the perfect bike by allowing me to try several bikes and making sure it was the right fit for me. Very informative and patient. Thanks for such excellent service!

Amazing for your ski/snowboard needs. Went and after sharing that I'm looking to make the transition from skiing to snowboarding Jacob helped me with putting together an AWESOME first snowboard setup. Everything looks and performs well. Loving the sport, only wish I made the switch sooner. The store regularly has great sales going on too. Very knowledgeable staff all around at the store.

Plenty of choices for ski, snowboarding & winter accessories. Staffs are very helpful and friendly without giving me any pressure. Will come back for checking bicycles in summer.

One of the best in store customer experiences we have had in a very long time! We went in for a family ski fitting with my 13 yr old son and 11 yr old daughter. Right from the start, the experience was so efficient. We booked an appointment in advance, were greeted at the fitting area and then were immediately assigned Jacob to assist with our fitting. Jacob was so knowledgeable, patient and kind. Checkout was smooth and great too. Thank you to the entire team in store and special thank you to Jacob! We’re very grateful that our ski season is off to a great start!

Came to buy new skis and bindings.
Stood on the floor of the store for better part of an hour ignored without being so much as asked if I needed help. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Well you're not going to find any deals here. What you will find however, is a mostly professional staff and reputable bicycle mechanic services. A decent selection of high end sportswear and gear, and an incredibly busy and overwhelmed boot fitters during the opening of ski season.

Booked a snowboard fitting appointment. When I got there they informed me that they were waiting on getting boots from their suppliers. I asked if they could call me when they did have boots available. They responded by saying that their demand is too high for that and I need to call them to see if they have stock. As someone looking to start out snowboarding I am quite disappointed by this experience. It would have been nice if they told me that they didnt have boots over the phone when they rescheduled my appointment. Also calling to try to sell your product and provide some value to your customers just makes sense to me. Especially when this is a 1-2k purchase. I will not be coming back to this store.

Second year having Matt size and outfit my kids for race. Great experience for boot and ski fitting. I bought my daughter's skiis too small I think and they are going to swap the binding for the larger size tomorrow.great shop with the kids abilities and goals in mind! Matt really engages the kids and gets them to take ownership of their gear.

I can’t thank Matt and the team enough for their expertise and exceptional services in customizing my ski boot fit. Now my ski boots fit perfectly and I will also come back for the 2for1 ski tuning deal every year! Highly recommend it to any ski lovers out there!

All of the staff is very nice and trying to help. And that is where the good experience ends. They have this nice big new ski servicing machine, but I do not think they know what they are doing. My skis got only a nice shiny base. They never touch the edges. Very poor job. I will never let them service my skis again. Please hire someone who knows skiing and skis. Hope your boot fitters are better.

The staff here are amazing! They a very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought in my Marlin 7 for chain exchange and wheel alignment. The staff took my bike in told that they will check for other issue with the bike. Called me the same day for bike pick up. The work was done fast and well. I will definitely recommend to family, friends or anyone who like outdoors.

Bought a Devinci Marshall 29 from this place. 31hrs of riding and the cassette and chain are worn to the point the chain skips. Proper lube was used and they will do NOTHING for me. $3500 for a useless bike.
Terrible product, horrible service. They told ME to go look for a new cassette! 10 THUMBS DOWN.
I will never buy another devinci POS and I will NEVER deal with this business again.

Excellent customer service. I was about to return Salomon hiking shoes because they were on sale at Sherway Sporting Life, but they price matched me on the spot- no questions asked. It was completely unprompted and I didn't even know that a price match policy existed. They could have accepted the return without telling me but they let me know! Thank you. You guys are awesome. I'm definitely coming here if my road bike needs tune ups

Stefanie who answered the phone call was very courteous and transferred me to the service department with no delay. I spoke with Santiago and he was most helpful and courteous. My first impression was sure 10+ stars! Way to go for employing exceptional customer service ambassadors. **additionally, went to the store in person and the service was outstanding by each employee interacted with from minute entering the store, and the BEST prices too!

Overall pretty good service, but their delay in getting the product out the door resulted in missing two weekends of riding. I paid for fast shipping to get it here asap which should have gotten the board to me before the first weekend. But it took 4 days to get it out of the door, then 14 days to get it here! They did refund my shipping costs and were quite helpful over the phone.unfortunately that doesn't get my board here any faster!

My experience purchasing gear and clothing at Skiis and Biikes has been excellent each time I have shopped there. I went to buy a pair of skis; Matt was very knowledgable and professional. I decided to consider the range of options and Matt's information. I returned the next day to have Bill assist me with the purchase of the skis and was very grateful for him engaging the Skiis and Biikes staff in finding bindings to suit the skis. He also helped me purchase a helmet. Each staff member went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed to hit the slopes comfortably this winter (Lucy for a jacket, Steph for gloves). Not only is everyone super friendly, they have a sense of humour and a very extensive knowledge of the gear. The turn around time for service is very fast, I was on the hill with my new skis the next day! Amazing work by Adam! Adam is clearly an expert bootfitter. He spent a lot of time and effort making sure we had the right equipment, and that it fit and worked properly. I can't speak to their prices (I have no idea how to comparison shop for these things), but the level of service, care, attention to detail and technical skill was phenomenal.

Great outdoor service (snowboard boots) for my 10 year old son who accepts God's love and truth therefore free from this fear-edemic that many have subscribed to.

Bought a pair of atomic bent chetler 100 skis with new bindings as-well. The sales person was very helpful and I was able to make a decision on what skis I want. I was looking for an all mountain skis for Ontario and BC.

