I recently had my first cool sculpting experience at Skin Vitality and I am super happy with the level of support provided by the knowledgeable staff. I was thoroughly educated on the procedure before hand and was walked through every step along the way in a way that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The environment was also clean and well kept. I would definitely feel comfortable returning here for another procedure.

I didnt have an appointment and Skin Vitaly was still able to fit it me in to get my treatment done. Great service!

I had a descent experience here. Cool sculpting was NOT effective so think hard before spending the $$. The rates at this location were competitive compared to a couple of other clinics. It was still costly for no results. Giving two stars for their nice mannerism.

This was the first time I had been at this location for Botox, but I have been getting it elsewhere for 5 years or so. Before my appointment they do a “consultation” where they basically bullied me into getting twice the amount of Botox that I had been happy with previously. They said they don’t do Botox in the forehead without doing the 11’s (between the brows, which is anywhere from 11-20 units). This is a money grab. I’ve never been anywhere where this is a thing and I’ve spoken to injection nurses afterwards who said that’s ridiculous - Botox in the forehead lines and brow lift can certainly be done without doing between the brows. The whole thing felt dishonest and I won’t be returning to this establishment nor would I recommend it.

I visited this location this weekend and the staff were polite and helpful. The injector, sorry I can't remember her name as I was so nervous was exceptionally wonderful. She was calming, very gentle and knows her stuff. I barely felt anything. The consultant I spoke with first to get an idea of what and how much units are needed, was also very knowledgeable and kind; although, I did feel a bit rushed, but that was probably my fault as I didn't ask many questions and was VERY nervous as I don't like needles! I laughed a lot with her though lol. I would definitely visit this location again and plan to in three months. ;) Whoever wants to go, take that leap as I let my nervousness got the better of me and now I wished I went sooner. They are all helpful there and I don't believe for once that you will not enjoy your visit.

I was taken very good care of at there Oakville site from beginning to the end. They listened to what I wanted and felt comfortable with. I had both Botox and fillers and the entire experience was very well carried out. I felt I was in excellent hands.

Annie was my technician for the Morpheus8 procedure. She was attentive and caring, checking in on me throughout, making sure I was comfortable (and pausing when when I needed it) and giving extra attention to areas that I wanted to concentrate on.

The staff at SkinVitality are so nice! I had a consultation for Botox and the receptionist, medical consult and nurse were very helpful. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a treatment plan for the future. Highly recommend and can’t wait for my treatments!

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because it looks pretty inside. Don’t waste your money on the cool sculpting! They make it sound like you’re going to see noticeable results when they’re trying to make the sale and I found it a huge disappointment. After 3 years since my procedure I feel I’m in a fairer position to review the longterm results. I was 75 pounds heavier at the time I had the procedure done, and although I was still upset with the amount I spent with little to no results, I justified it because I thought well that’s what I get for trying to get a quick fix to my weight problem and areas on my body I don’t like. Flash forward 3 years, 75 pounds lighter, and working out 6 days a week, especially on that problem area, I though the cool sculpted area would have been the first place to flatten out and tone but nope! Don’t fall for the quick fix and empty promises for that amount of money! Better to invest in a personal trainer and nutritionist if you’re committed, or a therapist if you’re having trouble getting started on or maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

I called about speaking to someone about PRP Hair Treatment for hair loss. I had pretty knowledge, and budgeted $3,000 to it. Just in the process of picking the right place. First I'm on hold for 15 minutes.then reception told me the expert is busy and will call me back in 30 minutes. 5 days later no one has called me back.the whole expereince was unprofessional.not getting my business.

Kudos to nurse Ricky (sorry if I misspelled it). She is one of the very few nurses in my life who is able to draw my blood from the first poke.
She also worked overtime in order to complete my procedure which tells me that she is not only a great professional but also a caring individual.
If it wasn’t for her warm words asking me“talk to me” after seeing my frustration, I probably was going to leave as a dissatisfied customer.

As a person who suffers from cystic acne and basic acne, I’ve had to deal with scarring and now hitting 45 years old, I have fine lines to add to my skin issues. The PRP treatment has really helped improve the condition of my skin. It looks brighter and the scarring is less visible. The technicians are great and I feel comfortable knowing they have a handle on their treatments. Everything is explained pre and post treatment. Definitely recommend Skin Vitality.

Only have positive comments about the Oakville location. Very professional, do not try to upsell, and they set realistic expectations, ie, skin treatments are always reinforced with the importance of healthy eating, hydration and skin care. Have had confidence and comfort with every clinician I've come into contact with.

Made me come in for a consult claiming there was a “free gift” which is bs said she ran out of bags. Spent enough money here won’t be returning. Horrible staff at this location.

I had my second Botox apt today, and I can't say enough positive things about this location and the lovely ladies who work here.
