Skin Society Bar

My experience has been great so far. There is no denying that skin society bar will give you the results you want!
I can’t stress more their customer seevice and scientific backed approach. Best in the city.

I went in today for a consultation, but had already booked a facial in the upcoming weeks as this place books fast. My experience with Marah was pleasant and very informative. It is a shame that my experience changed once I got to the front desk person. I spent a least 20 minutes listening to this woman go on about the different promotions and treatments the business had to offer. This approach was rather annoying to be honest, especially since I was a new client. Considering I was coming back anyway for my facial treatment I was confused why she was trying so hard to sell me on other services. Finally after she exhausted all options to sell me more services her attitude immediately changed from welcoming to cold. I have never been dismissed so rudely in my life. Due to that interaction alone, I have decided to cancel my facial here, and go to Formula Fig. After reading other reviews from this place, I can definitely confirm this is a routine problem here and not a one time mistake. It is sad to say that the experienced professionals are not the reason why I will not return, but the pushy sales tactic.

I had great experience with Dawn. This is my first time for skin treatment and it was amazing. Dawn was so professional and caring. I always get compliments about my face. Also what I really liked about her is her knowledge. Tbh, I dont have much knowledge or info about skincare and she explained it really straightforward, recommended products and gave me advices. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The best spa in Toronto! I’ve gotten multiple treatments here and have only had great experiences. The ladies working there are super friendly and experts at what they do!

Amazing service, beautiful place, very clean and high end. I was able to see a noticeable difference at the end and I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of black heads and they were all removed and my skin was left glowing!

I just had my first skin tightening treatment with Dawn and it was an amazing experience. I also had Collagen Repair Treatment in the past which was my favourite. Everyone is so kind and professional. Their skincare products are the best. This place is amazing and I highly recommend it.

I had the best experience today with Marah! I tried the Goddess Glow facial and left feeling hydrated and plump! Will definitely be going back!

This is my first time doing any facials, growing up with sensitive skin I never wanted anyone touching my face! Came in to see Dawn for a hydrafacial and enjoyed it thoroughly! She is so sweet and told me what she was seeing with my skin and where I need to improve on my own skin treatment. Will definitely be back to try microneedling perhaps!

My favourite place to get a facial! I've noticed my skin is so much more hydrated afterwards. Looking forward to trying more services here soon.

It was such a great experience. Madeline clearly explained each step as we went along and was sensitive to all my concerns. Her notes on after care were also detailed and clear. It was my first time getting this treatment and though there are so many horror stories online, the care that was shown made me confident in the whole process.
Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Today I had my 4th service at skin society. I did 2 oxygen facials and 2 microneedling over the past year.

Pros: The environment is clean, I like the design of the spa, very pretty. Most of the staff is friendly, I'm happy with the service overall, I appreciate the complimentary tea. I like that they text the appointment details and suggested parking. I appreciate that they can always schedule me in especially with my busy schedule. My skin looked more vibrant for about 3 days after the oxygen facials. My skin looked more refreshed after my first microneedling session. (I just got my 2nd today so I'll have to wait for it to heal to see results). I really liked the nurse that did my microneedling today, I want to book with Marah for the rest of my treatments, she was very knowledgeable, friendly & I felt like I was in good hands.

Cons:
Overall I had a good experience. During my first 2 facials I did notice a bit of a push to upsell products which was a bit off putting but luckily stopped as my appointments continued. When I book a spa appointment I want to relax not feel the need to have my guard up. The only other thing I found off putting is they didn't work on my upper lip area for an oxygen facial, only targeted the cheeks, forehead & chin. And they didn't do under my eyes for one of my microneedling facials. I would have appreciated if they did my whole face. For my other 2 services they did my whole face so I guess it's based on who does your service since I had different people each time.

I purchased 2 more microneedling facials so I'm looking forward to the results

I’ve been coming to Skin Society Bar for a few months now and had couple treatments. It’s been absolutely wonderful, and I’ve been noticing the improvements with my skin. Denisha is very kind and so knowledgeable. She has the best recommendations and always so gentle with my skin. I would definitely recommend this place and will comeback for my next treatments!

I recently had a wonderful facial treatment at The Spa! It was an incredibly relaxing experience, and I felt so refreshed afterwards. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The products used were of high quality, and my skin felt clean and silky smooth afterwards. My cheeks were plump and glowing, and my pores were visibly cleaner. I would highly recommend The Spa to anyone looking for a great facial treatment!

Beautiful skin doesn’t come from makeup, it comes from good skincare… The whole staff and atmosphere at Skin Society Bar makes the experience welcoming and inviting. From the minute i walk through the door, I am greeted immediately by incredibly friendly staff. The facial felt great and my skin looked smooth and felt hydrated right away. The products they use are the best and they smell amazing! If you ever need a good treatment or good quality products for your skincare routine this is the place to go!

Dawn, one of the best skin clinical experts and what an amazing person to get a treatment from. Madeleine, must ask for her if you are around. She has the best advice.
Also, this place is a vibe. So much positivity and peacefulness to get your skin rejuvenated. I am surely coming back.

I’ve been a Skin Society client since January of this year and they’ve truly transformed my skin! The staff are so kind and knowledgeable, I know I can always trust them with my skin. I’ve gotten both micro-needing and aqua infusion facial treatments here, the treatments are very well executed by the skilled staff who are very attentive. Not to mention their incredible products you can purchase, a one stop shop if you will! I cannot highly recommend them enough. Definitely worth every penny, thank you Skin Society!