Would be great if they provided a Military discount though.

This is THE place to get advice about biking / skiing (obvisouly) but more importantly the staff is passionate about what they do and try and help you achieve your goals. From bike trail reccomendations to real reviews on their equipment. This place caters to better quality and higher end products. But I can tell you, I broke 3 bikes before switching over and I will never go back to going anywhere else.

Great experience today fitting some touring boots with Adam. Felt I was getting straight and honest answers and never felt like I was being sold. Adam helped me to buy the right boot for me and I am very appreciative. Great service. Honest and friendly people. Will be back, for sure.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Matt last night and my experience couldn’t be any better. I made an appointment online and went in to get a ski package and it was my first skis ever. I did a bunch of research but obviously was no expert but Matt knew everything and was extremely knowledgeable and gave the best recommendations for boots and skis for me. I would highly recommend Matt and Mississauga Skiis & Biikes to anyone - thanks so much! I’ll definitely be back before winter starts for more gear ️

The store was very disorganized and messy. The manager that I dealt with (I believe her name was Liz) was very unhelpful and demeaning.

She was talking to me like she didn’t want me to be there. Very unhelpful and unfriendly environment. Will not return.

I went today to the Skiis & Bikes store to pick up my new Specialized Rockhopper 29 bike. As soon as I came inside the store, a very polite customer service agent approached me to assist, her name’s Stefanie. She helped to set-up my new bike, she even adjusted the seat on my bicycle, and explained in detail how the manufacturer warranty work and how to use my new bicycle. Stefanie, thank you again for your great service.

Andrew was very helpful and talked me through both boot and ski selections. I had some ideas about what I wanted coming in, and Andrew was very attentive and knowledgeable in talking through what I needed vs what he thought was appropriate for my skill level, terrain, and style. Walked out with a pair and I'm looking forward to coming back in September for the boots and fitting.

Having had such a great experience with Andrew last week, I came in to see how the bike department was with a tune-up for my commuter bike. I was sorely disappointed. The sports tune supposedly included a frame wipe (my frame was not wiped), front / rear gear adjustment (evidently this did not happen as both gears and derailleurs are still dirty and untouched), hub adjustment (I doubt this happened as the gears were untouched). Given these I also doubt a thorough test ride happened.

The person who worked on my bike seemed to know about as much about bikes as I do and certainly care a fair bit less. I will be tuning my commuter bike myself and taking my race bike elsewhere.

Update: took my bike for the first ride of the year and I am astounded. It is in worse condition than before I took it in.

I bought my bike here a few years back. I took it for tuning and I was told it will cost $55.00 +Tax. I picked up my bike today and asked whether they had cleaned the chain and flywheel. The young rep responded by “I checked the tires, breaks, and shifted gears. For cleaning you have to pay extra. ” So I essentially paid $62.15 for someone to check my bike? Seems pretty unreasonable.

Went to get my snowboard bindings fixed today, although there are no walk-ins due to the pandemic restrictions, Zach was able to help us. He was very professional and friendly and able to trouble shoot the problem. The store did not carry any of the brand bindings parts but he was able to find a suitable part to fix it. I was very impressed by his speed and professionalism. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their snowboard and sports needs!

Skiis and Bikes (Mississauga location) is fantastic! Despite of the covid restrictions, their process of curb-side pick up and equipment service drop-off/pick up is fast and efficient, in comparison to other sporting goods specialty stores we visited.

Well-staffed and very well organized - the line moved quite swiftly (barely any wait time at all to be honest.within a few minutes, a staff member assisted us). The staff at this location are super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent customer service! Their website for online purchases and store pickup is also easy and efficient.

Great service from beginning to end. Your website is excellent. Ordering was easy. My order was ready an hour later.
I placed another order and accidentally chose shipping instead of curbside pick up. A quick call to your store and they changed it and said it would be ready in 20 minutes when I came for my first order. What great customer service!

My family and I went to this location to get our ski boots fitted and adjusted and for new boots for my brother. The friendliness and service is incredible in this store. Steve was just great and patient with my little brother and he came away with awesome boots. Mathew was fantastic with fitting and suggestions to my mom and myself. He took his time and explained the details of how ski boots should feel. No pushy sales tactics or upselling. This is difinitely the place for us for our skiing needs and we will try them with our bikes in the spring. Don't go anywhere else until you come here if you want to enjoy your time on the slopes. The guys who service your skiis are amazing and really take pride in their work as well.

What seemed like a great store for the exchange program for skiis for kids - used 1 year only - but good luck exchanging the skiis during covid this year with curbside pick up only. Will be getting our money back and buying skiis elsewhere!

We love this place! Great place to get all your bike needs, with covid you can't just walk in but there making its work. The employees are great and there prompt with dealing with any issue.

The bike shop guys really know their stuff, tuned up my bike and got it going better than ever. On the plus side it was also covered under the lifetime service plan which was a steal. I paid $75 9 years ago on a brand new Gary Fisher Mamba. They keep it running like new. Would recommend Skiis and Biikes to anyone looking for great value and service.

Great place for maintaining or purchasing winter sports gear. Branded Equipment and Apparel prices are identical to amazon and you get to try them on for real look and feel before buying! Staff will tolerate the mess you make while picking and choosing.:)

I really appreciate the help provided to me when I was at the store. The sales person was able to provide me with details on the different brands and eventually I found the snow pants that fit me the best.

Spend a lot of time with customers to ensure that the fit is right for a ski boot. Worth every penny if you've ever had boots that don't fit right.
