Very helpful and patient staff. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the fitting process too.

I had previously gone to a ski shop that was not helpful in finding somrthing that worked for me. I came here and both people who helped me (find ski boots & skis and then helmet, poles & goggles) were so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made getting my gear a breeze.

Henry knows his stuff when it comes to ski boot fitting! Extremely knowledgeable staff who are very thorough in ensuring a proper fit!

I purchased a pair of Skiis online that I ended up wanting to return so that I could get properly fitted in store. I couldn’t find the returns page on the website and called in to see if I could return by coming to the store. They directed me to the website to submit a return request. I received a shipping label via email and there was no mentioned of being able to return to store. This was a pain because the box I received the product in was damaged so I had to find another box to ship Skiis in. After finally finding something to ship the Skiis back in and dropping them off, I received my refund notification within 2 days - great! Or so I thought. They charged me a restocking fee of $40. I emailed asking about it and they stated that they charge restocking for skis if they are shipped back, but if brought to store they don’t charge! I told them that is what I wanted to do in the first place and asked them to make an exception which they wouldn’t do.

So that’s the last time I’ll shop with Skiis and Bikes. Too bad because I need a set for myself, my spouse, and both my kids.

A trustworthy store! I just bought my skis and poles from here. I did wait a long time because today is Monday, and there was only one clerk who was familiar with skis. He was serving a lady, and I could tell he had extensive knowledge and wanted to help her choose the suitable boots for her. So the waiting time didn’t trouble me as anyone would expect to get such a service. And then, William helped me a lot. He is so enthusiastic and friendly. He helped me to choose skis, poles and my daughter’s helmet. When he wasn’t sure about the safety of my boots, he went to his colleague to make sure. They gave me a very detailed explanation.
All of this reminds me of when I took my daughter to pick out her new bike. This is my first time to this store. The clerk also provided enthusiastic and patient service like today.
This is a very good store and I will recommend it to my friends.

Great experience getting new ski equipment for my 3 and 6 year olds. Henry helped us and he was great!

I came to the store during Black Friday weekend. All of the staff were friendly, despite the store being very busy. I got boot fitted by Henry for my snowboard boot. Henry was friendly and respectful. He helped me pick out my snowboard boot, bindings, snowboard and snowboard bag. Great experience.

Purchased a new bike and various accessories today at the Yonge Street location -excellent experience, the staff were all so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the store!

I took my shop to this store yesterday. It was a nice experience.
I was shopping for a basket for my bike. Henry walked me through the various options and listed out the pros and cons of each one.
Also, I had a problem with my Ulock which I had bought from another store. Henry helped me with that as well.
Henry is knowledgeable, helpful and nice.
I would definitely go again.

On the way back home my bike’s break broke, I went to 3 stores to get help all of them refused to help and they said they are busy and I have to make appointment which the first appointment is available for next week, so I walked to that store (I been there before few years ago to fix my bike, I’m living in that area) a very nice guy he said they are busy but he can help and fix my bike for now so I can get home and not only help me he didn’t charge me for that, I wish I asked for his name, however I’ll make appointment to back and fix my bike, I’ll pay this time lol,

'Thank you' to the Skiis & Biikes team for outstanding service to repair my bike recently. Have relied on this shop for service for several years and have never been disappointed by their product knowledge and customer-service excellence.

Visited this shop today to get a bike. Salespersons were fantastic. I was assisted by Aaron and Steve, both of them went above and beyond to provide me with an expert advice patiently listening to my needs. Also they offered me to test drove a few bikes and made suggestions. Highly recommend the shop!

I got two Devinci Milanos there (one 2020 and one today) and have been very happy with the bike, the staff, and the costumer service.

Today I was in the store, just browsing and one of the employees, Henry, allowed me to test ride an electric pedal assist hybrid bike - knowing that I was not in the market. As well, he helped me with other questions I had regarding accessories I will eventually need with my present bike. In no way was there any pressure on his part to get me to buy anything - after all, I was only browsing. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy anything at Skiis & Bikes - to talk to Henry. He is personable as well as professional!

I just spent an hour in Yonge store and amazing young gentleman named Henry answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and encouraged to ask any future questions. What amazing service!

Customer service was exceptional, I believe I was helped by Aaron. He had great knowledge about skis and ski equipment and answered all my questions. The prices are a little higher than other stores but worth it for the quality and customer service that's received, also a very convenient location downtown. I'll definitely be back!
