Ok, so this review is lonnnnng overdue.

Skin studio saved my face. SAVED. I started going to see Meaghan in 2016, or 2017? Anyways, my face was awful. I’m talking cystic acne deep in my skin. I was getting up every day popping zits, full on crying from the pain, and smearing concealer all over (which was making it worse).

I came to see Meaghan and she went through all my face products/make up and we started an acne bootcamp. I came in for monthly facials (with Danielle at the time, who was amaaaazing, just like all the skin team), re-vamped my products, and to this day I will never go anywhere else. No matter who I have an appointment with, they are professional, friendly and straight up just beautiful and real.

I’ve got spray tanning, eyelash treatments, brow treatments, ugh, I love them all.

What reminded me to write this review was today - I noticed my skin has been SUPER dry because of the weather. I messaged Steph and she had a product recommendation (that’s safe for my acne prone skin) and how to incorporate into my routine to me so fast. I picked up the product tonight and I’m sitting here glowing, and my skin feels amazing.

This is my favourite business in Guelph and I recommend it to anyone and everyone I can.

The ladies at Skin Studio are absolutely wonderful! They are welcoming right from the time you get there and create such a relaxing and spa-like experience. I didn't know what to expect for my facial but they completely exceeded my expectations! My skin looks amazing and Stephanie did such an amazing job with the full facial experience as well as educating me on their products. I am so glad I found this place!

Went to this spa for the first time yesterday for a lash lift and tint. From the minute you walk in you are welcome and informed. Faroza was incredible and i can’t believe the difference in my lashes and overall look. I look awake thank you so so much and i have already booked my follow up

I am so grateful for this team. I found the customer service to be absolutely next-level here. The whole team is compassionate and kind and really worked with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my services. They answered all of my questions and even researched with me to determine which products I could and couldn't use after my spray tan appointment. Overall I can't recommend them enough, if you're looking for spa services you can rely on- look no further. I am looking forward to going back and to trying out more of the options they offer.

I was a couple weeks into my pregnancy and dealing with hormonal skin. Nothing was working out for me; if anything, I was triggering my skin more with random products. I knew I needed guidance. I booked a Zoom Video Consultation with Meaghan and she was very knowledgeable. She inquired about my current skincare regime, my skin type, my skin goals and everything else to set me up for success. I knew I was in good hands! She created a list of products beneficial for my specific skin needs. Ever since I’ve started using the products she recommended, my skin is calm and under control.

Very fortunate to have been guided in the right direction! Truly grateful.

I have been going here for years. The past 2 years or so I have been seeing Danielle. She is absolutely wonderful! I go to her for my brazillian. She is extremely thorough and yet quick as well. She makes it as painless as possible and I always leave very satisfied with how well it turned out. She also does my brow tinting and shaping. She again, is very thorough and fast and does an excellent job- every single time. She is very friendly and always keeps the conversation going and yet keeps it very professional as well. All the ladies at this spa are excellent, however I would not go to anyone else after having the pleasure of working with Danielle. Highly recommend her and her work.

This is my go to place for sugaring, facials, brows, and lashes. Highly recommend all services and every esthetician that works here is highly professional, talented, and will do their best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable with every service. Love the products they sell, I am a lifetime client. Worth it, just go!

Adding on to my review based on the owners response- I never once raised my voice or swore. Actually begged to be fit in at some point that day and she said “no nothing we can do”. The fact that the owner is responding with lies is clearly a reason in it self to not give this company your business. So embarrassing and immature on your part.

Original review: Absolutely horrible. Booked an appointment to prepare for a vacation tomorrow and they called 1 hour before my appointment to cancel because no one was available to do my appointment. Keep in mind I booked this a week in advance. They offered to reschedule but I guarantee you, I will not be going here ever. Thanks for being so unreliable and leaving me without my services for my vacation tomorrow.

Just got my brows done by Amanda and I love them! She is super friendly and easy to talk to. She is also excellent at what she does! I'll be back!

I've come here a few times for skin treatments, all of which have been great experiences. Molly is wonderful! I really enjoy the atmosphere of the spa as well!

Just had yet another lovely experience at my favourite spa in Guelph! Faroza is such an angel and the receptionist is always so sweet and personable!

Found this gem pre-Covid when I was looking for a lash lift and tint. As a first timer, I loved the service I received. Recently I decided to take on false lashes, and so appreciated all the explanation from Amanda! She let me know what was going on, and what to expect, explained aftercare and maintenance. I’ve had lashes for just under 4 months now with regular fills from both Amanda and Stephanie, based on scheduling, and am so impressed. Service is fantastic. Everyone is super kind and take their time explaining or answering questions. Hoping to book my first facial soon and know that I’ll be in good hands! Absolutely recommend them!

I used to go to Skin Studio Spa all the time a few years ago and absolutely loved it.just went back today to get an airbrush spray tan with Molly and the experience was 10/10. Knowledgeable, personable staff and stunning results every single time. By far the best salon in Guelph! <3
